Aside this ubox was supposed to be stored at the Lake St Louis area from St. Peters and now is in Haelwood,...then a little confusing right at first when I went there to get it all in one UBOX, it is okay. Things didn't go as planned. It seems to happen a lot in my life. This COVID mess sure isn't helping either. Soon I will be having the UBOX shipped somewhere. For now, it will stay in Hazelwood I suppose. The people were very nice. Most locations have many new people and it I think almost known of them know a lot about UBOX. I may go to work for UBOX/UHAUL. I have had so many dealings with UHAUL over the years, I feel I know it better than most working there.

The gentleman who checked us in was polite, friendly, and clear with his instructions and information. Truck was clean, ran well, and suited our moving needs. Whatever coating was put on the floor of the truck was very slick. When stepping into and out of it I had to be very careful to prevent falling. It made the floor shiny and new looking but it was very slick.

They did not have the furniture dollies that we're requested. The truck was constantly pulling to the left and was not well aligned. The truck also had issues with the transmission and would max out at high rpms for a while before shifting.

Anthony was fantastic. He answered all of my questions along the way and if I am going to be paying $180 for a 10x15 you best believe I am going to have a couple questions that is a semi large purchase when it comes to a monthly subscription. $180 is actually more than I could of paid elsewhere but Anthony honored my lack of coupon that I was not given by a different facility after returning my rented uhual. Overall I would rate this location a 10 out of 10 solely use this singles employee the cleanliness of the store was amazing best I have seen by singular uhaul place. Two thumbs up from me.

I was very disappointed in U-Haul. The original quote they gave me was not honored and ended up charging me double than what I was quoted. Also, their new automated system of "check-in" and "check-out" left you with no paper trail of quotes and charges. I am a very disapointed customer!!!

The staff at the Hazelwood location is very professional, understanding and helpful.. Upon returning the cargo van that I rented, I had problems trying to check in the rental via the website and as a result, I was frazzled.. Since I had never returned a vehicle during closing hours, I didn't realize that there was a drop box for the keys and I locked them in the rental. When speaking to the guy that works at the Hazelwood location the next morning, he was very understanding and compassionate and he calmed my bewildered state of mind.. I would highly recommend them if you are ever in need of uhaul services..

My only concern was that I dropped off the truck an entire day early, with more gas than I pick it up with and did not receive any refund. I don't believe this is okay, since if the situation was such where I had dropped it off late, or without proper fuel, I would have had to pay extra.

The checkout person and procedure were excellent. However, the check in person was not friendly. I had completed all the Procedures prior to arrival. The check in person asked me to scan in my drivers license which I had done previously. I attempted to scan four times at your site and Dunn Road as requested by the check in person. After four rejections, I told the check in person that he could do it himself. He checked the computer again and found that I had previously scanned my license. I hate inefficiencies. Why waste my time. Overall the experience was good. Thank you for your service.

My only issue is that I notified the facility that I was cleaning out my storage in July, again by email on Aug. 5, 2020 and followed up with a phone call on Aug. 6, 2020 yet I am still getting mail saying I am late on my payment and am being charged a late fee. What is that about?

Having my unit for nearly 3 years was something unexpected but the service I received from management was Great and the one person I give the customer service award to is Janet, she’s awesome she worked with me when I fell behind, I thank her because there was a few times I could of lost it all but she hung in there with me so for her she is greatly appreciated and I would recommend this location to everyone.

I spent 1-month shy of 10 years with this particular UHAUL facility. I didn't see any upgrades to the units but experienced increases in my storage payments. I was not pleased with that part of my experience. Then I noticed the several changes in the staff that included the facility's General Managers. They were always kind and helpful even during their very busy moments. Nonetheless, that turnover created some concerns. Otherwise and overall I'm grateful for the time and safe keeping of my belongings.
