Other customers were there as well, everyone was very annoyed wasting their time. Very frustrating!! Don't offer online check-in if it doesn't work!!

Marlon M.Don't allow reservations if trucks are not going to be available. I reserved a 20' ft truck 2 weeks in advance. I was told the day before I moved out that the closest truck was 60 miles from my location and was 26' long. I was offered no solutions or recommendations. I had to call back several times asking different representatives and self advocate by brainstorming solutions. Representatives were not helpful. I finally asked if they could help out with mileage and they approved this request. They then did not reserve the Uhaul truck properly so I had to call back again for them to correct the issue. Then I received no verification even though I asked for it. In the end, I had to spend an extra 60 miles in gasoline for an issue Uhaul poor planning caused and had to drive 60 miles out of the way to get a truck that I had reserved well in advance. Completely unprofessional to cancel a truck on people less than 24 hours prior to a move. Not only a financial burden for the truck, or a mental burden, but a financial burden because of those hired to help me move. Put yourself in the customers shoes

Kenneth H.Well I made a reservation for a. 8 foot truck. When I went to pick it up it was unavailable. They told me they would give me a 10 foot truck for the same rate. I accepted because I had no choice. The truck I was suppose to get was suppose to come back with a quarter tank I brought it back and was not suppose to be charged mileage. Yet I was. I was under impression that I was to receive 50 cash if my reservation was available. I was quote 30.00 for my reservation. And a 63.00 fuel credit was supposed to be applied. And was charged 200 but they tried to charge me 400 how can they do that when I can not verify the mileage ro determine if I was over charged? . The vehicle I was given didn't match the paperwork I had and I was charged for mileage that I can not verify because the vehicle on my receipt is suppose to have had 60000 mile and it had 87000 prior to leaving the shop. Also windows were filthy. This place needs some new employees. I am not happy with the service an will be sharing my experiences with social media. You guys promote false advertisement and put me at risk buy giving me a vehicle not registered item insured to me. Just be glad nothing happened but if it had you guys would be getting sued. I am extremely dissatisfied with my level of service and most definetly WILL NOT be using uhaul ever again.

Paul D.Great experience-everything went very smoothly and I am a satisfied customer. I was surprised at how much was available to buy in the store as far as moving supplies and I thought the prices were reasonable- the store seemed to be very clean and nicely organized.
stephan B.First I was sent over an hour from my home/ preferred pickup location when I was told it should be no further than the next town. Then sent to this location for the trailer. The trailer was extremely filthy with oil/ diesel exhaust. The trailer fender was not properly secured. I fixed it before hauling my vehicle. No attempt was made to discount my rental for the extra 2 hours I had to drive for the rental. The only reason I will use uhaul again is because no one else does a one way trailer rental.

Toni C.This is not a knock on the Hemet location They were absolutely outstanding and so helpful It was the fact that we had to go so far out of our way to pick up the auto transport carrier.
Dawn L.I ended up at this location after being stood up at your stax location in Homeland. I have always enjoyed a perfect relationship with the hemet location. Uhaul need to monitor the folks that are renting the equipment an really don't care about your reputation.

Ed V.Giving a 2 star due to lot attendant Austin being extremely rude to me when I arrived and threatening to not give me the trailer I reserved after being very rude to me......assistant manager wasn't much help defending her rude employee and didn't care bout how I was treated woulda been 1 star but other lot attendant Jose was a great help in helping hook up my trailer, make sure everythin was workin and even getting the adapter for my suv to hook the lights up to my trailer. Jose ty so much for ur help and Austin u need to learn to respect customers or find a diff field to work in cuz ur customer service sucks

christano R.Tell the customer how wide the vehicle is including the mirrors that stick out because it is too wide to go over a narrow bridge. I had an accident because of this.
Sheri C.My only complaints is that it took almost an hour to make it to the front of the line when I got there to rent my truck. The staff was great, but the computer system was too slow, and kept freezing. Other than that I had a great experience. The staff was attentive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location to others, I would just recommend getting there early.

The main reason I got a unit there was because the hours were til ten. With them closing at 7 I was unable to ever go there by the time I got off work it was always closed
Christine B. | Overall ExperienceWhen I first received the storage I was given an access card that did not work. Several times, I had to go to front desk because access card did not work. I came one time and this HUGE pod was blocking the hallway. I could not bring anything into nor remove anything from my storage, not even a cart, because the hallway was blocked with this HUGE pod. There is a huge ladder that sat in front of my storage, again, that blocked my access most times. I don't feel I should have to move ANYTHING to get into my storage. There were too many unnecessary access issues with this facility. IN addition, one time I came to put stuff in my storage right before closing time and the treatment and comments me and my family received from the staff was totally unprofessional. Although we were in and out before closing time, the fact that we showed up minutes before closing, staff comments, looks, treatment, etc was unnecessary. It was like they prepped to close down way before closing and we were intruding on their "It's time for me to clock out" time. No bueno....No bueno...
Winnie M. | Overall ExperienceThe only thing I did not like was, there is no top/ ceiling on my storage- in the beginning- I would come by to check on my things and there would be bird droppings and dust on my belongings - I had to cover my things with blanks and sheets to keep them from getting to damaged - now - there is a tarp to cover the storage unit which made it a little better.

If I ever go back to San Jacinto I will definitely return to Uhaul for another storage box. The staff and facility were excellent and the prices were reasonable as well!

We have used it a couple of times: renting a storage unit and had to rent a box truck for a one way traveling over a thousand miles and then recently rented a smaller towable unit for a one-way traveling over a thousand miles. He is super trustworthy, helpful and have had to witness him work with some "in a hurry" type of folks that had to be turned down politely for whatever reasons. Thank you Spencer.
