Douglas R.The first truck I was supposed to take had a check engine light on. The second truck had several damaged spots from a prior use. The first time I used the loading ramp the stop block broke free from the frame and the ramp pulled all the way out and was laying on the ground. I was able to get the ramp back into the vehicle. But it should have been out of service.
John E.Trucks are parked a long distance from the office. Consider having pickup area closer to customer entrance. Otherwise, excellent service and experience.
Nicole P.She came out right when I pulled up and told me to drive to a more open part of the lot to drop off my trailer. She asked me if I had any problems and then disconnected and moved the trailer. Good experience.
Jared C.Nothing to improve. Jessica was excellent in less than ideal circumstances. She was the only employee on-site at the time of pickup and had a line of customers waiting. She remained calm and worked through the backlog without taking short cuts. Each customer received courteous and dedicated service as quickly as she could work. Great experience because of Jessica.

You wouldn't deliver the box until I paid then delivered it a day late after telling me it would arrive a day ahead and making me sit around waiting all day. Then tell me you would be there at a certain time that evening only to cancel because you were out of propane.

Robert M.Improve on communicating of the delivery of the pods. Unfortunately, the pods did not arrive on the scheduled day. From my perspective, there seemed to be some communication break down on the UHaul side of things. However, I appreciate the employee who helped navigate the miscommunication that occurred.

Dustin S.This location has been the best U-Haul location I've ever used. There was a slight problem with the trailer i first got assigned. The clip that's used for the ramp was broken and being held on by a bunjee cord but the GM said that's not right and assigned me a new one. Every time i use this location I'm taken care of.

Mike F.My horrible UHaul experience was mainly due to the trying to use the awful website & app for mobile pickup & dropoff. The site constantly crashed or kicked me out or showed error messages. What should have taken 10 minutes to pick up my truck & get moving ended up taking over half an hour! And dropoff was more of the same! I will never use the 24/7 service again, and will do my best to avoid UHaul forever.

ROBIN B.Bradley at the Fountain Inn facility was very helpful and kept me informed of progress every time I asked, even though it wasn't his job. The Traffic department in NC that is responsible for scheduling delivery of boxes stored at Fountain Inn is terrible. No communication, acted like they were too busy to answer calls and questions, and basically made me feel like they dropped every ball possible. Made notes in the system that they called and talked to me, which was a lie. A call to the regional president regarding the lack of communication went unreturned. My only assumption is that he helped facilitate the delivery since the delivery team said traffic didn't have it on the schedule. Boxes arrived in the evening on the day requested, but it took dozens of calls to other parts of UHaul to try and piece together a schedule. Traffic is responsible to scheduling, but never confirmed a schedule with me, the customer.

Kevin B.Will I would like to see marker lights up on the wheel fenders that would definitely help at night when pulling a U-Haul trailer to identify or defenders are so you can identify where the fenders are when you are going through a construction site such as road work and when the road narrows so you don't have to try to guess how close you are to the concrete barriers that would definitely help people and they won't scrape the wall with defenders
