I made my reservation online and it only allowed for a one day rental. I needed 3 days. The service representative at the pick up location explained a day is 24 hours or 30 miles. I explained that I needed it for 3 days and 90 miles. He extended the reservation but only extended it for 90 miles, not 3 days. The return location was calling me, expecting the return and needing it for someone else. This really stressed me out and messed up things on their end.

Very unprofessional, one guy had no idea how to work the register. Some older guy I was working with.. Threatened to quit the job on the spot while helping me, yelled in front of other customers, he also balled up his fists and punched the wall behind him before storming out. I did everything I could to be patient and cooperative as possible while trying to sort out a one way trip with the uhaul and trailer. things just weren't processing right with my card. Offered to pay multiple different ways, all I got was smug attitude back. Luckily mahmut was on the phone and patient enough to get me processed through. I wouldn't reccomend this location to anyone

Took photo of fuel tank and approximated on app. Not a full tank. Drove about 30 miles, filled tank with about 11+ gallons. Told rep about It when I returned and he made jokes about it.

I understand people have bad days but I don't travel much. I do t leave my county often so the one time in 6 .I tha I didn't have my car and my driver didn't have spate masks. It didn't cross mind to grab any as we are not required or mandated where I live. A customer said something to me. He has no right to tell me anything about what I didn't have, the older man, idk the name, on my receipt. He was rude and upset because he missed a haircut appointment that was not caused by me. The employee could have spoken to me on the mask situation instead of being condescending. Reminders that my county doesn't mandate masks, I don't have them nor do I carry them on most occasions because it's not required at any if the 2 jobs I have. Understanding and care go a long way.

Everything was great. Service was very efficient. Paperwork was processed quickly. Employees were pleasant and courteous. They connected equipment and checked all lighting. Upon return, they rapidly processed an disconnected equipment and I was on my way. Very pleased either all aspects of rental transaction.

Very large store and well stocked. My only complaint was that employees were not very attentive. There was a person waiting to fill propane tank and was never approached. I had to go inside to get employee to check out. Employees were very friendly and helpful when talking with them.

Truck I rented had transmission issues but that wasn't mentioned to myself beforehand, so I had to drive over 1,000 miles with a bad transmission.

I made my reservation and arrived to pick up a covered trailer. They hooked it up and checked all lights and sent me on my way. When I brought it back, they checked it out, unhooked , and I was on my way. People were all really nice and did a great job. Excellent!!!!

The only complaint I have is that I made a reservation for a pickup truck and was told it would be there, when I showed up I was told they didn't have one and had to use a 10ft box truck. U-Haul seems to be the only business that I can reserve something, be promised it will be there, and then not have it there when I need it. Thankfully the staff at this location made things work out but I would have preferred what I rented.

Looks like the driver side mirror had been repaired with hotmelt glue, so I decided not to apply pressure to adjust it. Wasn't a big problem. I just had to lean forward a bit to use it. I would suggest a more permanent repair. Otherwise everything was great. Thanks

Prioritize customers over chatting with colleagues, sweeping, and online work. The online app is 1 of 5 stars. Rates are 2 of 5 states. Your advertising is 1 if 5 stars. You're deceptive in saying a truck is $29.95 per day when it was $103 for less than 5 hours. Be more honest with customers.

This location and service was stellar. i tried to rent from another location using the electronic, touchless app. It was terrible. It did not allow me to do any of the needed work until I was at the location. The app should allow you to upload passport and license, set alt contact info etc, BEFORE you get to the location. If the verification was instant, it would be less of a hassel, but I was forced to wait "for a representative to contact your alternate" which NEVER happened. I could have completed this process weeks in advance, but it was never stated anywhere convenient that this info was required. The location that I rented from of course had a single attendant and 15+ people in line. This system could have worked very well, but instead caused me to lose nearly 2 hours, thinking the process would be easy. Simple changes could make this a much better process - allow document and verification BEFORE the app requires you to be on site. - allow instant verification. - have an automated call or text robot to verify alt contact.

The thing you could do is wire the harness correctly. The connection at the battery is very loose. It appears the terminal was drilled into and now the terminal is not connecting. I had absolutely no power when I tried to leave the facility. The staff told us they had to jump it to get the vehicle out of the garage, so we'd just have to jump it for me to get it home. Really? After many heated words where one staff was very belligerent and the management representative was lackadaisical we decided to jump the vehicle and return the next day. With the jump, the vehicle started immediately - no dead battery would do that. On the drive home my dash repeatedly lit up with a 4WD message, an uphill assist message, an ABS icon, a brake icon, etc. code. Before we left the facility my brother-in-law told the staff the wiring is wrong, but was argued with. Now my car sits at my sisters house, I am unable to start it or lock the vehicle. Why do you people do this? I paid you $450 in good faith. All I want is a properly installed hitch. There was absolutely no reason to use the battery as power, running the wiring under the vehicle. Power for the lights should come from the power already at the back of the vehicle. I do not live in the area, will be returning to my home tomorrow. Please help me get this corrected in short order.
