Not enough staff at the front desks. Customer service was fair. Truck being set up to go not really done like a professional business. Truck needs maintenance check. Truck goes out at a 1/4 tank of fuel why not full what happens to the cash for U Haul filling tanks for $4-5 a gallon. Fill the tank so the customer won't have to slow his move to put fuel in then load. The customer ask for a truck an equipment should be load clean ready to go no trash or other items left in it. The lot could use some cleaning also.

Computers acting up and payment system not working. Caused a lot of stress for agent, but she worked through it. No on there to help her. She was doing rentals, on the phone and hooking up trailers all by herself, need more staff.

Have a mechanic drive the vehicles so they can recognize things like needing an alignment and smoking brakes. Update your damage photos of the trucks more often. Whatever time the customer leaves with the keys, their return time should be 24-25 hours later, not less. For example, if the customer gets the keys at 2:52, their return should be 3 PM, not 2 PM.

Rude customer service they did not want to help and where disrespectful . I waited 2.5 hours to get a truck that I had reserved just for the tire sensor to be broke the advisor broken they where made aware of the situation said there was nothing that they could do that it would be okay to drive .

I returned my rental same day and days later I seen I was overcharged; concluded the staff person I gave the key to didn't check it in. On top of that, I tried calling, said wait time was around 30 minutes, was still waiting 45 minutes, so I just went in person.

My trailer was returned 1.5-2 hrs prior to the time it was due, but I was charged on my final invoice for an extra day. I called customer service yesterday to get this resolved and waited on the phone for approximately 60 minutes. I will be happy once this billing issue is resolved, but at this time I'm not very happy.

Rude and condescending at pickup and return. Charged us an extra day even though the trailer was returned on time. Had to call the national number and wait forever on hold to get a refund. Never had such a poor experience with UHaul. Will never use this location again.

Customer service at the counter was terrible. Very sarcastic, rolled her eyes when asked questions. Truck was minimally maintained, visor falling off, oil low. I paid for an appliance dolly that I was told was on the truck and it was not, the website did not work upon returning the truck. Pick up took and hour and drop off took an hour. Extremely poor experience.

I arrived 15 minutes early. I watched the girl pull a key off the board that said service and hand to me. I went outside and all of the battery lights were going off and would not stop. I went back in and now there was a long line and I waited to pick up my already registered pick up an hour later. She was overwhelmed but why hand me a truck key that needed repair.

Credit the boxes I returned, as I was told they would be. Don't charge for after hours drop off on a vehicle I dropped off 16 hours before it was due! Don't charge me for extra miles when I was told they were already paid for. When I get the opportunity, I'm going to report your deceptive business practices to the Attorney General's office and the better business bureau. I hope your organization suffers terrible consequences for how you cheat and lie to your customers!

Wait was excessive, there was a lack of staff and staff that was there lacked experience in writing up contracts. I was initially charged for 3 days and only needed truck for one day.

When i arrived to pick up my trailer. i waited 10 mins in the lobby alone while the girl behind the desk played on her phone. after picking up the trailer i had to stop and put air in the tires because they were all at 15 lbs. when i arrived to return the trailer i sat in the drop off area for 30 mins waiting for someone to come unhook the trailer and check it in. The next day i had to call to get final reciept and found out that they had never checked the trailer in and were showing i still had the trailer in my possession. I have rented more than a few trailer from Uhaul in the last year and this is the worst location i have had to deal with. I have 1 more trailer i need to move a car and i will be using a different location if at all possible as they do not care about the customer or Uhaul's reputation.

A local truck was issued us for an out of state move. After it was halfway loaded we were called and told to return the truck. Manager said that a $50 credit would be applied, but refused to note that fact on any paperwork. The vehicle return dropoff was not marked with any signage. We had to contact customer service and wait for a rep to tell us to just ltave the keys. Based on this experience, we will not use UHaul in the future.

I ordered 6 blankets and when I got have they weren't in the truck. I had to return to pick them up. The assoicate said she was sorry she forgot to tell me I had to get them at the back of the building. This took an hour out of a very busy day. Other than that every was great.

The advertised price for the rental of the trucks is not equal to the amount that I was quoted and charged for. Beware of the mileage that is "allowed". It is for more than what is needed and is charged at a price that won't be refunded if you don't use all the miles allowed. make sure to get those allowed miles reduced. The quote charges .79 cents a mile but if you go over allowed miles its .40 cents a mile. High profit incentive for the company but nobody says anything about this and the company is response to my complaint was worthless.

The whole process was fine. Company or franchise needs to do more hiring/training for this location. In these times I know that is hard. Should tell everyone that the amounts quoted are the final numbers for mileage and unused items. I had nearly 200 miles on 2 vehicles that was charged for and then unused but company policy doesn't refund for this. I would rather pay for over use than get charged upfront for something I end up not using. This is highly deceptive. personnel at the store alluded to the idea that I would get refunds for unused items.

I rented a 6' x 12' trailer and after they hooked it up I opened my text that wanted me to confirm the condition of the trailer but the pictures were for a different trailer. The employee that hooked it up said he hooked my trailer up to the customer before me and not to worry about it. After driving away it dawned on me that if the other customer damages the trailer that is booked in my name I may be held liable. I had the gal that checked me back in sign my contract verifying no damage.

Truck was very dirty and unsanitized. Gas gage said full at pickup but I only put 31 miles on it and had to put 4.5 gallons of fuel in it to bring it back to full when I returned it. Guy that took care of me was very rude about the pickup and at return. Not a good experience at all.next time I'll go to home Depot if I need a quick local truck.

I had difficulties from customer service trying to rent a storage I showed my ID and they were not wrote me the unit because of my son old money which had nothing to do with me it was a total nightmare as far as the facility the employees try to do everything they could I had a problem with customer service thank you and I thought they was taking the payment out of my account automatically so I was a few days lateThey ended up sending my mother the bill which I don’t know how they got her address she had nothing to do with it it was very embarrassing I really was upset about that
