The fact that I had to put my drivers license on your web site really didn't set well with me. There is to much information on there and to many systems being hacked and I don't think your system would provide security from hackers. This is the main reason I would not use you again.LYNN V.

Need better training of employees on tire tie downs on auto transport trailers. Immediately after loading, started pulling vehicle with U-haul truck. Within 2 hours of a 19 hour trip, I stopped and did an equipment inspection. Both straps can off the tires. I re-installed both straps. One of the two straps came off so stopped in another dealership and had re-installed. It again can off within 4 hours.MARK G.

I am blind I rented the U-Haul my daughter drove it. I had to ask her because I did not hear another person in there she said he walked in did a few things walked out was not in there very long tried disputing a charge with the manager they got somebody to back the guys up that was doing the U-Haul for me. I called twice to the online 24 hour service thing they both said the same thing and I said the price I was quoted and they said nope you've got it at that price until Wednesday at a certain time they charged me for two days I understood the mileage charge because we did go over the mileage my daughter thought it was. The second day charge was not right and they did not refund they did not do nothing he said he would listen to the audio tapes of the two calls and call me back within 24 hours it's been way over 24 hours no phone call back. When I told the manager because he got somebody to back up the guy I would report them to the Better Business Bureau is when he decided he would check the online calls because that guy didn't say anything my daughter said when I checked with her he was not in there not paying attention nothing I did the talking not my daughter and the guy that was checking us in kept trying to talk to my daughter like I was nothing because I was blind. And if she's saying that guy was not in there the second guy for very long there's no way he heard the whole conversation to back the other guy up. It was a rip off and not said right. Especially when you called the online service and they tell you some thing else which wasn't different than what the other guy said in the office only with the manager and the other guy on the phone when I caught up because I seen the charges. I highly suggest if you have another service beside you haul use them. Unfortunately we do not.TORI R.

The back of the uhaul truck had a leak on the roof, it was raining and water was dripping inside on my stuff, probably get that fixed for future customers.ADOLFO C.
When calling it's difficult to get a costumer service.If possible that's one of the most important issues that need to be addressed. I know that it's always busy but a bit of improvement would help. Gracias.WALTER E.

I was offered to buy insurance and when I declined it, I was told I would be financially responsible for damages. The truck I was put in was damaged all over the place. If people buy the insurance or pay for damages out of pocket, WHY was this vehicle not repaired? Literally damaged outside and inside almost everywhere. If you charge people, shouldn't all of your fleet be in pristine condition?Jodi R.

The truck I got had a lot of issues. Made horrible noises coming from gears wouldn't get up to speed. Barely up to 40 was following husband and couldn't keep up on highway. Tried calling and no answer to report.MELISSA J.

When I went to return the van an employee passed me to go outside to help another customer. The employee did not greet me nor let me he would be a minute, so I stood around the store trying to figure out how to return the van until another employee finally approached me and asked what I needed help with.JOANNA D.

The service and employee was excellent!! The truck however was not!!!! The air conditioner did not work! I tried to calling the Kokomo location no help. Recommended I call the 1-800 number and got nowhere!!! To spend that amount of money you would expect the air conditioner to work!!! I'm sure it was not the first time to quit working. I drove it home with the window down on the first day just getting a feel for the mirrors and how it sounded, then parked it and three days later we left to be rudely awakened by the fact no AC. So my thoughts and advice check it out thoroughly and call the 1-800 number prior to see what will occur if a problem arises.Toni V.

Matthew Wild was very helpful in the process. There was another older and kinda bigger man who worked there who was really rude and not helpful. He kept looking at me like he was offended that I dared ask him questions or ask him to help me. Someone needs to talk to him. Unfortunately, I don't know that man's name. Matthew made up for the other man's behavior. He came over when he saw me struggling to work with the other man. Matthew helped me out, answered all of my questions, and was nice while doing so.ABIGAIL B.

The truck was beat up and tire had a chuck missing. The truck was so unstableSAEED Q.
The online check-in took quite a while and would hang for a while and wouldn't give any details on why it wasn't moving through the process. We then went inside and was informed that they there are problems if they try to interrupt the registration process so we had to finish on the registration online. After about 20 minutes of trying to check in we finally got access to the truck, but then the truck wouldn't start. We were informed that the truck is hard to start but it always starts, but they had to jump start it to get it to run. We were afraid to shut the truck off, so we left it running for the entire move which cost us quite a bit more in gas.Jeffrey W.
