I rented my storage unit online and it said it had 24 hour access it also gave me a gate access code I just wished it was 24 hours. I work 12hr shift at hospital 5:45am - 6:15pm they are closed in the way to work and on the way back from work.

Never updated my phone number or address in the system. Then notified me by email with a notice that my stuff was sold. Two days after the letter. Bad bad bad business.

christine S.I rented a tow dolly. One of the lights was covered in black tape and the straps wouldn't stay tight. We are lucky we didn't lose our car. We told the guy when we returned it and he just laughed about it. I will never rent from this location again. Worst experience I've ever had with uhaul!
Christy A.The lady Manager always gives me the raggedy truck - i told the guy who issued the truck (got it ready) when i turned it in he just walked off , the truck had like 15 claim stickers (superficial stuff ) which was suspicious cause it was so old - 2011 truck and when it was raining the windshield wiper flew off in traffic .The acceleration was slow engine loud sound like it was slipping .i had 6 cars behind me when the windshield wiper flew off , and this truck burn gas like water and had the nerve to have a fuel efficient sticker on the truck- i spent 42 dollars in gas and my storage was 3 miles from the location and my house 15 min and the new unit 20 min - i only made 2 trips between storages . The only convenience - is this location always got a truck , it might be raggedy - but its a truck. They dont care if you safe only if you got the insurance .

The air was not cold and the truck kept dragging and jerking. If the store knows that the truck door is damaged why would they rent it out. That door is not safe . And there was not a key for the lock on the back door. I want to submit a customer action

Nathaniel S.I was given the worst truck on the lot despite asking for another one. Because they were "reserved" for other customers. After getting in our truck the AC did not work and it was in horrible condition. We had to go inside to get another truck. And imagine that, the one we wanted at first was not reserved anymore. The "better truck" shook badly @ low speeds, the ABS light was on, there's a loud exhaust leak, and the tire had a large chunk out of the side wall. This please had tons of issues. While there another customer showed up with their rental truck and the ball was not bolted to the hitch. It was just sitting in the hole. I'll never use this location again. Especially since the employee there made it clear it's a bad neighborhood and that is why I had to have to separate telephone numbers that are confirmed to be working or I could not rent my truck. Because they have a problem with trucks not being returned.

Roderick W.I would like to be informed a head of time of any instructions. What I mean is this, I was not told to take pictures of the vehicle before I drove away, I did not appreciate that the vehicle I received was on empty when I got it. I had to put gas in he vehicle as well. Once again, if I know ahead of time about the things I need to do, then this situation may get better with time. I was also charged a fee of $30 because they said the gas was not where it should be. I have been a loyal customer of Uhaul for a long time, and would like to be treated a little better than I was.

DOROTHY P.The associate that checked me out was very rude. I was a little late for my reservation admittedly but rather than greet me and provide the best service possible she checked the system for my reservation, saw that SHE had just canceled it, stopped what she was doing closed her eyes and began literally praying for all of 30-45 secs. I asked if she was ok and she replied “I just canceled your reservationâ€. I'm like ok cool is the truck still available? She replied “yes but you were 45 mins late a restaurant doesn't hold a reservation for that long†I replied “good thing this isn't a restaurant†to which she repeatedly responded but it's still a reservation. I'm like if the truck is still here what's the problem? I created my reservation on line. From there she was being weird and even went to lengths of calling my emergency contact to see if they were actually real. I've never seen that business practice for a truck rental I didn't have a problem with the truck but the service and how she spoke to me was disrespectful and I literally had all my information as well as a reservation set online. I won't be going back she will not be receiving any further business from me.

Carl S.Ms Ronnesha the general manager. Reserve a trailer and truck for me at a certain time. The moment I left I called the place to check if they received my reservation I was told it was canceled by Ms.Ronnesha. This incident cost me hundreds of dollars more because I was suppose to be moved out and heading to NY that next morning. I had to come back to uhual reserve again and didn't receive a truck until 6:44pm my storage closed at 9pm I had to rush what I could over return the truck before 1am. Then first thing in the morning had to go back and rent the same truck in order to get my things moved. This was a huge inconvenience to myself and my family. We was not accommodated. She also did not reserve my trailer and it wasn't available when I came back.

It said that I can start moving in as early as 5am for the location well I got there at 5 am and location didnt open up until about 10 minutes after 7am. So i think the email about moving in need to be fixed because this location dont allow until they open the office at 7am. I also arrive one day to move in more things around 6:50pm and was told that storage is closed 15 minutes before office closes and that wasnt communicated either. But he opened up and let me put my things in storage took all but like 3minutes. Better communication is needed.
