I am happy this location was open on Thanksgiving. The employee on duty was very professional and friendly despite having to work a holiday. We did the paperwork, she hooked up the small trailer I rented and I was out of there in under 15 min. Returned the equipment when it was due and didn't even have to leave my car. They came out to me almost immediately upon my arrival and was quickly checked in. Best experience I've had with Uhaul!JACOB O.

Overall this U-Haul storage location was friendly and knowledgeable. At times the facility was not the cleanest but when Steven the new manager came around that all changed. Vehicle was dispatched without oil. Was not ready at requested time and did not have correct dollys. Eventually required roadside assistance due to significant exhaust fumes. Steven - GM did make things right for me when returning the equipment, so nice work there but it adds stress to an already stressful event.COLE W.

Very unorganized was given the wrong truck after waiting 20 minutes because they were helping other customers with issues. One was renting a locker and found out it was double rented another person wanted to check our a trailer but for some reason couldn't. If I had never rented from u-haul before I probably wouldn't go back again. I'm hoping they were just having a bad dayMARTHA L.

The trailer had numerous items of trash that I had to remove before leaving the rental site. It also had not been swept out for some time. Additionally, there was no electrical harness on the trailer....Mark R.

The truck I had had sticky soda sprayed all over the driver side seatbelt area. The drivers mirror was so loose it would flop to the side making it so you can't see on the hwy. as a mechanic for a living there was definitely something wrong with the front end. I had an issue with the pickup location. Big Blue Storage / U-Haul is only 10 miles away from me. I scheduled an auto transport rental through them, but the regional manager told me "No" and made me travel all the way to the East side of Green Bay to get one. I had scheduled this rental well in advance so U-Haul could transfer one to Big Blue, but the regional manager told me they didn't do that. If trucks and trailers aren't transferred point-to-point, how do other people drop rentals off or pick them up? If I need a future rental, I'll be looking into Ryder or Penske.Robert P.

People land on hard times which I did. I became homeless and struggled to keep my storage space. I never received my due notes cause they mailed them to my old address and I had no forwarding address. I told them to send them E-mail or message but never received them. Unfortunately my unit is 2 small units versus the 1 larger unit I requested...which means 2 doors, 2 locks and a wall that lessens the available space. Also, there was NO clear explanation of the process to get into the building and the BLUE keypad versus the other ones that are there. It is simple now that I now the process, but it was very frustrating not knowing what to do and having an alarm sound when we opened the doors. Also, there should be a much easier way to remove the zip-tie during your 1st entry into the storage units.Kim W. | Online Move In
