As I pulled in a Uhaul member speed walked across a 100 yard parking lot just to aggressively turn me around. She demanded that I take it to another location not telling me where but just not there. SUPER RUDE AND threatening me with fees and consequences. I drove 15 hours through dust storms and a 3.5 EARTHQUAKE in Snyder to be pushed away at my final destination!

The General Manger was very professional and super nice. But when I returned the truck and I was outside a white heavy bald man asked me in a rude voice if he could help me! He looked mad very rude. I have rented trucks at this location many times. But this would be my last time renting at this location. I don't have to put up non professional individual's.

The app on line wouldn't allow me to check in to pick up the truck. And it was only one person at the desk for the line of people.

Very good service. I will definitely use this location again. I rented a 26' truck for a one-way move. It only had 17k miles on it and performed flawlessly. It bucks like a bronco when empty but very smooth when carrying a load.

The appliance dolly I rented was not working properly one of the wheels were not functioning properly it kept sticking and I had to make due to my time frame I was using it on a heavy Item and the wheel jammed almost caused damage to the item and injury to myself I did call U-haul to inform the of it being faulty.

As much as I liked this location, it seems ridiculous in the Dallas area to have to drive 45 minutes across the county for a particular item. Can't other locations nearer me stock the car dolly?

Faster Service / more attendants. I arrived around 10:20am and did not leave the location until 10:50am. I had a reservation for a trailer and had done the online check-in and paid already. It still took 1/2 an hour to pick up the trailer. Once he took care of me he was nice and friendly

even though the lines were long- the young lady who helped us was very nice and helped us get what we needed. when we returned the truck there was only ONE person working yet he was kind and very helpful. In these times when everyone is afraid to be out in public - these two employees deserve an applaud for making this experience a pleasant one

we started out at 11:30 trying to get a truck that was already reserved but didn't get one until 4:00, I wonder if I get 50 dollars for that terrible experience

I attempted the pick up the truck using the online option. It failed to send the code to unlock the word lock on the cargo latch. Fortunately, it was only an hour before the location opened so not too much time was wasted. The store rep informed me the website often does this. Please fix this step in the process.

I dropped off my U-Haul truck after the office was closed. Along with three or four other people I tried to get U-Haul.com to respond. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to do that. The others also had the same experience. You need to make your website more easy to use and more clear. There should be a note that says put in your code number first thing.

Manager was not very friendly upon me entering the store. He asked for my credit card and I told him I already called it in over the phone. He said, “You didn't give it to me”. I then provided him the name and he said that was the call center. He also sent me out to get a truck that was not in the lot, which I spent a while looking for. I finally came in after I couldn't find it. He did say he was sorry and told me to go get another one. At this point I think he should have showed me wear the next one was located instead of telling me from inside the store. I was not pleased with the customer service and will not go back to this location.

Manager at this location did not handle the billing correctly for this trailer. It was originally a one-way rental, but the next day it was returned to renting location and should have been billed/adjusted to a daily rental versus a one-way. Had to get U-haul customer service involved to correct billing. Awaiting refund at this time.

The online reservation system drastically reduces check-in. The return of the trailer was fast and efficient. After disconnect the attendant brought my receipt to my car; total time; 7-9 minutes.

I think there are WAYYYYYYYYYYY too many value adds in the checkout process, for example if I needed movers why would I be renting my own truck? And I thought GoDaddy was bad...

The facility itself was fine but the staff at the facility is what brings the score down, except one grey haired gentleman who had owner on his badge and he is not the owner listed on the website. But, the owner on the website was just as rude as any employee there. When I went to access the unit, my access card was no longer valid and, an extra lock was on the unit. I was told it was because I did not use an approved lock style. Well, it seems my lock was working just fine because no one broke into my unit. And, what was really funny, the people who were locked out for non-payment had the same style lock I had on mine. So, I guess my lock did do the job correctly. Basically, they wanted me to buy a lock from them and since I did not I was locked out of my own unit. What really made the experience even better was, the manager/owner had to break into the lock he had put on my unit because they had lost the key. It took him all of 3 min, once he had all the tools and such with him, to get into my unit. How secure was this lock? I know my combination so it only took me 15 seconds and no tools. To wrap it up, I paid my bill on time. Had my unit locked with a solid lock and, was locked out of my unit electronically and with an "approved" lock. Basically, I don't plan on using U-Haul storage units any longer. I paid my bill on-time each and every quarter and left the unit in the shape it was when I first rented it over 2 years ago. I moved to another facility which was lower priced, larger, easier to access and, has friendly staff. Also our move was made difficult because someone had put a couch into the middle of the hallway and no one had moved it in over 2 weeks. I bet the couch is still sitting there as of this writing 4 days after moving out.
