Canaan Green is wonderful in every way!!!! He is amazing! Gets all the gold stars! He makes renting a truck so easy and so simple. I had to put my other equipment up from other locations the truck was dirty in the back as well as the front cabDesiree H.
Our Church rents from this location once per month for our food pantry. The equipment has been less than satisfactory, poorly maintained, and in need of maintenance. The last rental broke down! We would like to continue utilizing this location but will not continue to do so if maintenance issues continue.Rickey S.

The windshield wipers were almost nonexistent and desperately needed to be replaced. They need to be checked on a regular basis and replaced accordingly with a quality product to avoid putting the customer/driver into a dangerous situation when there is inclement weather.John M.

The trailer was dirty. When i cleaned it out there were bugs. i had to place a fogger in the trailer. It rained and i had several wet items in the trailer. i could not tell where it came from.MICHAEL H.

I reserved online. I did not accept CDW. When picking up vehicle I did NOT accept CDW. When dropping off vehicle at end of rental only 1 employee present. Since my credit card was on file I handed over keys and was told I would be sent receipt. I was billed for CDW after rental was complete . I believe add on unauthorized charges are illegal. I don't appreciate a company to take liberty to overcharge and or add on charges because you are in possession of my credit card info.JOSEPH F.

It my family two days to get a rental we were sent on a wild goose to different locations some that weren't even in business anymore. The owners of some locations were very rude and kept moving or reserveration to different places. Some of the places hadn't been open in years. It was very frustrating and I won't recommend uhaul to anyone nor will I use them again.OLIVIA H.

It was difficult to get in touch with the office to extend my rental, and then the woman who works there threatened to charge me with stealing the truck when they had 2 other pickup trucks to rent to other customers. This was completely unnecessary!EUGENIA W.

Scheduling was a bit wonky. I think communication between this location and whoever manages installation requests could be smoother. The person who scheduled my install through U-Haul's phone service headquarters gave me a date and time that was not congruent with this location's actual availability to complete the service, so there was a bit of a runaround with nailing down when install would happen. However, the customer service at this location and workmanship in the hitch install were great!rose S.
Check in long, agent was curteous and patient with all waiting. Extra help might reduce wait. Several of us had reserved equipment but the agent could not find it so we had to verbally fill out same information which lengthen all wait time.SANDRA D.

Representative had very little knowledge on the insurance policy and what it actually covers. Roadside service and customer service constantly give you run around trying not to solve the problem. Only useful agent was a Liz p Who gave me the most useful informationTheodore D.
I ordered a 10' Van for 6/19/2021 at 3:00 pm. Upon my arrival, my order was changed to a 15' Van, which was dirty and keep changing to Tow/haul when I put the vehicle in Drive to reverse without hitting the button. I wanted to change the 15' Van to a Cargo Van but the agent said the two Cargo Vans on site had orders for 3:00 pm. I didn't feel it was okay to switch my order without my consent but it's okay to honor other orders. Only one person picked up the Cargo Van when I returned an hour and 15 minutes later. In the future, if my order is changed I should be notified and given the opportunity to change locations to get the hauling Van I desire.ANDREA H.

This is by far the WORST Uhaul location that I have ever been. The woman that runs the place Toriell Brown (owner) is such a NASTY individual. She has a horrible attitude. I would NEVER rent anything from this location again. I don't need to rent a uhaul often so I am not a seasoned user of the technology (or lack there of) that they offer. I was not able to get the app to work to finish the contactless check in and went inside for help, or shall I say to chastised verbally in front of a line of people waiting for her nasty assistance as well. I obviously didn't know the process and she was in no mood to assist a customer. After connecting to the wifi at the location(again I don't know the area) after she nastily informed that I needed to for it to work. I was able to complete the check in. I informed them I was going to come back after dropping off my car to get the truck. NEVER once did she inform me that they put the keys in the vehicle. I was under the impression that it work like other car rental programs and my phone was the access key for the truck. I left. I received a phone call from the horrible woman SCREAMING at me about not taking the key. I told her that maybe if she would have taken the time to actually explain the process I would have known, Her response was simply to have a good night with a very disrespectful and nasty tone. I had issues with the drop off as well, and after 40 mins of holding for a rep on the phone was informed that he could see that the issues were the app were happening. I had to send pictures to the CSR because I wanted to have assurance that this woman would not try to charge me for things that were not accurate because not a single part of me trusted her not to lie and fabricate things. This must be why the ratings are so bad. This woman needs to find a new line of work because Customer Service is definitely not the right choice for her. I do not recommended that anyone use this location, there are several other in the local area. UPDATE- Check your charges and take pics!!! She has claimed that the gas was at a full tank when I rented it and it was clearly not as you can see from the attached pictures. She then charges me over $4.00 a gallon for gas that was not there. DON'T RENT FROM THIS THEIF!!! UPDATE #2 Upon waiting on hold for 45 minutes again to speak to a CSR with Uhaul I supplied the rep with the pictures attached to this review and they did issue a refund for the gas charge that they tried to charge. The rep also informed me that this "owner" is the assistant manager. They just are frauds all the way around.Christopher A.

I just moved here from Virginia so I've only been in Atlanta going on 4 months and I always use U-Haul for my moving and the service has always been top notch and I've never encountered any problems with the equipment at all so it was a delightful feeling knowing I received that same service and I was safe in the equipment that I rented. I would like to have given five star rating, however I feel like I might have gotten "got", when I return the truck regarding the charge for the gas. If a 26 ft truck burns a gallon of gas a mile then I will apologize. However, I drove 3.5 miles and was charged $21 in gas. Also, the engine light was on in the truck the whole time from when I first started it.RUTH R.

When a vehicle is reserved for over a week, make sure the day before pick-up that vehicle is not blocked in. Also make sure the combination lock is accurate. Nothing was right. Reserved vehicles should be parked in a different location so it won't get blocked.Roosevelt R.
