I rented a truck thru phone app and process was very easy. I was very happy with the results. I went inside to get keys and young man was very courteous and helpful. Will definitely use this place again in future.

TYRONE T.They need to have more employees there on the weekends. I rent trailers on a regular basis only reason I used this location was cause the normal place I goto is closed on Sunday. Waited about 30 min in line to rent a trailer and there was only 1 person ahead of me. The Location I normally rent from im in and out in about 10 min doesn't matter how busy they are cause they always have more employees and it a smaller company. Unacceptable

April B.Overall my experience was great and the vehicle performed as expected. However, the tires were slick and the breaks squeaked when stopping, which indicated they were in need of some repairs.
JOSEPH A.When I arrived to sign for the equipment the service person didn't greet me and didn't even have a smile. All I got was what is "WHAT IS your name and reservation number ? No such word as PLEASE, may I have your driver's license ? and/or how are you doing today ? Once I signed for the equipment and I wanted to leave it parked on the property I was told that I cannot do so !!!!!!! The reason I wanted to sign for the equipment day before is because at 7:00 AM they are always very busy and some time it takes almost an hour to get everything done. Anyway I left the truck on the property and departed anyway. Picked up truck next morning and returned it around 4:30 Pm. Should you wish to speak to me, call me.
George R.Instructions on the keypad could have been more clear. Having to log out of the security before opening the door when they're in different places was a tad confusing at first. Other than that the experience was excellent.

My storage unit experience was good, the rental of a 5*8' trailer wasn't all it should be. The right rear blinker and brake light on the trailer flashed and brightened erratically. Not sure if this was an issue with my harness or the trailer light. Functionality wasn't verified at the U-haul location before I left.

WILLIAM S.I originally reserved this identical vehicle the previous day. This location did not have the vehicle, so they reserved the vehicle for me from another location, Red's (gas station, I believe) on Hwy 3 (in League City), for the following day. I called the phone number for Red's and a gentleman answered and confirmed the vehicle was ready for me, and I shared I would be there in appx. 10 mins. When I arrived, there was no one at the gas station, and the gentleman no longer was answering the phone. So, after waiting for quite some time, I drove back over to this location and reserved this vehicle for the following day, which they were now going to have in stock to rent. I AM 100% DISSATISFIED WITH RED'S. BUT, THIS LOCATION WAS PERFECT, AS IT ALWAYS HAS BEEN FROM ALL OF MY PREVIOUS RENTALS.

richard M.Truck was messed up and I had to spend 30 minutes taking pictures of all the unmarked damage. Chips on the floor of driver seat. Original location we booked with, we couldn't even pick the truck up at, had to call multiple numbers and was finally moved to a location 10 miles further to pick up a different truck. we had to pay the difference in miles (20 extra for drop off and pick up) and we lost 2 hours of time with our movers. We asked for a discount and was told we had to call customer service, who never got back in touch with us.. absolutely ridiculous and shady practices.
CHRISTOPHER D.I didn't like that I couldn't return my rental to any uhaul I wanted to. I had to take it back to this location. This location was about 30 minutes away from me. I had a uhaul location about a mile down the road from where I was, and couldn't return it to that location. That was very inconvenient for me.

daniel M.It was the worst experience ever!! Service was the worst ! Went there twice to buy moving supplies and to check on our storage unit and truck! Was told all good on schedule! Then day of already stressful moving day got at location and they had our unit all messed up suppose to have two units side by side ! Got there they had no knowledge of our reservation! We had four men waiting to unload our truck plus a friend trying to park the big truck! Waiting and waiting for them to find our unit! No one cared no one showed us where to park and it took around an hour to finally find us one unit available! Then they told us our truck was not going to be there and that we were going to have to drive 30 minutes each way to get it the next day to start our move to Las Vegas! Needless to say at that point I was so very upset that we went with another company to rent a truck ( Penske) they were great found us a truck in one day and less expensive! So you guys lost that income! But what really upset me was I went and talk with the MANAGER and he had the nerve to say “Well we found you a unit what is the big deal “ Never cared that I suppose to have two units and had to stuff all our stuff into one! And that we were paying movers to do nothing while they were looking for us one! Can not believe so un professional and uncaring ! Lost our reservation but most of all really did not care!!!!!
Jerry L.YOU NEED A NEW MANAGER. Have dealt with him on 3 different rentals. He has no manors, is a total jerk, doesn't care at all about the customer or U-Hauls reputation. Is only worried about HIMSELF. He is very heady, smart mouthed, totally condescending to the customer, and is a total pain to deal with. I live less than two miles from this location but will travel to another if I need any trailers or trucks. HE MAKES A LOT OF MISTAKES AND BLAMES HIS OTHER EMPLOYEES FOR HIS MISTAKES. IS A VERRRRRY SORRY BOSS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LOCATION😡😡😡😡😡

Sam F.Went to return the hitch, and a girl was attending me, she said she'd go unhitch the trailer, I followed her out then she said "let's get you checked out." So we go back and get me checked out, and tells me that one of the workers has already unhitched the trailer, it wasn't unhitched, so I get back in line to let her know, and now there's (2) in front of me....I go back outside in the rain and it's still not unhitched, after being in line again I go out and finally someone unhitches the trailer!

Mitzi L.Josh is the manager, he is very rude, he outright lied to me & said my card had been charge at the return of the vehicle, it was not because any charge would show as pending in my account & I got a text saying I had an outstanding balance, I was disputing some of the charges because I was told by some store employee that I owed $160 & it showed my outstanding balance as $293.60 & after he called me I told him I would call in to make the payment because I was at the dr's - he charged my debit card & added a late payment fee (if he charged it when it was returned there would be no late payment fee). When I realized he charged my debit card (it showed as a pending charge), I called to ask them to reverse it and allow me to pay with the card I intended to use, of course josh wasn't there so he called me back the next day & was extremely rude, refused to reverse the charge & allow me to pay with a different card & told me that it was charged when it was returned (lie due to late payment fee)! He would not remove the late payment fee! I DO NOT recommend that anyone does business with dishonest people!

I didn't get a close out receipt or credit for my storage being paid in full through 04/17/20 for unit 1419 nobody seemed to know how to solve this issue or provide me with any answers. I have been and still am a customer of U-Haul for over 10 years. I still have a unit 1719 needing a lock remove due to having my lock key stolen when my truck was stolen. I was told by General or Regional Manager to let him know and he would open for me. I shared this information with location manager and was advised it would cost me $50. This unit is paid through 04/04/20 as well. I figured the credit $54.95 for unit 1419 would cover it. Please contact me via email if can assist or resolve my concerns.
