Great experience. Terrific staff, very helpful and TEAM work witnessed in flow of procedures. Would be shocked to see or hear a negative word now or in the future. Best care you could ask for especially during the challenge of any type of move. Anyone would be foolish to miss the opportunity to experience the service from this location.

Carlos A G.It seemed as if we were inconveniencing the workers when the unit doors needed to be unlocked each time going and we went approximately 3x during the storage. The insects were horrible inside the unit. We literally had to place a bum inside the garage of the house before placing it inside. Which there was no issue within critters prior to placing furniture in the storage unit.

Colleen M.Trisha checked me out and while doing so I told her need to rent a utility dolly so she told me it was one inside the van. When I got to the storage unit to load I discovered inside the van an appliance dolly. That's the wrong tool for the job and luckily the office had a dolly I could use for moving boxes. I told her I couldn't use the dolly and she still charged me for it's rental. I've used Uhaul a lot this month but in the future I'll do business with another company.

enuice A.The manager Christian is extremely disrespectful and rude I was locked out of my storage on 2 occasions due to Christian refusing to open the storage door during office hours I was charged a month after I moved out of this storage unit and was still spoken to rudely by management by saying “I should have started moving earlier he has things to do and was closing before time” I don’t recommend anyone to this storage/uhaul facility

Douglas R.I dropped off my rental truck two days earlier than planned. There is only one worker at this store with more work load than possible. I got my e-receipt two days later stating that I kept the rental truck one extra day , and I was charged for gas even though I returned it exactly where I was asked to. When I confronted the man, he told me yes, that was his mistake and that I had to call “customer service†in order to get my refund. I cannot believe he could look me in my eyes with a straight face and tell me he knew he was wrong but STILL charged me $88 even though all the paperwork shows he was in the wrong. This was a very long distance move for a new start for my family and I, and losing money dishonestly from a new state I wanted to call home is so disheartening

THEN when we came back, were told that it was actually another location (altogether we were sent to 4 different locations) and we were ultimately told that the truck would not be ready until 9:45am. We had to reschedule the movers putting us back an entire day (we moved out of state) and costing an additional $300. AND, to put the cherry on top of this customer service experience, the $80 refund I was promised due to the late time, did not apply once I got the truck and the lady at the last location was extremely rude, I don't even have the energy to finish this to convey how rude. All I can say is, I will NEVER use U-Haul again.
Kathryn L.Make sure the customer knows that pickup and DROP OFF are done through mobile check in. I filled the tank to full where it was when I got it like they said and whomever checked in my truck didnt put the truth. It was around 8:03pm when I dropped it off

CANDACE F. | Overall ExperienceGrounds are kept clean and well maintained for the most part. In my unit there had been water damage to my furniture due to a leak from the ceiling. As a result the installation was hanging down. The leaked caused water stains on some of my items. Also, I was not notified that the electronic access system failed and therefore all passcodes were deactivated. Luckily the office was opened the day I tried to gain access. Overall, all things considered, I would still recommend them to others.

I questioned it and was told there is no charge for the second hour just in case something crazy happens. It was also not made clear the $10 coverage was per hour. So I was charged $20 for a second hour I didn't use and a second $10 for the coverage for said second hour.

terrence h. | Overall ExperienceThere are some great people there and some not so great. But I will say that there are several issues that arose where the higher ups with uhaul resolved very quickly. I know that every one of us is under a lot of stress during this time so I will say that they are doing the best they can to provide a great customer experience. I just wish the hours to access the climate controlled storage was clearly stated that it is only during office hours and not until 10pm. Be advised.

CRAIG P. | First ImpressionsMy unit, was not an outside storage, but inside the building, it was not climate controlled, my items had mold forming on my furniture, was not 24/7 accessible, only accessible during the office hours, and my lock was changed without notification, the staff person couldn't find the key for the lock that was placed on my unit, I had to wait two days before I could get into the unit. I was not pleased on the few occasions that I went to the unit.

ALONZO S. | Overall Experiencethe thing is that i was not told that the initial unit that i had rented 261 was not 24 hours access so the door for me to go into the climate controlled storage was locked when i got there, spent 1 hour at the location trying to talk to customer service, joseph helped me get to another storage room that was 24 hours and door to go in was open, he told me that i might have to move my stuff back to the initial storage i had rented, issue is that my family is on vacation, i only had two guys that was able to help me move the stuff just for this time, starting monday, i am alone, also i have a finger chopped off with stiches due to a work accident, a 6 month old baby that needs care, and i have nobody to move the things back to another unit, and i would really really aprecciate if i could keep my things in unit 283, i think there are moments in life when there always and eception, i think i deserve it this time, please, and im looking for a place to move as soon as possible, last trip i got locked in the facility for 30 minits before customer service could open a gate since my controll works just for 5am until 10 pm, a couple of issues and miss understanding , is my second time renting at this location and i would do it again, please be considerate and help me, really need it, thanks

She listened to me and also reminded me of the 1 month free because i also had a truck rental. I walked in yesterday confused and stressed. Normally my mother handles things like this. The staff informed me that they have nothing to do with the rent increase and suggested calling the corporate office, I called them they said the local facility will handle it or the local manager will resolve the issue, I spoke to the manager but they put the monkey back on the corporate office, so far nothing has been resolved.

I phoned the accident number and was connected with someone who supplied a code so we could get out...the staff was great though as we were allowed to stay past closing to finish unloading our items. I highly recommend this location as the problem with being locked in was partially my fault.
