The computer system in the location does not work properly. It mistakenly charge my insurance coverage of $28 even though denied the coverage during online booking and pick-up.

They were not very friendly when I first got there, I had a difficult time understanding the whole gas process, when I got back they were very helpful and able to credit where the confusion was. The end experience was great!

When I arrived they didn’t have my van and the owner didn’t seemed to really care. Thankfully a van was returned while I stood around waiting. No apology from the owner. When I returned the van the sign says where to stop and to wait with the vehicle until someone from UHaul meets you to check the vehicle in. After waiting several minutes I went inside only to find the owner sitting behind the desk playing with his phone. Again, no apology. When I asked for a final printed receipt he acted as though it was an inconvenience because he had to go check the mileage on the van first. We rent UHaul equipment 2-3 times each year and I have never had this bad of an experience. It may be a further distance but do yourself a favor and go to a different UHaul location.

Cab stunk of cigarettes, the rest smelled like an open toilet. The employee who gave me the keys did a walk through and showed me existing damage to the front bumper to confirm it was pre existing. When I returned the truck to another employee he stopped me in the parking lot and questioned me about the damage.

The truck was quite old and almost didn't start once. It seems to me that a truck with nearly 100,000 miles is not appropriate.

The two fellas that worked there on 8/18 at my 9am pickup was very helpful and informative. I will say this was one of my best u-haul experiences and w/ clarity of information. I got a truck for a last minute move. I’ve had horrible past experiences with u-haul at some other locations, long waits, or poor sites, and customer service. But I will come back to this location at Piccard Dr. in Rockville!

Excellent experience. The staff are both friendly and knowledgeable. This was a very enjoyable experience. This will probably be our "go-to" location in the future.

1. The truck was in good condition, except for the malfunction of the latch to the back roll down door. It got stuck and would not close until I patiently jiggled open the hook/latch spring. 2. Your after hours online process for returning vehicles wasted my time by not working iupon pick up and return.

Mobile pick up was incredibly useful.

The location itself was clean, well-stocked, organized and the on site representative Mr. Flores was fantastic. However, we had MAJOR issues trying to use the app both to pick up AND drop off the truck. That was a major headache that cost us a lot of extra time instead of being more convenient.

Had a great experience there on 7/28. The young man checking us in was excellent and the vehicle was new, so everything worked out beautifully. Highly recommend this location.
