The customer service representative was wonderful! He made sure that we had everything we needed and he was friendly and extremely personable as well as professional!

Dupree J.The U Haul representative who helped me a Piccard Drive was extremely helpful. We were in and out quickly and he confirmed everything in my reservation including that I had insurance. Separately, my first reservation was at the Uhaul at the Exxon at Gude Dr and Frederick road. The associate there was unhelpful and rude. The van I reserved was blocked by a grey honda that the associate said has been sitting there for a week and no one knew where the key was. He said, "cancel your reservation and find one somewhere else." The experience at Gude Drive/Frederick Rd was disappointing and frustrating. I was able to quickly reserve another van at Piccard Dr and my experience at Piccard was excellent.

Joseph A.When I got to the return location noted in my contract, I was disappointed/frustrated that lot associate told me there was no room at that location (as I looked at numerous empty parking spaces) for my return and that I would have to return the van at another location 15 minutes away. I spoke with the manager, who said they would find a way to squeeze the van into their location.

Alex M.Vehicle was available at appropriate time and cost was consistent with contract. No hidden fees or disputes over gas charges, vehicle condition, etc. Tank was only half full upon pick up which was a little inconvenient but I returned it at the same level. Vehicle ran fine but windshield was pretty dirty so that was the main reason behind my negative answer above. Tire pressure was a little low in all tires but too bad. Fluid levels were all appropriately maintained. I used mobile check-in and drop-off on the U-Haul app which was inconvenient and time consuming. Many errors with connectivity and location verification. And need for additional documentation was cumbersome at check-in --e.g., passport, residential lease, employer verification or reference from a colleague. This could have been done when initially reserving the vehicle as well as taking license photos. Will be a great process if it ever gets sufficiently streamlined.
