The floor tie-down d-rings were missing. The chains on the tailgate were both broken. Two of the four wheels were highly corroded. I guess it was my fault that I did not inspect the entire trailer before taking it out, but I have never had a problem with a Uhaul rental.

I have to say, this was the first time that I rented from this location and was gravely disappointed. We returned the u-haul back on 1/2 tank where we got it and was still charged for gas. This is very unacceptable and will never rent from this location again. I always use this location but this time was not a good experience. Ms Johnson

I went to get a 10 and did have so I had to take a 15 ...i was charged 10 dollars more for each day if it was a mistake in the company's part ...amd it's not the first time I rent ..

I was told to pull up and wait for an associate to bring my trailer. I pulled up and waited for a long time as the U-Haul associate was on the phone while another watched me and went back inside. I had to step out and ask if anyone was going to bring the trailer. The guy says I don’t know what your talking about being rude. Then he proceed to ask for my paper work. Then he said pull out back. Extremely rude and bother to do his job.

Inform them of the requirement to return via mobile device if the facility is closed. In addition they should discuss if you don’t do this it would result in a $20 charge. This should be explained during the rental process

Even though I set up the rental online there was still a lot of questions to be answered when I got there, which I thought were answered online. Wasn’t a big deal but I thought the online business was to hurry the process. Other than that it all worked out very well

They try to nickel and dime you. When reservation was made, I indicated that I needed assistance to put car on dolly. I was not informed that there was an additional charge till I came to pick it up. I had to pay extra for it. They also informed me that that would be a charge to remove car from dolly. These are hidden costs that may have influenced me to seek out a competitor.

The rep told me to check the truck before I left but did not tell me there was a link in a text message that I needed to use to confirm the condition of the truck before leaving the property so it wasnt done until I was halfway to my destination.
