The only issue I see is when returning your equipment especially on the weekend Saturday and Sunday you can't have just one guy there running equipment going out hooking up the equipment getting the truck or the trailer and you have people standing in the waiting room because there's only one person there. I went to return a U-Haul Truck and there's one guy there by himself five people in line ahead of me that's ridiculous! Weekends are busy time specially Saturdays people getting U-Haul trucks and Sunday people returning them and you expect one guy to do all that himself that's crazy.CHARLES B.

I put too much gas in the tank because I kept checking that that gauge thing that you gave up us to let us know how much and it was reading under and turns out that something was wrong and I put probably 30 or more dollars too much into tank and you guys don't give refunds which is BS so after giving you well over $200 250 whatever it comes to I'm out another 40 for gas cuz you don't refund so yeah I wouldn't recommend anybody to youRICK W.

When we went to pick up our rental it was never returned by the precious customer leaving us without a rental to move on moving day. The employee did call us to inform us that there was a smaller option for the next morning, we switched to that rental. Please charge some kind of non return fee etc to get people to actually return on time and to avoid the next customer not having their rental. The 28' truck broke down 4 miles from the shop. Battery(my quick charger) had to be charged for me to finish the job. Check engine, oil, and battery light was on intermittently throughout the whole day. I picked this truck up at 7:00 a.m. and returned it barely by 5:00 p.m. we had to wait for the battery to charge before we could even drive it back to the shop. I called my local U-Haul dealer when the truck shut off on me I was stuck at a red light with the four ways on. I called the gentleman and he explains to me that he was the only one there working had no one else that he could send out with another truck and then I basically had to call the 1-800 number on the contract and wait for somebody to show up. Luckily after 10 minutes the truck fired back up but was not running properly. That being said, I was very displeased with the vehicle and the employee that I was dealing with. Merl was his name, from Greensburg, Pennsylvania 15601... When I returned the truck Merle was no longer there however the gentleman that was was extremely professional he listened to what I had to say, and he went out of his way for me. I think his name was Gregory... He used to work at Walmart years ago and I used to deliver Delilah's food products to the store at where he worked at. The beginning of this whole adventure was a nightmare. I didn't know, until the second time I packed up my car and headed to the storage facility to secure my locker that I had to first go to the UHaul truck rental store five miles down the road. Once someone told me that I have to go there to do the paperwork before I could gain access to my locker, everything started to make sense. Even better… while I was at the truck rental store, the attendant realized that she had a locker at that location that I could rent. This facility is way closer to my house so this was fantastic! The only thing that kind of stinks is that my locker is on the second floor and there is no elevator to my knowledge. We carried things up the flight of stairs. The van was clean and on the surfaces appeared well- maintained. However as we rode to our destination we noticed the left turn signal was not working. As we had a family member following immediately behind us and using her signal and we did not have to venture onto any major highways this did not pose a major problem. Everything went smoothly. I made the reservation online the night before. The front counter employee Lance (name from my final receipt) was very nice and informative. We were checked in and were on the road in a matter of minutes. The return was very easy. We pulled in and the same employee, after checking to make sure we had no issues, told us that we were good to go and that my receipt would be emailed. We planned on renting a climate controlled unit from you, but we could not do so as your facility has no elevator. The items we needed to store were large and heavy and could not be taken up the stairs. For the price of your units, I would have expected an elevator. Also, the lack of elevator needs to be listed on your website. I would have rented elsewhere had I known there was no elevator. I was very disappointed that the 10X10 storage space that I reserved by phone was not available when I came in to finalize the arrangements. My oldest son (52) passed away suddenly on September 10th from a heart attack. He was an amazing tattoo artist (Spanky's Tattoos) and as administrator of his estate, I am responsible for protecting and preserving his art work. I requested a climate controlled area to facilitate this task. Instead, I am in the basement which I was told is heated. Is that the same as"climate controlled)? Your staff was great and listened to my complaints about the original pickup in Sharon, Pa UHaul location. I've tried to write a written complaint and request money back due to an obnoxious stench and filthy muddy truck that had been smoked in!! Additionally, the truck should have NEVER been allowed to be operated by anyone! I have an incurable lung disease along w/asthma and a severely compromised immune system. That being said, I was the ONLY person able to drive your truck. I requested another truck from the Sharon location and at first, it was due to the horrendous smell and filth inside the truck. The man said it was fine and I wouldn't be charged for it being dirty but I explained I was gagging after seconds of opening the door! He said to air it out and leave windows down. He claimed he couldn't release any other trucks and that's all I could use. Again, all of my complaints are directed to the Sharon, Pa location ONLY!
