3 tires where worn down to wear bars in the tread. They knew that i was driving across country on snow covered roads! Went back on Sunday after loading to talk about what we could do, was told by person there “It's not my problem what do you want me to do about it!†“Call roadside service and tell them!â€

It is hard making a left out of the business with how the streets are set up. We were originally supposed to pick up and drop off in two different towns, but due to lack of the right truck size, we had to pick up and drop off at this location, resulting in twice the miles backtracking and having to go through congested parts of town that we wanted to avoid.
Ashley S.You guys are the most expensive game in town. I moved out in the 28th of February not on the third of March. On the 28th of Feb I turned in my lock and keys to an employee who said he would get me checked out, and he didn't remember to which is why you have my end date wrong. It would be nice if Your employee would have followed through.

Robert Z.I think the hidden fees of 59 cents a mile should be deleted. It just really seems inaccurate to advertise the $19.99 and then it ends up being way over because of this extra charge.
Daniel T.I have rented from this uhaul multiple times. I currently have a paper license in addition to my expired license as this year was my renewal year. There is some mix up with my license being mailed and I'm still waiting. I was told today I can no longer use my paper license to rent a uhaul. It seems like the gentleman at the counter was new, so I understand him wanting to verify information with the manager…but his demeanor and service was lacking in comparison to previous visits. I rent very frequently. Sometimes weekly, it's a shame I'll now have to take my business elsewhere.

Betsy T.Employees were all super nice, courteous, and knowledgeable. Picking up the truck with a half tank of gas is super annoying. I realize it's cheaper and easier for Uhaul to not fill it up but it's pretty annoying to have to go fill it up right when you get it instead of being able to drive straight to your destination. The you have to figure out how to time it just right when coming back so that gas is just right. Definitely not customer friendly in that sense. I also had no windshield washer fluid so after I filled up with gas then loaded the truck and got on the road I realized this and had to stop one more time to get the windshield cleaned and buy cleaning fluid. Overall still good but could be better.

One location was ok, but not knowledgeable in rental info. The Idaho Falls location was a wonderful change that was completely different from the other four. Why can't all uhaul rental locations be taught to be like Idaho Falls'? Please?

I couldn't keep track of my balance easily, you need an app. I was making double payments for months and was still told I was not up to date. Even when I closed it out, I was told I had till the 25th, but I was refunded over $90. I was never sure what my balance really was. It's like they purposely make it confusing so they can confiscate your stuff. I don't think I'll use storage here in the future.

Mark C.This was absolutely flawless. The staff working was on top of everything. Took us about 5 minutes to get the truck even though we were an hour early. We hauled a trailer for Uhaul and we were compensated fairly, and they were there and got the trailer hooked up in minutes. When we dropped the uhaul off it was raining and there was an employee that met us out in the rain to get the keys. One of the best services I have ever used!
Tanner L.Pickup location messed up my rental and the receiving location didn't give a sh*t and I didn't appreciate the tone or overcharge for the mistake. Yes, I should have read the contract more closely, but I also shouldn't have to when I ask for a 3 day rental, that's what I should get. But the pickup only put down a 2 day.

The unit is fine but the problem is that the opening latch lever where the lock goes is now at ground level (on the regular truck, it is at waste level). Being at ground level it is very difficult to lock and unlock the lock. The opening latch lever on mine also had to be pushed down to get the lock holes to line up. This is difficult for one person while locking at the same time. I would not recommend a unit with this lock location to anyone.

Also, I notified the facility I was moving out. A day before I moved out my passcode was terminated I was still paid up one extra day. They automatically assume I was not going to pay my bill and lock up my stuff. Wrong!!! While moving out my stuff on a sunday they came to me ans told me that I would have to come back on the next day to finish. Because my code was canceled and they wabted to go home for the eveing. I had every right to stay and finish moving out my belongings. I was a customer over a year. My rental payment were never late. I alway ckean my bin and everything around it.

The whole process was quick. A very sweet girl named Holly showed me to my rental unit. I really appreciated the service I received yesterday, thank you for making it easy!

We have to move our things from the unit the day before. In all of the confusion we can't find the keys to the lock. It's our lock. We just need to get the unit unloaded before my husband has surgery on his arm and is incapacitated for 6 months. We apparently missed the fine print that says we can't cut our own lock off of the unit.
