I made my reservation for an 8 foot pickup AND appliance dolly on Wednesday for a 4:30pm Sunday pickup. When I arrived I was informed that they didn't have any dollies available and my only options were to cancel or take the truck without the dolly. I had to move a washer and dryer from the 3rd floor and had people expecting me so I couldn't cancel and ended up having to buy the cheapest dolly I could find for $45 at home depot. The guys at the store could not have cared less. They just stared at me when I explained the situation and gave me those 2 options without a bit of empathy or even an apology. Someone could have easily called in the 4 days prior to my appt and let me know there was no dolly available before I arrived so that I could have made other arrangements. That's basic customer service. I am very disappointed with this lack of basic customer service as I have used Uhaul for every move I've made for years and expected more from them.ERICA M.

I was the only person in the store instead of him walking out to the truck to get me to the right one he say on his butt gave me the keys and stated it's over there SMH I looked and started over where!!!! Well wen booking you need to make sure there are trucks available and working I made two reservations in two days and was let down by both of your uhaul carriersDELDRA G.
I had the most inconvenient experience. I signed up online to pick the uhaul in one location and drop it off at another location. The uhaul representative deleted my online reservation on accident and when I tried to drop off the uhaul at another location, they refused because of the error. I had to drive 40 minutes back to the original location. I was also charged for equipment that was not given to me to use.Seangmany L.
The service was terrible. We came back on time and was charged an extra $67 with no explanation. We paid for a hand truck that wasn't on the truck at all. The workers were unhelpful with instructions on returning the truck. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.GERCIO G.

All of the staff were extremely knowledgeable and courteous, but Xavier Wright went above and beyond and gave me the best UHaul experience I have ever had! When it turned out that I needed extra days and miles, he was more than happy to help me. I have already recommended this location to 3 of my friends based on the treatment I got on this rental. I'm emailing you guys to tell you how disgusted,Â ripped off and deceived U feel dealing with this company and this is definitely the last time. Is it because I rented a truck/storage from a hood area???Â I was NEVER told that over 50 miles the $.79 a mile would jump up ridiculously and when I asked Lee (the guy I returned the truck too,Â he couldn't even tell me what the price jumped to and was short with me as if I wasn't spending my hard earned money. I also rented a unit,Â another huge mistake. The 1st one I chose was too small and the young guy that assisted me promised upgrading would work out better for me and it didn't... I had to rent another storage somewhere else to fit my belongings. To add insult to injury,Â you guys don't refund,Â my stuff wasn't even there 24hrs. A roach fell on my daughter as well while we where there and now I'm also afraid for my stuff. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN! A fucking rip off. I feel raped. I'm a single mother,Â trying to make it in covid times, who just got a 60 day notice to move due to the owner wanting to sell and now you guys! Way to goÂ UhaulÂ for kicking someone who was already down and out! I'm going to share my experience with everyone I know and then some!Â I'll be sure to move my belongings before the month is up!KEISHA M.

My reservation was somehow not complete and I had to go to this location.. This cost me almost 3 hours in time even though I had a truck reserved at my original location a week prior. There was one person at the desk here and he was on a personal call the entire time I was checking out, I had to buy my own floor dolly since they had none for rent, and I was also not given my furniture pads in the order which I didn't realize until it was too late, but if the employee wasn't distracted by his phone call he probably could have done a better job to ensure everything was in order. Furthermore for some reason after the original pickup place screwed me over, I had to call customer service who for some reason used this pickup location as the drop off instead of the one I had originally chosen almost causing an extreme hassle.SHANE V.

The manager of the store is who helped me to my surprise. He acted as if he didn't want to be at work Saturday morning. The truck passenger door was broken so passenger had to crawl over to get in and out. I paid for a utility dolly that was not on the truck. Neither my son nor myself remembered to verify dolly was in the truck or even pulled out for us to take. So that meant my guys had to work extra hard to move these items.. upon return of the truck the guy was extremely helpful and friendly end of transaction was great.HENRY P.

Uhaul pick up was not marked at all nor had visible Uhauls. The local physical locations had no knowledge or insight to help us. The directions given did not lead to the right location. The staff was unfriendly and on their phones while we were trying to get assistance at the Flat Shoals location. Ended up being a 3 hour goose chase and losing a lot of the day. Once we finally found it, the code given did not work. Uhaul should ensure the private/pick up locations have specific directions to the key box or at least a source that employees can see.SYDNEY L.

The truck we received a homeless person was living in the breaks did not function well the overall truck was in poor condition also they cancelled reservation because we were late getting there at the pu time. No phone call to see if we still needed also they would not charge the cc I used to secure reservation so when my driver showed up he could not get the rental.
