Please do not charge for items that were left on truck, van etc. When customer did not order them ie dolly hand trck etc.

the checkout procedure was long and absolutely PAINFUL, why enter anything online then have to do virtually the same thing at the counter??? "if" I use UHAUL again I will walk in and see what is available instead of doing anything online! there should be a better, modern and faster way to do this!!! Did paperwork at the counter went out and hooked up to the trailer, lights were checked told everything was good, drove off and was called to come back because I wasn't done yet, MORE paperwork!!! If I didn't REALLY need the trailer that day I would have walked out!! I spent more time doing paperwork than loading and unloading the trailer!!! Will seek other options going forward!

Terrible customer service. The young lady at the counter held a full conversation with the other worker next to her while I stood there waiting and she did not bother to explain to me the costs of the service when it popped up in the screen. I asked her why was there an 100 dollar charge and all b she said was that it was a hold. I had no idea what that meant and had to prompt her to explain further. It was like pulling teeth as she gave one word answers. Absolutely terrible experience!

Quicker service. More polite and compassionate staff. The truck was filthy when we picked it up. We had to clean the front seats and steering wheel. The front seats smelt of rotten food. The truck was not cleaned before we received it

The check in process was great the check out process was not I said at the door knocking on the door no one came to the door and about 10 minutes later the guy came from the back to the front and they were not closed yet the Truck that I was driving transmission seemed like it was slipping when I tried to push the gas it was very hesitant That was very very frustrating I had to move so I just drove that vehicle but that was very unacceptable.

Torriel Brown was very helpful and the other gentleman both helped me in getting my auto transport hooked up and after running around three previous Uhaul locations without getting my trailer. I'm about 30 minutes away but I prefer to deal with them going forward. ????

I was under the impression that all I would have to pay was $20 to use the U-Haul for a day but you guys ended up charging me $0.74 for gas mileage as well most people who use a moving truck are at their last resort. I ended up paying $100 to use the truck not knowing that the remaining $75 would be sucked up by mileage and I would end up with nothing when I thought that it cost $25

I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of renting a moving truck. The price was affordable and the staff was really nice. I wish I had made note of their names so I could acknowledge their professionalism. Thanks!

I made an online reservation for a 10' for 8 hours, but when I went to pick up, the customer service employee told me the 10' truck was only available for 3 hours. He said to get 6 hours, I would have to upgrade to a bigger truck for $30. I went in at 11 am and this location supposedly closes at 7 pm, but the employee said they closed at 5:00. He then said the latest I could turn it in was 5:30 p.m. Obviously, I wasn't able to return it until 6. He then said that because I had turned it in late, he would charge me an extra day unless I gave him a tip. He also said I needed to sweep the truck, because I had to return it clean. But when I received it, it was already dirty! This location is beyond awful and they're plain thieves. I've never had this much trouble renting at U-haul before and never had this type of rude and unacceptable behavior. I highly recommend corporate to look into this location and its employees.

Both of the customer service associates were really professionaI & pleasant. I can’t recall the name of the associate who helped me to check the truck back in but I do know that he had dreadlocks. The associate at the counter I believe her name was Torien.

I was charged automatically for extra mileage on my credit card on April 7, 2018. Now, April 8. 2019, 3:00 a.m. someone used my credit card to shop at Walmart online. One charge was declined for fraud and one charge got through.

The lady who helped me and gave me the uhaul was nice and helpful. And the man that I turned into was also. The end price was a little more than I expected esptsince I took it back with more gas in it than what they gave me but otherwise. Great experience

Simone/symone (sorry if I misspelled) was AMAZING! he explained everything to me in a very calm and professional manner. The pollen count was really high that day so he had on a mask, even through the mask I heard his smile. Very pleasant young man! I will be back and recommend this location because of him.

Make sure that the van is cleaned, and that tire pressure sensors are working. I was not charged a cleaning fee. Make sure to double check the outgoing mileage BEFORE you take a vehicle out, and take pictures!

Employees here are thieves. They always steal people's monies by inflating the mileage, knowing that folks dont pay attention to it. The last time i was there will be the last and i will never recommend it to anyone ever!!!!

I called and reserved a truck. Got an email saying to pick it up at Thurman Rd location. Went there at 8:00am. Was told I didn’t have a reservation there. Drove 15 minutes to where I was told to go. Got there truck was smaller than what I reserved. Had to go back to Thurman Rd to get a bigger truck. The next day.... went to where I was told to drop the truck off. Zebulon,Ga. Was there at 7:50am. Place is permanently closed for business. Called U-Haul customers service. Was told to take it to another location. I went there, business is closed for the day. Called customer service back. I was bounced around 4-5 times. One person told me I would have to take it to the next town. 25-30 minutes away. This is after I’ve already put $30 in fuel to put the fuel back where it needed to be. I asked what about the fuel it would take to get the truck to the next town. I was told they didn’t know what I should do on that. I refused to take it to the next town. By this time it’s 9:30am. I was finally transferred to a lady that told me to lock the truck up, and leave it. It was 10:00am by now. So I had a horrible experience from picking the truck up. Even at the drop off.. I will never rent another U-Haul ever again. I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone. Actually I would tell anyone to avoid U-Haul all together.

There were some education books left on the truck by mistake. DEF not trash and they couldn't make a courtesy call, they just threw out my books and charged me $50. This location sucks!!

Everytime I put in a request for the Ellenwood/Stockbridge area I was directed to Forest Park GA, I didnt want that location because it was far for my needs. As expected it ended up costing me more in milage than it did to actually rent the truck. That was the only thing that was disappointing about my experience.
