I had a schedule 9:30 a.m. pick up on 9/11 at 1031 Whites Creek Pike in Nashville TN. Reference reservation 19437946. I arrived at 9:20 a.m. and there was no one there and the doors were located. I called customer service and was disconnected while trying to resolve the issue. On my second call I was finally able to reserve a truck at the Annex location in Nashville. I lost over 2 hours of moving time not to mention driving all over Nashville!THOMAS P.

Leroy Harris and his right hand person, Ravi Mohan, run an efficient, friendly business. I rent a van or box truck 2-3 times monthly. If there is a glitch with your online rental service, they are quick with a solution. The vehicles are always clean. I out grew out of my 8 year Enterprise account and so moved into a UHaul Corporate account. Sure glad I have the opportunity to work with this exceptional Annex team.Carol H.

When ever I call to pay my bill over the phone because my phone is giving me trouble when I try to pay over my phone I do have the app so I call 4 times one a day and he answers but al says says I have a customer not another customer??? Can I call you right back well they never do so if I don't get my payment made I will be late this is been going on four days and it's bill shit I pay to much money thee for this and my brother has a huge unit of his own he had for 3years we both are seriously considering going down the stree it's climate controlled but much lower price per month and they say customer service is excellent!!!!LINDA M.

The equipment can be cleaned better. I received a vehicle right after another customer had returned it, and it didn't get sanitized. Luckily I carry Lysol and hand sanitizers around with me. We were late picking up the trailer due to delayed flight. I received a text telling me if I was late, it would be canceled. I replied to the text I wanted to trailer but would be late; it was canceled. The dealer did work with us to get a trailer. It would be nice that if I get a text telling me my trailer would be canceled, I should be able to reply to have my trailer held due to my flight. The trucks alignment was completely off. Had to have the steering wheel turned sideways to keep it straight. The AC didn't work well. If they had inspected the truck they'd see the ad on the ba k the eyes were scratched out and she had Hooghly eyes on her breasts. Just wasn't a good rental and felt unsafe to drive.Jessica F.

The location was great. The truck had just come back in so they cleaned it right away. There was not enough time for the staff to know that there was an issue with the truck itself. We drove from Nashville to St Roberts MO. To move furniture and boxes to our son at Fort Leonard Wood. The truck wouldn't go over 65 and that was pushing it. We were being passed by U-Haul of the same size with cars being towed. The back to the truck was not full or over weight at all.TENNILE H.

This facility is a cheap metal building set up like a maze. It's impossible to find a unit and once we finally did, we couldn't believe how cheaply made it was. There was a flood approximately 10 days before I picked up my belongings. I had soaked boxes, rugs, and furniture. No one notified me. They were aware because there were dozens of moving blankets in the corridors and entrance to soak up the water. I worry about units next to mine that we're hit even worse with the flood waters. I now have a uhaul truck stinkinking of mildew and soaked belongings that I am getting to dryer environs where I will have the opportunity to assess the damage. Please let other unit renters know before they suffer 100percent loss!! I was given the insurance number to call and will do so after truck is unloaded and soaked items unpacked so I can assess the condition of belongings.
