The guy who checked me in was fantastic as was the younger kid who helped me with the trailer. Both of them deserve recognition. I've rented several hundred uhauls over the years and these two made the experience hands down the most pleasant experience I've ever had at uhaul. Top notch!!ELLIOT H.

Equipment was maintained and in good working condition. A previous user may have have a vehicle that leaked or spread some type of fluid or lubrication on the front of the unit. It needed to be power washed or some type of cleaning done to it. The dirt did not effect the unit other than making anything that touched it oily and dirty. Will definitely rent again from this location.ALAN H.

I had my storage for a little over a year. Originally, it was all good. One particular time I was late but ended up paying. Went to my storage and it was still locked. I called and they fixed it immediately. My main concern was the roaches that came later in the year. It was the lack of cleaning the area that I didn't like. I was in a storage inside of a building. Really thought it would be secured from all things. Most definitely thought me purchasing insurance would benefit in a way and it didn't. Insurance is a complete waste. The greatest thing I did was get my belongings out. Although I trashed most of it due to roaches. I moved out on my payment date which was 12/28/21 not 1/2/2022. These guys are absolutely amazing, they help me figure out a problem that I had with the factory connection on a Nissan truck for over 2 1/2 hours and never charged me a penny. The manager and technicians, all of them are absolutely amazing I would highly recommend renting anything from this group of individuals. I especially want to complement Sabrina, Theresa, and several others in your customer service department. They were exceptionally helpful. I was very ill while in Atlanta while clearing out my storage units and once I got back. My contract had to be further extended as I was too I'll to unload the van. I did have to adjust the gas level indicated in the paperwork. That wasn't a big deal, but the tank was almost empty. It is kind of inconvenient to need to put gas in it right away. Possibly just start the truck with half a tank or even a full tank to make the refill process easier on the customer.Paul J.

Notify the customer that the vehicle is not equipped with a USB port for charging cell phones. We were shocked to discover we couldn't charge our phone while in the middle of nowhere traveling. The entire trip was loud & noisy because there was something going on with the drivers side door. We could hear the wind blowing and outside as we drove - sounded like the window was not tight or secure.Terri B.

This location for my pick up was 19 miles from my house, when there are two locations one being 3.9 miles the other 6 miles from my house. The reason I was given was this was the only location that had a 15 foot truck, which was not true there were three 15 foot trucks at the Alton location and at least 1 at the East Alton location. Going to this location was a bit too far and took too much time out of our day to go get thisJacqueline V.

The truck we rented was having issues. We could barely make it through the move without the truck stalling and making loud noises. That issues caused our moved to take longer than expected. The truck seemed to need to be serviced. There were no problems at that location. The only issues were with the truck.DESHERICK B.

The truck I rented was very dirty and only had a eighth of a tank of gas the staff was very friendly and they worked with me on a discount for my displeasure with the vehicleGEORGE S.
The return was a little complicated. I feel it's not user friendly to those that are not as tech savvy. If I just want to drop of my truck after use it cost an extra $20, so you feel pressure to use the app that they say takes less than 15 min. It's more like 45min to an hour if you don't know what you are doing.VALENCIA W.

After a long day of moving. I noticed I left a few things on truck. I called UHaul the next morning at Dunn Rd location in Hazelwood Mo. and representative says my items were thrown away. I adised her I spoke with a representative the night before and she advised me to call the location early morning in which I did. The worker at the location in Hazelwood was very rude. She told me I would have to go to the trash to get my items. Why were my items thrown away instead of being placed in a lost and found area. When I get to location to pick up my items someone went through my personal belongings then placed on the curb in front of the building where they check truck ins. My items were set right there after being rambled through.Charmaine B.
