I ended up at this location after being stood up at your stax location in Homeland. I have always enjoyed a perfect relationship with the hemet location. Uhaul need to monitor the folks that are renting the equipment an really don't care about your reputation.

Giving a 2 star due to lot attendant Austin being extremely rude to me when I arrived and threatening to not give me the trailer I reserved after being very rude to me......assistant manager wasn't much help defending her rude employee and didn't care bout how I was treated woulda been 1 star but other lot attendant Jose was a great help in helping hook up my trailer, make sure everythin was workin and even getting the adapter for my suv to hook the lights up to my trailer. Jose ty so much for ur help and Austin u need to learn to respect customers or find a diff field to work in cuz ur customer service sucks

Tell the customer how wide the vehicle is including the mirrors that stick out because it is too wide to go over a narrow bridge. I had an accident because of this.

My only complaints is that it took almost an hour to make it to the front of the line when I got there to rent my truck. The staff was great, but the computer system was too slow, and kept freezing. Other than that I had a great experience. The staff was attentive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location to others, I would just recommend getting there early.

I went to return the truck and arrived at 6:56pm and the lady on duty went to lock the doors. They close at 7:00pm. No help or anything but she did walk out just to tell us the truck needed to be behind another van. I proceeded with a night drop off procedure which took me only 5 mins. I am a manager at a retail store and if a customer walks in 5 minutes before we close. We help the customer and then close the store. It took 5 minutes to return the truck. I'm very displeased. To spend so much money to get this kind of service is very distasteful.

I got the four wheel car dolly and it was terrible to try and get a 2019 Ford Ranger on it. I want able to get it up on the trailer so for me it was a waste of money. They need to mount a wench on it to be able to get a car up on it. I ended up having a tow truck come get it.

they forgot to give me the dolly I paid for. They told me that someone would go out to bring the truck and tow dolly, went outside, someone else started the process, but then another guy came out to start the process. Very disorganized. No apology or offer of a credit for me have to drive all the way back to the location to pick up the dolly they forgot to include.

Overall happy with this location, only thing was we were told the vehicle had a full tank of gas, but upon driving off my husband noticed there was less than half a tank. I immediately called Uhaul to confirm this, because we did not want to get charged extra for gas, we were told to take a pic of the fuel gauge. When we returned the vehicle the attendant told us that We would be charged for fuel because we didn't refill the tank. First off, There's was no way we could have used that much gas for the short time we had it. It took a few minutes to convince them otherwise, and we did not drive off until we knew our final cost. That being said, we will most likely use this location again.

The place is nice, clean, friendly. However, service is lacking. Not only I, but others wait to be help. Now this can be expected, but just seemed to me slow. Yes the trailer was in my opinion drity ok it is outside equipment still I washed it down to clean drit from inside it bed and side walls. I was moving furniture and used pads not only to protect but keep items clean. I was told I needed to purchase an adapter for my truck. The young man chached the configuration serveral times to get it to work, then told me I was good to go. Well. On the road serveral people honked to inform me my lights were not working correctly. Even a office warned to to pull over and fix it, but did not write me a ticket. I told the gentleman when returning the equipment and looked at it and said my truck was old and that could be the problem. I had all new lights on as it was updated to LED's. And we're working fine when I hooked up the equipment. I did tell the gentleman I was told running lights and something with trun signal's did not work. I take time to explain this as some years ago I had the wireing harness install by and at this uhall. I am somewhat, pressed to recommend your service and equipment at this time. I was made to feel it is my fault for this Mishap of the lights not working. I am talking with the service department who installed the new light fixture and lights to see if it was something that they did. I had the done six months ago and everything did and was wondering. Thank you for your time in this matter. Not saying it is your fault but am saying service is lacking.

I had ran into traffic and by time was able get to gas station they were closed. Scared being charges late fee I tried notify early but phone connection was available by time phone was answered was 24hr customer service. Once transferred on dropping vehicle off call was disconnected after 20 min waiting on hold. I was very frustrated because I wanted drop vehicle off and couldn't get directions on how to do it. Other than that was over all great

Was given contract from office that stated I was picking up auto transport trailer later, when I was renting 10' van and trailer at the same time caused a delay in the Yard as I was given only a Van. I discussed about drop off location day before with C.S. and was told i would receive a text. Never received.Called and was given a location 23miles away from my address was on hold for over 30mnutes to get changed. Never got call from about rental prior to pickup either, I had to call as original told auto transport trailer N.A. Bad experience no communication!!

They advertise access to the storage units were til 10pm it hat is not true. They will only allow you there until 7 pm. The main reason I got a unit there was because the hours were til ten. With them closing at 7 I was unable to ever go there by the time I got off work it was always closed

When I first received the storage I was given an access card that did not work. Several times, I had to go to front desk because access card did not work. I came one time and this HUGE pod was blocking the hallway. I could not bring anything into nor remove anything from my storage, not even a cart, because the hallway was blocked with this HUGE pod. There is a huge ladder that sat in front of my storage, again, that blocked my access most times. I don't feel I should have to move ANYTHING to get into my storage. There were too many unnecessary access issues with this facility. IN addition, one time I came to put stuff in my storage right before closing time and the treatment and comments me and my family received from the staff was totally unprofessional. Although we were in and out before closing time, the fact that we showed up minutes before closing, staff comments, looks, treatment, etc was unnecessary. It was like they prepped to close down way before closing and we were intruding on their "It's time for me to clock out" time. No bueno....No bueno...

The only thing I did not like was, there is no top/ ceiling on my storage- in the beginning- I would come by to check on my things and there would be bird droppings and dust on my belongings - I had to cover my things with blanks and sheets to keep them from getting to damaged - now - there is a tarp to cover the storage unit which made it a little better.

I loved my storage box and believe me I hated to leave but I'm moving back to Needles and I no longer needed a storage in the area. If I ever go back to San Jacinto I will definitely return to Uhaul for another storage box. The staff and facility were excellent and the prices were reasonable as well!

Highly recommend Spencer and this location. We have used it a couple of times: renting a storage unit and had to rent a box truck for a one way traveling over a thousand miles and then recently rented a smaller towable unit for a one-way traveling over a thousand miles. He is super trustworthy, helpful and have had to witness him work with some "in a hurry" type of folks that had to be turned down politely for whatever reasons. Thank you Spencer.
