The lines at this location were absurdly long. We stood in line for about an hour. Additionally, our confirmation email informed us that we needed to pick our UBOX up in Scotch Plains, NJ. However, upon arriving in Scotch Plains, NJ they informed us that despite the email, we needed to go to Edison, NJ. After spending all day moving, it was a hassle to have the locations switched last minute.

Over the years, I have rented many times from different locations. By far Erica at your Edison location as been the most helpful, knowledgeable person I have met at a UHaul rental facility.

Sorry to say this, I had worst experience with U-hal. I shipped my things from Edison on 08/26. The U-box was suppose to be delivered at Miami by 09/11. But i got a call from Moving help on 09/10 saying that the box was not arrived to Miami yet. I called U-hal customer service, no one had any idea about the u-box until 4 PM evening. Worst tracking system. I feel very disappointed with the customer service. Finally u-box arrived on 09/12. They told i will get 100$ refund since it was delayed for 2 days. I never got it. The tracking system was very very poor. Someone told the U-box is at Pompano beach, someone told it is at Perrain. Someone told it is still at NJ. You have to improve your tracking system so that customers will get regular update where the U-box is. Also send me 100$ refund ASAP.

Upon arriving at the location I reserved my trailer which I called 3 hours earlier to confirm was not there. I had to drive 35 miles to another location and return the trailer there as well. NEITHER location made any effort to make my transaction easy. When I finally picked up the trailer the license plate was held on by a plastic wire tie. When I arrived home before my trip I cut off the tie wrap, flattened out the plate, removed the two bolts on the frame and reattached it correctly. The person inspecting the trailer should be fired! They DO NOT care about your company. I have a photo if you would like/care to see it.

Good service, good, facility, and good location. A little dust & debris seemed to drift down from the unit above mine, likely when they were moving, but that is minor.

The service at this U-Haul is always top notch. It is a very busy place. The majority of people rarely rent a moving vehicle, and aren’t used to waiting in line a short while. Disregard the negative comments you may read.

I selected uhaul to assist me with my move to Clearwater FL was a big mistake My ubox was late by 8 days but one of my ubox was shipped to the wrong city & I had to drive 8 hours to get it Bad service

I was under the impression that storage doors would be steel, not wooden. Also, some the the screws on my unit were loose, even after the attendant fixed it. Did not want to store more items.
