Truck was very dirty inside. Soda and coffee on the console and windshield. Had to clean inside windshield myself. I dropped off the truck when finished and saw cleaning supplies at the drop off spot. Apparently not being used. The tow/hich specialist was very friendly and helpful.

Angelia JThe web portal for scheduling hitch installations does not function properly. It offers times that are not available (they do not start installs at 7AM, or 8AM, or 8:30AM, they start at 9AM; in addition, the portal allows customers to double-book a time reserved by someone else). Fortunately a human calls you and let you know your actual possibilities in terms of an appointment, in my case a week after I made the appointment and 5 days before the scheduled date, but 8 hours later than the time I reserved online.
Stephen SBruce and Deryl make a great team. They were great at making me welcome after Uhaul tried to move my location to an unacceptable location. .
Bruce DMy reservation was changed multiple times. I did not get the last change and ended going to the old location before having to call U-Haul to find out where the truck I reserved was. Something very fruity had been spilled in the truck when I got it.
William ROnly thing is the location looked under staffed ... the guy that helped us when we picked up our reservation was nice and the guy that looked over the truck when we dropped it off was great

CRISTIAN GMy truck was parked in block position, had to go back a request then to make it free, had to wait additional time and go back in the line for the lady to be free. Fuel was lower than the marked position and the truck had scratches, I had to go back again in the office to report and again in the lineup.
MUHAMMAD MI am every other day in this location stuff very nice to customers getting boxes trailers filling my propane gas tank installed hitch for my car I live near by this location it’s like my own warehouse highly recommended
AKBAR II admittedly did not take the time to add gas before dropping off the rental, but I used 49 miles worth of gas and I was charged $36! For what? Uhaul is just going to pass that rental onto the next customer with the gas that was left. It's not like an employee will have to go get gas. The company pockets the money. It's just bad business. Just charge the price of gas. and maybe a small fee at worst. $36 for 2 or 3 gallons of gas is ridiculous. Everything else was great.
Michael OSo I picked up the truck using my phone before business hours. I set the drop off time to be 0500, the time that the uhaul closed for the day. I arrived with the truck well before closing between 2-3pm and handed a key to a clerk inside and asked if there was anything I needed to do. She said no, you will get emailed a receipt. I got my receipt and noticed I was charged a $20 after hours fee. I never seen anything about an 'after hours' fee and I dropped the truck off way before business hours were done for the day. This has turned me off from uhaul and it's disappointing because everything else about the rental experience was great. I read through the agreement and no where did I see anything about an after hours fee. I would like to be refunded that fee and if not I will be disputing it with my bank
Alvert HIt was very easy to rent space, the staff was helpful and showed me exactly what I needed to do to access my unit. It was clearly explained and the even demonstrated. Pricing was transparent and very competitive with other places.

VADYM VMy experience at the UHAUL in Feasterville, PA was great. I needed something done as we were leaving for vacation the next day and Andrea and Bruce made it happen. I was truly appreciative of how pro-active Andrea was in doing everything she could to help out to make sure I would be all set. She made several phone calls and did some research all while helping other customers. She clearly has mastered her role. Andrea spoke to Bruce about squeezing me in that same day and Bruce made it happen without a flinch. When I came to pick-up my vehicle I bumped into Bruce who proceeded tp help me further by explaining what he did and to let him know if I had any issues. I didn't have any issues. The customer service I experienced with Andrea and Bruce was beyond excellent and I am extremely thankful that I went there that day. Thank you very much. You can't go wrong when you have people like Andrea and Bruce who care about their customers' needs.
Kristi WI declined the $15 SafeMove and was still charged for it. This is the 2nd time this has happened that I am aware of. When I returned the truck after hours, the app gave me the option to disagree with the charges. No one has reached out or acknowledged this.
Lisa Jworst costumer service they will charge you for gas no matter if you fill it with gas or not , I drove 19 miles total and before return I filled 3 gallons and they still charged me for 2 gallons, looks like a 15ft truck consumed 1 gallon every 4 miles

Chris OI had to go to 2 other hauls Townsville rd loc was closed at 4pm it was as 5 pm Then I travelled to old Lincoln hwy loc sign says be back in an hour so I called again to street rd finally contacting your agent she came huffing Ang puffing complaining she hates people and this job My suggestion was to supply me with a trailer connection cord and I will go back to street rd with th cord and can use the trailer sitting there w/o an elec cord I asked if I could have the cord and she could figure out how to transfer the item to the opposite store loc she had her supervisor street rd guy on my phone speaker and made me wait for the cord. The one she showed m had 2 ends on it but she slipped me one with only one end on it so I'm telling you this young person working for you is rude vindictive irresponsible and lazy and I will never refer U-Haul at this location ever old Lincoln hwy

ivan tYesterday I rented a truck from U-Haul, and it was a highly disappointing experience. Firstly, the U-Haul app failed to pick up my location for the check-in process, forcing me to do it in person. Thankfully, there was a staff member available on Sunday to assist. When I received the truck, it had the Check Engine light on and only one-eighth of a tank of gas. I returned the truck with exactly the same amount of gas, as instructed. At the shop, I was told to leave the truck with the keys in a special spot in the parking lot. Despite following all instructions, I was charged for an additional 20 miles of driving and 10 gallons of gas. This resulted in an unexpected $80 extra charge. I took pictures of the dashboard both when I picked up and returned the truck, clearly showing the gas tank at one-eighth and the mileage discrepancies. The truck had more miles on it when I picked it up than what was recorded on the receipt. I emailed the pictures and requested a review of the charges yesterday, but I have yet to receive a response. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating. Overall, the experience was very unsatisfactory, and I am left feeling cheated and disappointed by U-Haul's service.

