The whole process was more difficult than it should have been because of customer service. I don’t feel like I got the amount of help needed and I was running in circles to figure things out for the company as if I worked for Uhaul.

They over charged me..And the man who helped me told me i woould get my money back if i return the truck within 12 hours then ..he changed his mibd and said they will have to send me a check in the mail for $50 dollars instead of $100.00 dollars..i feel cheated.

The manager at this location is not friendly and helpful at all. First, when I went to the shop to get my Ubox, the manager said she did not receive the Ubox and it is also not on the record. However, we still went to the warehouse to find the Ubox and it is there. This wasted a lot of my time. Secondly, I went to the shop around 4:30 pm, and I started unloading the items from the Ubox. The process was pretty slow since she couldn't find a person to drive the forklift so that I had to go back and forth from the parking lot to the warehouse. Thirdly, the manager didn't provide the method to tell them the Ubox is cleaned out after she left for the day. When I cleaned out the box, and I thought I don't need to tell her that the ubox is clear because I was not told that I need to do so. This is my first time to use the Uhaul service and I don't know how this works. I think I have the right to be told and she is also obligated to inform me how this thing works. But she didn't! She seems just like a person who only answers phones, takes money, closes the door and etc while she doesn't care how the customers feel. I think the manager is completely unqualified for this position. Because of the miscommunication between us, the Uhual charged me $100 dollars again after I cleaned out the box. I reported this issue to the manager and want her to see if I can get the refund, and then she started blaming on me and trying to put all the faults on my end. I would consider this problem both on our ends, not just on my end. And there is a better way to address this issue! Then, the manager told me that she will check if the ubox is cleared and call me back on that day or tomorrow. However, I was waiting for more than 2 days and did not receive any calls from her! I don't even know if my Ubox is confirmed to be cleared out! That is just another example of how she doesn't care about the customers' feelings! From this very unhappy experience of using Uhaul service, I can say I will no longer use any kinds of service from Uhaul, and I'll tell my friends about my experience and suggest them not to use Uhaul(at least at this location!) I admit that this case cannot represent all the Uhaul shops around the nation but you know how I feel and what I mean! This is my first time using uhual and also the last time!

Our experience with your headquarters phone staff was worse than inadequate. The hold and wait times were unreasonable, often waiting for 20 minutes at a time. We were told the Ubox would be delivered to our street on Sunday, Aug. 18. We arrived at the Uhaul storage facility on Saturday to learn they don't deliver on Sunday. Then, after we spent three days emptying the box ourselves, and another 20 minutes on the phone closing the account, we were automatically charged another month for rent! We never received numerous requests for copies of the closed out account and waited multiple times on the phone to just get someone who could find our account. Thank goodness for Laneesha Harrison at Kingsessing in Philadelphia, who was very helpful in trying to address all the problems. But the miscommunication should never have occurred. It was enormously inconvenient. We are awaiting a refund. We will think twice about using Ubox again.

It took the associates 1 hour and 40 minutes to process a storage unit for me. Then the storage was closed so I could not store my items and now I will be canceling the unit.
