Staff extremely rude. 3 employees came after me in my car like a mob. Girl inside greeted me with a â€œDo you have keysâ€ attitude when I walked in. No greeting. Yelling @ me outside the door calling me a Bitch. I will never be back to this place & will never recommend. They charged me around $90.00 difference between Friday night & Saturday morning. Perhaps your employees should attend customer service training or just plain Charm Classes. I dropped $200.00 to your establishment & was treated extremely rudely.Valery G.

The truck fuel was on empty from the start. It had a big problem shutting off. The gas tank was not ready properly. I kept running out of gas, just as soon as I put gas in. The truck had a major problem. I was not happy with the rental truck. I believe that the trucks need to be serviced more often. Looks like the U-Haul was not big on repairs. Unless the previous driver, didn't complain. Especially when having serious issues. I fueled the truck 7 times. It was extremely expensive and it didn't work for me for my needs. I had nothing but problems and would like to get my 100.00 back. Like I mentioned, I ended not using the truck the way that I needed to use it. My day was ruined. Big loss of money and opportunity. Not happy. I'm hoping that a manager contacts me in regards to this nightmare.Sandra S.
Well when I showed up for my 26 ft truck I was told they did not have one. So I took a 20 ft truck and had to make 2 trips. So it cost me more in fuel and mileage. Pretty disappointing when you have movers set up and no other options the morning g off. Ended up spending $50 dollars more from uhaul plus extra time spent on movers for the second trip.Shane S.

THE PICKUP LOCATION WAS TERRIBLE THE REP AT THE COUNTER WAS RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL SHE SAID WAS WE HAVE NO TRUCKS. EVEN AFTER I SHOWED THE RESERVATION CONFIRMATION SHE SAIS OH WELL WE WILL DON'T HAVE THE TRUCK AND YOUR RESERVATION ISN'T UNTIL 10AM. SO O THEN ASKED HER DOES THAT MEAN THE TRUCK WILL BE THERE AT 10? AND SHE ANSWERED I DON'T KNOW, AS LONG S THEY TURN IT ON IT WILL BE. SHE WAS VERY RUDE, BLUNT AND NOT COMPASSIONATE OR HELPFUL AT ALL. I CALLED THE U HAUL CUSTOMER SERVICE WHILE STANDING AT THE COUNTER WITH HER TO BE PUT ON HOLD FOR 61 MINUTES.. WHILE ON HOLD THE TRUCK WAS BRIGHT BACK BY THE PREVIOUS CUSTOMER SHE SAID AFTER SHE LIVED IT I COULD CHECK IT OUT. SO I WATCHED HER CLIMB IN THE TRUCK TAKE PICTURES WITH HER PHONE, GET OUT AND WALK BACK IN TO HER STORE. WHICH MADE ME EVEN MORE LIVID BECAUSE DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID PANDEMIC THERE WAS ZERO SAFETY PRECAUTIONS TAKEN THE TRUCK HAD WEEKS OF DUST ON THE DASHBOARD,STEERING WHEEL,STEREO,ETC , NOTHING WAS WIPED DOWN, SPRAYED,ETC. AND THROUGHOUT THIS WHOLE TIME I WAS STILL ON HOLD WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVENTUALLY OVER AN HOUR LATER THEY FINALLY ANSWERED AND I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER WHO SAID ANOTHER MANAGER WOULD BE CALLING ME THIS WEEK.!!!! LASTWEEK I RENTED 4 TRUCKS AND MY HUSBAND RENTED TWO SO 6 TRUCKS ALTOGETHER AND EVERY SINGLE ONE HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE THAN THE ONE BEFORE IT. I was sent to a UHaul in old town Winchester, the trailer had a bent neck and one tail light out with no replacement. I was on a limited time frame and was sent to the Hemet location where I was greeted and treated with respect. I'm disappointed the dispatcher did not send me directly to Hemet. I think and this is my opinion. I think that it's a bit high. I had to pay 100 plus in mileage and 52 dollars in gas. But over all its a great place and service was wonderful.Patricia J.

I rented a 20 inch truck it smelled so bad I could hardly focus I was embarrassed by the foul smell the movers were complaining I was too, Jose helped try and put so cleaning solution that was a joke the smell was that foul the inside had coffee spills it was nasty,I was on a time schedule so I had to deal with it I would never recommend and friends or family to this particular location, staff SO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, TALKING AMONGST THEMSELVES WHILE THE LINE WAS LONG JUST PITIFUL CORPORATE NEEDS TO LOOK IN TO THIS IMMEDIATELY ITS NOT PROFESSIONAL NOR SAFE.Jamie B.

The woman who helped me pick it up was amazing. The gentleman who attached the tow dolly to my truck said the lights worked, but they didn't. Found out when it hit night time and no one saw lights on the trailer. Saw them on my truck but not the trailerAmanda J.

Deodorize vehicles, please. I rented a pick up truck and the cab smelled so disgusting that I bought air fresheners for the truck. It only helped a little and I was forced to ride with the windows down (in 95+ degree weather). This was truly an awful experience.Maria G.
First l had to drive 20 miles to Hemet to pick up the trailer. Than when l arrived for 1pm pick up was told the trailer was not there and it would be a 2 hours wait so l request the next size down than l was told it was one 4 miles from my home , so l ask if l could drop this trailer at the place close to my home and was told NO so l rented it because l was not sure if it would be there when l go there so l tow this trailer 34 miles to my home and back the service lady's were very rude when l request the trailer and so was the lady who rented me the trailer they made me feel like shit and not want to come back to uhaul Fred Walker 951-642-0998Fred W.

They advertise access to the storage units were til 10pm it hat is not true. They will only allow you there until 7 pm. The main reason I got a unit there was because the hours were til ten.
