Dropping off was very hectic. It was after hours but about 6 trucks were trying to return at the same time. It was very difficult to find a spot for parking due to the way other people parked the trucks.There was a truck parked in the way that made it difficult for others to get on the premises. I waited 15 minutes in line, then had to submit a photo of my license (front and Back) when I had pre-checked in and supplied these photos already. One of the trailer tail lights was not working. They quickly sent over a technician and we found the tali light was wiring harness was not plugged into the light and one of the wires was broken. Technician plugged in the wiring harness plug and crimped the wires together and the light worked. The wait initially and the trailer tail light repair took an estimated 45 minutes longer than i had anticipated. Consequently I was that much later loading the trailer and then traveling to my destination... I did not appreciate arriving at my destination until1:45 AM.Bruce C A.

It took awhile to get started as the Cargo Van I rented for a one way trip to New England had a faulting "rear door is open" signal and it wasn't open. So they didn't have other one way vans as an option and instead, rented me a 10' truck which was too big for the load I had. The truck was good, but it was not ideal with the small load I had. I paid too much for straps and gas for it. Also look at the packing clothes they give you, the six they gave me in a plastic bag were all damp or WET!! Not a good situation with wooden furniture and cardboard boxes. I didn't realize this until at my destination to load the truck. Very disappointing. So they should have more one way vans available and dry clothes!Judith R.
Location was convenient. However, we were barely able to squeeze our truck onto the driveway when dropping off late at night because so many other trucks had been returned. Not sure what we would have done if we couldn't get it into the driveway.John D.

I am Totally Not Happy with my experience this far with the storage unit. I booked a "15 truck for 2days and the storage following and it's been a total nightmare since. I booked online for "Immediate" Access I have not had immediate access yet. Someone has to assist me Every time the last 4 times I was there. Now I'm given a pin number to Access my unit. I first had a pin via online set up. That didn't work. I was given a card. That didn't work. The card was switched. It STILL didn't work. When I left that it was magically working. Returned yesterday and it wasn't accepted. Now I have a pin number again.. when I ask for assistance the staff are not detailed and seems they don't want to help. They are not too friendly nor are there smiles. Everyone spear angry or tired. The ONLY worker who was Awesome and Always smiling , and wear a name tag. is the maintenance worker Gwendolyn who was very helpful assisting me. I nominate her for the BEST employee. I cannot wait till I remove my belongings out of this storage I have to walk up to. It's no telling if I will have access when I arrive. I will Never use the storage online service. Ever. Nor at this facility. I will stick with the truck and motorcycle trailer as I have used in the past. This should be Free use of this storage after booking a truck for 2days and now the ongoing nightmare with this onine storage. I don't know what to expect when I return. I will be sending out a few emails after reading the fine prints this afternoon regarding this Experience. I need to know what am I paying for. The helpfulness of the staff at this site was the only redeeming feature of our U-Haul storage rental. For unknown reasons our contract was cancelled and was a nightmare for us. We had to sign up for automatic withdrawal of payments several times. Also, we always had problems accessing our unit via the cryptic sign-in procedures. We always had to ask help at the office. When I first called several weeks ago about moving my storage space, I specifically asked that it be located on ground level with no stairs. I was assured that it would be. That didn't happen.
