KRISTINE EI have been with this facility for over 25 years. I left doing Katrina and I came back just to utilize this facility when I could've used any other Uhaul closest to my location, but I've always chosen this one because of Miss Deanna she goes far and beyond to make sure you're satisfied as a customer whether is getting a truck for you a trailer, the proper unit and anything you think you may need while you are on premises and it truly saddens me to actually leave and that was only because of additional spacing that I needed and at this time they can't provide that, but she is still going out of her way to find a convenient way for me to have all the space that I need combined they are like family to me all the staff. They have been great to me always

GLORIA R | Overall ExperienceWhile everything went smooth with pick up, move and return, the charge of $30 service fee and ridiculous charge per gallon leads me to think this independently owned location needs ethics training. I would expect to have a charge for bringing back the truck without topping off the gas, of course! But come on, the charge is excessive!!!! May want to work on that. Everyone's experience dropping off the trucks are different.
JOHN GChange the attitude of the customer representative as well as the individual. There was a white guy taking care of me and he was with the phone. He didn't take care me as I expected just like other locations. He has very bad attitude which I never expected.
KIRAN RFirst, I would say that the representatives would need customer service training. This was my very first time renting a U-Haul. I was not shown where the truck was located or how to gain access to drive it. It was 50 degrees below zero outside while I was trying my best to operate the lock on the truck's back door. I could not gain entry, and the representative told me all I had to do was spell "PAUL," as if I don't have a college degree. My time there was wasted figuring out how to open a lock to get a key to drive the truck. I will never return to this location again.

When I walked in the door they asked me if my name was Richard and they began the rental process it was very easy and quick. The same upon returning the trailer. I couldn't have asked for better service!

BRANDON FVery rude management. I went in to return a dolly and a white guy was just mad for no reason. All i said was that i was there to return a dolly. He made me wait 30 minutes i honestly don't know why since i was the only person there. Ill honestly avoid this location at all costs
Sammara MIn the store my problem was not solved (they were still very very nice) had to get in contact with a manager. Problem solved and I'm glad they redeemed themselves. I replaced the gas but there was a disconnect of how much was exactly in there (but I did put $10 in there). All in all I got my extra charges back and I was pleased!

Lourele RBe more clear about if a dolly is provided. They accused me of not returning a dolly when one was never provided to me. They have not charged me at the time of this review but threatened to charge me $120 for a dolly they never provided.

GERAD BI screwed up documenting the fuel level at check-out, and Deanna was able to correct it for me. This should never be a "blame the customer" situation, since UHaul has offloaded check-out to the customer as opposed to doing the old walkthrough with an employee.

Cyran M | Online Move InClimate control doesn't with it is extremely hot and humid throughout the building. The floors are wood and not in the best condition. I was rented units when I only wanted a large open space. Two units not even next to one another.

One thing that UHaul should improve on their website is in regards to the conditions when reserving for one way being not confirmed until the.day before. Yes it is there and my fault for not catching it but from a customer service perspective, a pop up before the customer confirms would be helpful and prevent the location employees from having to deal with a panicking customer. Luckily, I had Deanna helping me and she calmed me down and helped me solve my concern. She is the best.

NORWOOD CWell, I've been paying stories for a while and then I got stories again so I am having problems with a storage that I'm trying to pay or I pay supposedly they said I did not pay. I pay double. Will I ask them if they can reverse the payment and how much it's left with that I had 2 storages there. 566 is out already, so I only have one story. That It's 8:02 and they're saying I did not make the payment. Which I did that last payment. I made was 2 15 90. That's what they charge me and that I paid another one that was 235 90, which they say. I picked double well, they can help me reverse the payment for that 802, and they're saying that I did not pay where she came out automatically out of my bank cart. So we are trying to figure this out. I don't know who's lying me or whoever. A man took my payment and he said everything was clear and I told him. Make sure I'm paying the 802. Because I want to get that clear so they say. And I didn't that I pay for 566 which I didn't because I talked to that guy and I know what he told me. So the ladies there in the office, they're very friendly real good persons but. Something happened there that, but I am going to look into my bank statements and it would tell me there how much I paid, but it won't tell me which story so I need to find out what's really going on. Because that's too much what I'm paying I'm willing to. Pay what was left of 802, but I'm not happy.

My storage unit is ok, but I do think it's a bit expensive for what I have, in my opinion. Especially considering I have no climate with my storage and the unit itself is lined with what appears to be wood. It was clean however so I'm happy about that. Also, I was under the impression the storage facility was 24/7 (there were doors open) but when I went after hours and opened my unit, a loud alarm went off? I thought I'd done something wrong.

Told to speak to the manager who is never there and doesn't answer the phone. I will never purchase with this company again which is sad because it use to be my trusted go to!

I know for a fact it was not because I have a unit with another storage that is a 10×10 and the unit I received was half the size. The manager was the one whom told the associate to give me the until. I will be calling home office. And yesterday the male associate was ,very very rude. Check proceeded to come outside with a male that was not with the company yelling and saying "you can't be just throwing trash in the dumpster also saying ain't not of that" I stated i am a customer which he never asked just yelling. I started I am coming from my unit and turning the key in . I also stated where else is the trash supposed to go. When I checked in i threw trash in the dumpster and was not a problem. HE WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. I AM A MANAGER AT MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. THAT KIND OF BEHAVIOR IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. he definitely needs to be coached and trained. I was a customer service manager for 5 years. That's is not acceptable. He is not driving sales not customer oriented. I would not reccomend any one to come here. Every is on video at location on yesterday 05/05/2023
