Autopay ran up my balance by "NOT" retrieving funds causing me to have to figure out (during holidays) how to rectify. Last I heard all of my memories of my deceased mother are possibly auctioned with no fair resolution for me, customer service couldn't even get anyone on the phone to provide information. I initially had reservations for a better facility and was sent to this one. I feel like UhAul stole my stuff & I don't see this sitting well with me at all.

CLOTILDA JTruck quality precheck failed on this truck... 1. Passenger side outside mirror loose and almost got me killed several times ... i would reset the allen screw and it would get loose again 2. Ramp was damaged underneath missing one rail completely causing unlevel deployment/stowaway 3. Interior cab light out Life safety issue with the mirror . Simple QC checklist that every vehicle/technician gets done ... DO BETTER ... THAT WAS SCARY ON ATLANT 5 LANES TO NOT SEE ANYTHING ON YOUR RIGHT SIDE

LAWANDA Son the day I rented the trailer I used it for about 3-4 hours. I called the location when I was heading back and spoke to the woman at the desk. I told her I was running late for an appointment and I needed to drop the trailer off and I'd be there in 15-20 minutes. When I arrived I unhooked the trailer and was about to get in my truck when the thought came to me to take a picture and I did. The following day I was looking at my bank card statement and saw where I was charged for 2 days instead of the one day. No only that, I was charged twice on my card. I called the location and spoke with the woman I initially talked with about my returning the trailer and told her I was charged for 2 days, not realizing when I spoke to her I was charged twice. I was on hold for over 10 minutes and hung up. I will call back customer service on the 26th to get it taken care of.

BAYRON AWe got excellent staff members who greeted us well, took our reservation quickly, and got us all set up within a matter of minutes. I overestimated how many miles I was going to use the pickup truck and saw on my credit card statement that I got refunded the higher amount and charged the correct lower amount within hours of the return. Yay! The return process was easy too and everything was done so that I could get my moving done fast. Thank you! Highly recommend this location to others.
HINA REnsure that when a person reserves the 6x12 trailer with the wide opening that is what they get. I reserved one but the opening was narrower. I was picking up a sidecar motorcycle in another state so loading it was very difficult, it involved having to lift the sidecar.
DAVID BWell when I called to reserve the truck, I was quoted one price with 50 miles and insurance. Then when I got there I was quoted a higher price. It's was not explained correctly until the end and didn't get money back and put back more gas than what was in the truck. So I thank everyone for the help. But I will not come back there or referral anyone to this uhaul address. Have a blessed day.

RICKEY WWay to expensive I moved my things down the street to another storage business that was no where near as expensive as u guys same 5x5 size only $14 a month,really need to lower yall prices because theirs a lot of new storage business out now that's newer and way less expensive,do some research.

PRETRICE JAfter picking up the trailer, I went to pick up my load and found out the the tires PSI was to low. The load had to be removed. The trailer had to be taken to the closet open facility (12 miles away). I had to return the next day to pick up the 1st load and never got the chance to get the 2nd load. I will have to rent another trailer. What a waste of my time, workers and gas.

Also, no grace period for a late payment. They put a lock on your door the next day, but when I moved out, they took their time to process it and made it look like I was late with another payment.

I rented my storage unit online and it said it had 24 hour access it also gave me a gate access code I just wished it was 24 hours. I work 12hr shift at hospital 5:45am - 6:15pm they are closed in the way to work and on the way back from work.

It said that I can start moving in as early as 5am for the location well I got there at 5 am and location didnt open up until about 10 minutes after 7am. So i think the email about moving in need to be fixed because this location dont allow until they open the office at 7am. I also arrive one day to move in more things around 6:50pm and was told that storage is closed 15 minutes before office closes and that wasnt communicated either. But he opened up and let me put my things in storage took all but like 3minutes. Better communication is needed.

They are willing to find the best deal for whatever storage or moving needs I have and do not try to sale me things I don't need just for profit. I appreciate that bc I work hard and it takes every dollar to stay current and provide for me and my son.
