JASCHA SGuy who served us was unprofessional and rude from the moment I walked in. The UHAULs TPS must have been broken because I got in the car and it said that the tire pressure was low. The one helping us already took off and was with the next guy being rude to him too. I used my tire gauge to check the pressure and it was fine, just to receive another $40 charge for something that was already messed up when they rented it to me. :) Lovely.

I think his name was ronnie or something but he could 100% be less rude like we get it you hate your job but dont mean pass that attitude off on your customers. 2/10 customer service

JOAN JOnly reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was I made numerous requests, including online notes, for the receiving coordination go to another person who was the intended recipient of the container. The person in Texas repeatedly called me instead of the noted person causing coordination delays.

ERIC PI am extremely frustrated at U haul as they did not communicate with each other about my pick up dates because I was told it would be ready for me on the 12th no problem. so we showed up after driving hours only to be told it wouldnt be ready till the next day. So U-Haul has been a big waste of time and money and it's very disappointing. I am still waiting on a call back from customer service on the outcome

Was told before we moved forward with payment that we would get our money back for the weeks we did not use. It was a lie. Did not receive our money back. 0% do not recommend.

DANIEL WUnit was way more expensive than it needed to be. The sliding door to the building was secure when I moved my stuff in, it only opened when you entered the code. Now it opens any time someone walks by. I moved to another storage facility because of this. I'm paying 1/2 of what I paid Uhaul for a BIGGER unit that had better security!

However, I reserved a truck and car carrier to be ready at 7:00 a.m. but was told the carrier would not be available until three, I was packing and was hitting the road (10 hr. drive) as soon as the truck was loaded, Ronnie did call earlier (thank the good Lord) and had the carrier. So, I was able to get on the road at 1. The truck USP outlet is either faulty, fake or just doesn't work, I had to purchase an Anchor charger to keep my phone charged so I could keep up with directions.
FERN FEnsure vehicles will not fail at crucial parts of the trip had to drive 300 miles in the California desert with no ac in 115 degree weather with my pets in the truck panting luckily was towing my vehicle and was able to get Air conditioning for them
JOSE MThe staffing seemed to be a little short for the amount of customer needs that we're present when I was there. We also had to wait because the one individual was by himself so he could nit go outside . And had multiple customers to tend too.
Diana CThe guy clerk at the front desk was completely lethargic, lazy, and acted like he didn't care about his job. He mumbled the entire way through the explanation of everything so we didn't really understand the full procedures. He tried to make up an excuse for why we couldn't rent the trailer until we asked a manager to step in and help us. He alone would make it so I would never recommend this location. The manager was also equally lethargic and lazy. We debate using uhaul again altho they have a good selection of rentals and we havent had an issue similar to this before. Most of the time the people the explain everything actually move their mouth and try.

When I went in to get my storage unit there was alot of unhappy people yelling and very confused because their online reservation was messed up which caused the worker to be very upset and take it out on everyone. It was the end of the day so I understood. Online says 1 thing and inside they say something completely different. Then when it was time to put everything in my storage the whole alarm system was very confusing we kept getting locked out or in. When people are moving it's already a very frustrating experience and then when nothing goes right when you get to uhaul after a long days of moving you want the rest to go right. I think online should match what is being told in store. The workers are getting very upset the customers were very upset. I know I sure was. It was not a pleasant experience at all.

Stacy H | Overall ExperienceThe alarm system at this facility is TERRIBLE!! I spoke with several other customers and everyone was frustrated. The security is undermined by the fact that the alarms go off even after the storage room is disarmed (a process I had to discover; the check-in details said NOTHING about disarming alarms). The sirens are ear-piercing! I have a slight hearing problem and I am concerned my hearing will be even further injured by the REPEATED and high decibel shrieking when opening the facility, when opening my storage area, and when showing up at the elevator. I think other people's actions are also setting off alarms; we all hear them all through the building. I have had two visits to the facility, both full of alarm sirens, and no facility manager has ever shown up that I have seen to address the issue or to check if someone is actually being broken into. Security is compromised in the "The Little Boy Who Cried Wolf" scenario. It is still unclear to me whether we are supposed to enter our entrance code into the "other" door keypad AFTER disarming the alarm at the special keypad location dedicated to that "security" purpose. Again, the texts designed to make the check-in smooth and convenient were very exciting (I was expecting it to be great!) but not only was there no gate to enter through, the text instructions did not highlight the need for alarming, and nowhere is it made clear whether you need to also use the code to enter after disarming. The physical reality is that the large sliding glass door keeps opening for anyone who walks up to it; you don't have to enter a code to physically walk in. But if this means you are tripping the alarm when you then later try to open your space...well, maybe that is why there are so many alarms going off???!!

The doors were locked and I got stuck in the stairwell and the only way I was able to get out was through an emergency exit that sounded an alarm when I got out. I was frustrated already with the staff and I did not even open my unit before I canceled my reservation. The guy at the counter needs to learn to be more professional. I requested a 10x10 and instead gave me 2 5x5 units and did not really give me an option. If the staff would have been more professional and informative I may have kept my unit

Marcia G | Overall ExperienceStaff really went above and beyond to help me out every time I was there, even when I fell WAY behind on my payments. Definitely HIGHLY recommend! My only complaint, which has NOTHING to do with the staff/employees, as I know they don't personally decide what temps to set the thermostat at ( it's pedetermined at UHaul Corporate HQ or some nonsense) , is that, my storage unit was "climate-controlled", but it was in a hallway facing the exterior wall of all glass, and unless it was cloudy outside, which is pretty rare in Colorado Springs ( 320 days of sunshine a year), it was ROASTING in that hallway and even worse in the enclosed unit...it was AT LEAST 80 degrees in the hallway every time I was there in the day and easily 86-90 in the unit....UHaul corporate says the a.c. kicks on at 76, but the thermostat isnt in the blazing sunny hallway, its in a much cooler shady area near the elevator...no doubt Corporate does this on purpose, to save money, but its aggravating...some of my more delicate collectibles and semi-antiques had some minor heat damage...and this is in COLORADO...Im sure its MUCH worse down South...food for thought
