The truck was given to me with less than a half tank of gas. It might be better for you to provide a full tank so I don't have to fill before traveling. Also.... customer service could be improved.

I was running late to pick up the truck, I tried calling to let them know and I was on hold for over 30mins. No one answered so I hung up and drive over to the location only to find out they gave my reservation to another person. The girl helping me was of no help at all. Some gentleman that worked there I believe his name started with a K might have been the manager was very helpful and was able to line me up with the truck I originally reserved. I feel like I should get a discount for the inconvenience and I only had the truck for 8 hours not a full 24 hours.

Robert W.When I come to rent a truck, I want to deal with somebody who's giving me their full attention, not employees who are talking with each other about who's doing less work and who's going to get promoted first. Also a big issue is fuel with the truck. I picked it up just under 3/4 of a tank and after my 60 mile trip put money into it to return it just under or at 3/4 of a tank. I had to pay for some extra miles, but that was fine. I get a receipt saying they charged me $23 for 4 gallons of fuel because it was supposed to be at 7/8 of a tank to which it was not anywhere near that. Due to the fact that I did not say something when i picked up the truck I “had no case because the paperwork says 7/8â€. So now im out $23 because they cant accurately check their trucks, and they say that me as the customer is wrong we cant help you. ¡Gracias!

Also don't put charges on peoples cards that they don't want.

As we had never rented before they took the time to walk us through how to get in, where to park and answered any questions that we had. While the facility itself was in good condition, our unit has 2 large holes. 1 in the side of the wall and 1 in the ceiling. For the price we pay per month I would've liked a unit that was fully secure without holes.

Plus the gate can't stay open so if you're moving a lot in and out, that will be annoying as you have to keep swiping your access card. This particular location doesn't do a great job parking the trucks that come in so there is always a truck blocking the entrance.

But this experience from the moment I decided to use "U Haul" was so outrageous .
