At the time (7am) pickup, I return to agent to inform the gas gauge was below 1/4 tank of gas. I refueled before returning with ample fuel more then I started. I drove in total 7+ miles. and the vehicle is not efficient having 128,146. I owned a truck with a Hemi. I have the receipt which I offered during time of returning,The agent ignored my request to show I refueled. 7 miles total cost 10+25=$35.00 its time to upgrade the fleet U-haul.

The management there is unprofessional and argumentative. When I informed them that the lock was changed. I was accused of losing my key and had to go through the removal process. It took my from 3/31 to 5/2 to finally get my belongings. I also had the police come to make a report and verify that I was being professional.

When I was waiting in line to pick up my reserved truck I didn't really want to hear the cashier on the phone talking about how she will f%# somebody up when she get off work. Don't like the staff very ignorant. For the type of money Uhaul charges for a truck, van or storage they need to hire some professional sales people.They mispronuce my name and had the nerve to keep laughing at my name. Very unprofessional. The uhaul truck was a dump broken window handles, needs a wheel alignment bad, stink, needs shock absorbers. Why are yall renting out these f#% up trucks. I feel like I just been raped after dealing with U haul . They over charge for a piece of $#% truck and horrible customer service.

First off, I would like to thank Cynthia for having patience with me and my family. She went above and beyond with calming me down which speaks volumes for me. She remained professional and didn't take things personal which I appreciated. My family was putting a lot on me and she went very far to advocate for me when my family refused to listen. It turned out to be that the 10 inch truck was what we needed. My driver canceled on me. I ended up saving a lot of money. I'm was not confident driving a truck with blind spots. The guy Jalen had a strong positive attitude and I appreciated how he notified me and my family nicely that certain doors had to be locked at a certain time. He also didn't take anything personal. Lastly the lady in the office (Keyshia ) I believe; was very attentive with the phone calls along with Cynthia. These individuals have what it takes to display active listening skills, positive energy, resiliency, and gave high quality service to everyone including the difficult customers such as myself. Thank you all for all of your hard work. Don't just read this please give them a raise. Saturday was crazy and I hate moving with every part of my existence. I even cried but they took charge and went above and beyond. Thank you and may God bless you all.

The drop off location was incorrectly added to my reservation so I had a hard time returning the trailer had to make a few calls to customer service to fix the issue then a few minutes before the return time I was able to return it but was charged an additional fee.

Windshield wipers did not work. Kept truck an extra day and was basically harassed by one of your employees as if I was trying to steal it. Checkout app would not load so I wasn't able to check out so I was charged all these extra fees and when I called to straighten things out the girl very rudely told me “I can't do nothing about your phone not working”

The staff was very helpful and down to Earth. As the lobby started to fill up with customers Leneisha I think her name was still remained calm and cool. She greeted everyone and remained a professional. There were no hidden fees and let me know an estimate of what I'd be paying. I feel like all the negative reviews were from people who had know idea what they were doing and needed to read and comprehend fully before commenting. Just my thoughts tho.

Only mishap was making reservations. The gentleman made 2 and also I was guided to thinking I would receive one free month storage unit with my uhaul rental. Was explained clearly that is was only for an one way transportation from one state to a another. It was a bet of an inconvenience. Other then that things were great.

Woodland Ave in that area is so pathetic to drive on. The truck hit so many deep pot holes. I swerved the truck and my car so many times. Do your self a favour and leave, before your trucks or vans or someones personnel car gets damaged. The service was very good and the truck was in good shape

When I first contacted the Uhaul in regards to the unit the female whom answered the phone was very rude the next day upon arrival to check in the associate Cinthia was extremely disgusting and dismissive the lead associate or manager jamill whom was on duty I spoke with and cinthia continued to be combative while I was explaining to him what occurred the day prior on the phone because I Assumed cinthia was the same associate I spoke to prior sucks to say cinthia was supposedly not the associate there the day prior which shows there is a complete lack of culture in the facility it self with customer service I was completely disgusted to experience the same behavior twice back to back amongst these associates when cinthia returned from checking in the truck from the gentleman prior to me whom she was rude with as well she refused to service me and made me wait for jamill. Once jamill got my unit situated and I signed off and paid for it he asked cinthia in which direction was my unit because it wasn't visible on the map cinthia told him I don't know and I don't care find it for her to act in that manner not only was lack of customer service but she is not a team player. I am completely disgusted with not only the lack of customer service face to face but the day prior I was told the unit I rented wasnt avail but when I contacted the call center they reserved it for me via the call center right when I got off the phone with the facility I am renting at directly and they told me the unit wasn't avail

1. I reserved a one way truck from DC to Philadelphia, but was assigned a truck that was located near Richmond, Virginia. Two plus hours south from my home and in the opposite direction of where I was going. 2. Then I was given a truck to use but I had to return it back to DC from Philadelphia. 3. The moving help service was a joke and I had to find help on my own. Their website needs improvement as well. Tatianna at moving help was wonderful, however.

From start time finish the manager and staff were helpful, professional and welcoming. I locked my phone and wallet in my unit after hours. The manager came quickly, was pleasant and allowed me to retrieve it. She even apologized for the bad experience I had at another location!!! I would definitely recommend this facility!

My entire experience dealing with U-Haul storage has been frustrating and difficult. When I arrived to the U-Haul moving and storage of kingsessing after making an online reservation for a storage unit, I was helped by Jasmine who proceeded to tell me I had no reservation and nothing under my name, despite offering multiple times to tell her my reservation number. She then had me start from the beginning on a new reservation. Once this was complete, she asked me if I needed a lock. I explained I had purchased one already and then she explained that I should not use that kind of lock because it can be cut. I then asked to purchase the correct kind of lock. She then told me they did not have any but she would check the shipment that she was unboxing. I was asked by a different store attendant if I was given a card to access the storage facility and said that I was no. He said that I should have been given a card swipe. He returned to show me to my storage unit but did not return with any card. I proceeded to move in my belongings and once finished went back to the office. It was 6:30pm and the doors had been shut off, despite the office closing at 7pm. I then asked if she found any locks, she said no. I asked her what she recommended I do because she had told me earlier not to use the lock I had purchased. She stated that my options were that lock or nothing. I then went to return the U-Haul truck we rented while my wife went to speak with Jasmine. My wife asked her to contact her manager and she did. The manager of the Kingsessing store then said that she would be picking up the correct locks in the morning, that she would see to it that a proper lock was placed on our storage unit in the morning, and that she would hold the keys in her office until we would be able to return to Philadelphia (seeing as we were returning to NY that night and would be unable to return for several days). The next day (today ), I called around 11am check in on the status of my lock. I was told I would be called back in a half hour with an update. At approximately 4:30pm after still having heard nothing from anyone at the Kingsessing Store, I called again and was told that a lock had not been placed on our unit but one would be soon and that we would receive an email confirming this. I am overwhelmingly dissatisfied with the dismissive, unhelpful, and inconsistent way I have been treated. I also am incredibly upset that I was told I'd be called back multiple times after being out on hold for long periods of time and never called back. I am reconsidering ever using U-Haul again.

Uhaul would not go over 22 miles per hour. And tow/haul doubled my miles & couldn't be turned off...Uhaul is stealing miles from customers by doing this. Then my check engine light came on.
