I made a reservation with a different location and was given the run around. I was sent to a total of 4 different uhaul locations just to secure a reservation i made prior. I was then at a loss of money for having my account debited for 2 transactions by uhaul and currently having to wait 3-5 business days for a refund on one reservation. 3 hours later the Tara blvd location was able to take car of me no problem. Shoutout to the team there but overall a terrible experience with the company. I would like to be contacted for further discussion.

My son and I went to several U-Haul locations closer to my house looking for a 5'X9' trailer. The lady at the Kendrick location was rude with an attitude. The guys at Battle Creek were very polite and professional. It took no time to hitch the trailer to my pickup truck. We were very happy. Thank you for expeditious service.

Car carrier was well maintained. Towed very smooth. Employee outside in lot (don't know name, had long hair) that helped us hook up and detach was very friendly and helpful.

I got a flatbed because you did not have any other trucks . However, I returned the flatbed truck because it was not working and got your 10 ft.. once one was available. This was done within a couple of hours I was told I had to do a completely new contract and another charge was put on my card. I was then told I would see a credit for the first truck between 3to 5 days. I understand that I had to be charged for mileage because I did drive the truck I just feel like something else could have been done.

maybe not have the employees yell at me and curse at me. also not threatening to be beaten up by a man would’ve been great, ramsey at this location has yet to be fired after i talked with the company president so no, i will not recommend you to anyone and i also want to have my storage unit moved to a diff location, will be following up with my complaints soon. - brianna sowards

Please work on customer service here. I’m still waiting on a refund from an items that I paid for but did not appear on their screen so I had to purchase again. Also, for a first time customer none of the employees explained the process and return date. I ended up being charged an additional day rate because the text message sent to me for the return time of the rental was incorrect. I was not happy with this experience and do not wish to use Uhual again.

I was advised that I had access to the unit until 10 PM but I drove 30 minutes to get there by 9 pm and could not get into the unit. Otherwise it was ok.

I put my stuff over 8 months at u-haul moving and storage, Jonesboro location and atleast paid more than $800. Finally I moved my stuff yesterday by u-haul when I drop off the u- haul last night I was forget to take out just one small water bottle and those working people charge me for take out water bottle..guys you can see that how chip staff they are..very very disappointed

The facility I went to was great. My complaint is when I reserved my reservation. I contacted the Flint River location and reserved it with the customer service agent in that location only to arrive and they tell my the location was for Jonesboro. If I knew that prior to the date and when making the reservation I would have made better arrangements. The agent told me I made the reservation through the contact center but I didn't, I called to change the time via contact center but I did not make the reservation that way. It would have been nice to be notified that my reservation was switched to a different location. This seems to be a pattern with U-Haul no matter the location. This has happened 1 other time and the other time the equipment just was there... not happy

The location is too congestive and in a very busy area. The truck was ok. The customer reps on duty that day was very courteous and helpful.

The entire team, for the initial phone call to make the reservation to making the drop off was professional, courteous and thorough. Even the restroom was CLEAN. I will definitely be a repeat customer and refer others to make this their primary U-Haul store!
