There is nothing to improve Kyle was a great help. Heather was very helpful. Daniel got the equipment for us. This place demonstrates how team work really makes things work best for everyone.

ROBERT A.Staff was excellent eachbtime we visited (vidited 3-4 times overs 3-4 month period). The only thing I wish was that UHaul would allow a one time prorate on storage units. For example, if I am going to vacate the storage unit partly through the month it could be prorated as long as I give 2 week notice. Just a thought.

The second store was able ti get me a truck but I was charged for a dolly I never received. I called and was told it would be taken off and then received a receipt where I was still charged for it. The employee was talking on his cell phone doing a personal call the entire time I was picking up my truck. I have called over and over and can't seem to get past being on hold. Horrible experience.

Richard N.ENGINE COOLANT LINE RUPTURED LESS THAN 2 MILES FROM OUR FORMER HOME. TWO HOURS TO GET THROUGH TO ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE, TWO MORE HOURS TO WAIT FOR REPAIR VEHICLE TO SHOW, TWO MORE HOURS TO REPAIR RENTAL TRUCK, 8 HOUR DELAY IN ARRIVING AT DESTINATION. I had to spend $800 dollars to have movers return the next day to unload.

Also, the after hours return on y'all's website wasn't working last night. I had to re enter my information six times before it let me turn my keys in because the portal wasn't working.

There was alot of confusion when I showed up to the initial location to pick up the van which they didnt' have on reserve. In their confusion, I was sent to 2 different stores before I was able to get the van AND apparently the employee had to reenter my reservation information (which didn't have the 300 miles at the lower rental charge. SO when I returned the van, I had to pay an additional $85 for the additional mileage accrued. When I returned the manager I had spoken with wasn't available and no attempt was made to try to rectify my situation.

Fortunately a lady who had went in the day before was returning a storage unit she had only had for 24 hours. I was frustrated due to the fact I've been trying to get a climate controlled storage unit here since May and was on a waiting list to be called. Kyle help me reserve two 5x10s but when he called me to see if I was still coming in on the 26th he happened to have a 10x10 so we put the reservation on that. But when I went in my reservation was gone. But it worked out in the end cuz I ended up getting the one the lady was returning. But I was told that someone may have taken a reservation off my name and gave the storage to that other lady which really upset me. Especially since I've been in every month trying to see if you guys had a 10x15 or 10x10

Gregg G. | Overall ExperienceThis was the worse experience in my life because I explained everything to the person over the phone about the size of the truck I had and needed space to fit everything in but they gave me a 10x10x11 storage space to fit a 26' truck full of materials. I immediately told that it wasn't big enough but they had no more storage available so had to drive to a different location which was not climate control, I ended up having to store my belonging in two different storage. It was a nightmare and will never use uhaul again!

There reasons were the roaches come from the outside and they really cant do anything about it. When we our things we had to repack all the boxes, check everything and shake everything out. The roaches were everywhere. We moved to another storage company. Do not take your things there!
