The four people I encountered while there were awesome. There was Matt who came to our rescue when the trailer I was renting was wedged on top of another trailer hitch. There was Jessica who did my paperwork and was quite nice, friendly and helpful. There was Ciera (not sure of spelling) who helped us hook up the trailer when it was just minutes before she was to be getting off. And then there was another young lady whose name I forget that helped us out when it seemed chains were too long and we could not make them any shorter. Sorry I don't remember her name but she was also very polite and helpful. My hats off to this group who are all about customer service. I am an older generation and these were all young people who I must say knew what it meant to provide good customer service. I unfortunately do not experience that often no matter where I am. Honestly, this location was wonderful and very understanding of my frustrations from multiple issues with both my rentals and lack of availability of storage even though I was supposed to get two free months of storage one from each truck rental and due to a unit of the correct size not being secured NOTHING was available for me to use resulting in movers having to be paid two hours and not be able to unload my belongings till the following day at a different storage facility where they again had to be paid to actually unload. I have rented from Uhaul for thirty years and never experienced even a tenth of the issues I repeatedly had with the two recent rentals. Everything about the past two rentals was a complete nightmareTina B.

I did a contract 3weeks before we were moving. the location was at103rd sr 295. Saturday I received a message on Saturday that I needed to go to Ashley street in Jacksonville to pick up a 20 foot truck I had rented a 10 foot truck for ome way to Orlkando Florida. I had paid $124 to uhaul. I wet to another location on 103st. Had to do a new contract which cost me $369. I got hosed by uhaul!WILLIAM J.
The Supervisor was very rude to me when my boxes didn't show up on the day promised. The only person who cared about me or my move was the young lady who actually delivered the containers and picked them back up. I plan on writing a review that this was a horrible experience and I would never recommend your services. I was told I would get a refund but when I inquired about it I was told to go fly a kite! I just wanted the delivery fee credit since my boxes were two days late. It was horrible the way the manager handled the problems that arose.Sherryy C.

No visible after hours drop box so I had to walk around the lot for about 20 minutes. Apparently one of the bay doors were open with a truck park in front of it so the alarm went off for about 10 minutes. I finally just left the key in a mailbox by the building, so I would say not the smoothest 24/7 drop off at this particular location. Thanks U-Haul ðŸ™‚STEPHEN N.

This was the worse experience in my life because I explained everything to the person over the phone about the size of the truck I had and needed space to fit everything in but they gave me a 10x10x11 storage space to fit a 26’ truck full of materials. I immediately told that it wasn’t big enough but they had no more storage available so had to drive to a different location which was not climate control, I ended up having to store my belonging in two different storage. Well frist I would like to say I think all uhaul trailers no matter size should have a built in jack but u know I guess I'm going to have to rent from someone else next time I move and the trailer only goes 55 miles per hour u need to bump it up to 65 that's maximum speed on i-95 I got pulled for going to slow if I get taken to court will uhaul pay for it but the employees at both locations both pick ups were friendly and very helpful I really appreciate the experience but need better trailers not out dated junkJUSTIN G.

I was decieved by UHaul. I placed my order online for a different store. The night before I received a call that my reservation was moved to another store and the UHaul I ordered wasn't available. They gave me a 15' instead of 10' but they did charge me the rate for a 10'. I picked the location because it was closer to where I had to pickup my items. I asked if I could get a discount on mileage since the location I wanted was closer. The lady asked her supervisor he told her no. This wasn't good customer service but it was Uhaul who made an error not me. The employees at the other location were very nice and friendly.GERALDINE S.

9422 103rd St was not my original drop off location. The original location was Kirk's Self Storage on 10920 Beaver St W, which is a dump and they were complete jerks and rude, and they wouldn't accept the trailer and wouldn't give me an address for another location. I drove from OK and I'm not familiar with the area, I had to call your 800 number for this location. I Do Not Recommend Kirk's Self Storage location to anyone.Karen S.

Exterminate the trucks on a regular basis the one I had had roaches in it so I have to spray it down before I can even use it. Thecustomer service representative at the location I was at first round didn't go over any other instructions on the truck where anything was how to use it It was Trail in here and figure out the way you go return was fine the customer rep there was professional . Kyle Butler has provided me with the highest customer service I’ve ever received in any industry and I truly believe that his value is immeasurable. As a store/general manager, his potential is limitless. He has the unpost care and consideration for his clients. His experience with U-Haul’s protocol and operations offers him a bulletproof photographic memory. His dedication allows him to remember and recall the most important important parts of any conversation, even up to the individual habits of clientele. His resilience allows him to be poised and effortless in his work because thought I’ve dealt with him for nearly 2 years, I never once saw him down or bothered. I could only imagine what obstacles he has faced regarding his responsibilities while yet still providing A1 service.