The location boasts a big selection of trucks and moving supplies, making it easy to find exactly what I needed. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. The staff at this U-Haul location were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were attentive and eager to help, ensuring that all my questions were answered and that I had everything I needed for my move. A special mention goes to the general manager, Hermis, who was extremely professional and friendly. Her exceptional customer service stood out and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I am very satisfied with my visit to U-Haul and will definitely be returning here for any future rental needs. Highly recommend!

Nicole TFirstly, I must tell you that I have been utilizing the U-Hall services at your location for the better of 30 years. Bruce was a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, i underestimated the volume that I needed to transport. When I realized that I needed to get a larger vehicle, I returned to make the correction. Bruce had given me a trailer which I planned to leave out of state. I understand only certain trailers are designated to be a one way rental. While I was on the phone with Christina, trying to locate the needed vehicle, the female clerk was extremely rude to Bruce and to myself. This was a very unnecessarily. She wanted to charge me the entire bill even though I had the trailer for less than two hours. Thanks to Christina locating a vehicle for me, I was able to get the job done. The people that I dealt with at the other location, with the exception of Bruce and Christina, were much nicer to deal with. John Carestia

minerva mThis was the absolute WORST experience I have EVER had. It started with a phone call that "for some reason" my car wouldn't turn on. Turns out, the man (Bruce) installing my hitch completely incorrectly installed the wiring, causing my car's fuse to blow. My car would not turn on and we almost had to tow it to the dealer. Throughout all of this, Bruce did not take any accountability that it was his fault. Both my mechanic and the Toyota dealership instantly said that it was his fault for installing the wiring incorrectly, yet he still would not take any responsibility for it. After we resolved the fuse issue, he continued to install my hitch. The following day, it was brought to my attention that while on the drive moving states, my trailer lights were not working. Turns out, the wiring yet again was installed incorrectly, and the hitch was also installed incorrectly. While on the phone with the manager, he also completely dismissed our issues and yet again took zero accountability for their wrong-doings. Yet again, my car fuses kept blowing and my car would not turn on due to the incorrect installation from this location. As a result, we had to do an emergency stop at a mechanic along the way, and then another emergency stop at another U-haul location. Consequently, my move to a different state was delayed and I missed my first day of work as a healthcare worker. The entire time, the staff at this location completely dismissed all of my complaints, and ultimately stopped answering my phone calls. Above all, two lives were endangered, along with everyone's lives on the road, due to these people. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER GOING HERE FOR ANY U-HAUL NECESSITIES. I have NEVER experienced anything this bad and such incredibly unprofessional people. AWFUL and DANGEROUS experience.
florence tI'd like to cite Andrea at the U-Haul rental and storage facility located a 333 W. Street Road, Feasterville, PA 19053 as providing me and my family exceptional customer service. We had just completed a near 3000 miles move from San Diego and were fairly exhausted. Andrea was very professional, patient, very knowledgeable, helpful, and clear in her communication. It was very clear to me from the start that she was working to solve any problems we had and to make our experience the best it could be. She went above and beyond!! Her performance reflects great credit on herself, the Feasterville store, and U-Haul as an organization. Thanks Andrea!!

ZHIAR RIt's not the first time I am renting from this place. This time experience was nearly perfect.
LEONID KThe only thing I would recommend is the installation. The process to make the appointment would receive 1 star. The communication would receive a NEGATIVE 10 STARS. Horsham center was the worst. After making my appointment a week and a half later they change my appointment a day earlier which was not convenient to my schedule since I was out of the state. When I called I was told sorry their install person is off on Saturday. Told me I could reschedule but since I was planning to go on vacation that Monday and he just ruined my vacation plans. He finally said he'll check to see if there was another location that can do it. He found Feasterville location. Told him ok but I need it done early in the morning which said it was fine. Received a confirmation call day before confirmed 9am appointment and that I was going to wait and was told fine. Arrived 845am waited in line was told EVERYONE IS SCHEDULED FOR 9am and first come first serve and my wait will be about 6-7 hours. I lost my cool unfortunately to the two people at the desk who had no part of my issue. Installation tech checked my time-frame and said it was easier than the other one and took mine in first. I completely apologized to the customer Service person and the installation tech for my attitude that morning.

desiree h | Online Move InI was a long time renter. A few years ago when new acess cards were given, I was told facilities were 24/7. Not true now. Timed light was to quick. I had to bring lantern to work on unit.

When I checked in to claim my unit on 1/8/23 I was told that they are no longer offering the first month for free but a later month would be given to me for free. It seems like false advertising and if the offer is no longer valid it should be removed from the website. I want to make sure this "later month for free" offer would be applied to my account.'p

These were removed abd taken tp a private garage by Luigi the maintenance guy and had foul play all over it. The manager was excellent, and bikes retrieved bsck to me. The "luigi" individual was to be fired and hope he was, certainly not trustworthy.

For the length of time my stuff was kept in the unit everything was in good condition. No bugs or any other undesirables were discovered in my boxes. I guess it was the climate control and cleanliness. I am grateful during this time their weren't any fires or natural disasters. I would recommend to others.
