Long wait in line. Understandable because of lack of workers but it seems that the computer systems you use are not efficient at all. I reserved a moving truck days ahead of time and my reservation wasn't recognized even with my emailed confirmation. Also the brand new trucks radio didn't work.JOHN D.

First truck would not start as battery was dead. Was given a second truck and it had nearly an empty gas tankâ€¦ So had to get gas right away. It would've been an excellent experience if the trucks were tested before being rented out and have at least a quarter or more of gas. It's a lot of wasted time that shouldn't be necessary.CHEUSY Y.

The truck was dirty. I could not even see out the windshield. I washed it by hand. The headlights were so dirty. I have had great experience in the past here. The truck ran great but hard on fuel.Lonnie K.

I was not greeted when I walked in. Two gentlemen were at the front desk and one was sitting on their cell phone. Neither offered to help me nor said hello so I simply started talking to the one who was not on his phone. The person smelled like he had not bathed in weeks. As he â€œhelped meâ€, he didn't explain anything that he was doing. He asked for my name and then there was silence. He asked if Id be going under 25 miles which I said yes. He then said â€œcardâ€ when the system prompted me to pay without explaining the charges. After my charge went through, he put the keys on the counter and said â€œhereâ€. I asked where the vehicle was and he said â€œoutsideâ€. I said â€œ I know that but which oneâ€ and he said â€œone of the big ones on the leftâ€. So I went outside and pulled on every door and tried to start many trucks before one finally started. The driver side door did not latch fully unless I slammed it. Overall, it was a terrible customer service experience when I got there. When I dropped off the vehicle, it was quite the opposite. A gentleman named Wayne was really friendly to me. But I will not recommend anyone to go there and have already shared my poor experience with everyone who has asked.CORY R.

The employees were very professional and helpful. The truck was clean but the alignment was very bad. I couldn't drive it on the highway over 60mph and it shook. It was very scary to drive.ROJEANNA M.

I made my reservation online and it only allowed for a one day rental. I needed 3 days. The service representative at the pick up location explained a day is 24 hours or 30 miles. I explained that I needed it for 3 days and 90 miles. He extended the reservation but only extended it for 90 miles, not 3 days. The return location was calling me, expecting the return and needing it for someone else. This really stressed me out and messed up things on their end.Emily D.

Very unprofessional, one guy had no idea how to work the register. Some older guy I was working with.. Threatened to quit the job on the spot while helping me, yelled in front of other customers, he also balled up his fists and punched the wall behind him before storming out. I did everything I could to be patient and cooperative as possible while trying to sort out a one way trip with the uhaul and trailer. things just weren't processing right with my card. Offered to pay multiple different ways, all I got was smug attitude back. Luckily mahmut was on the phone and patient enough to get me processed through. I wouldn't reccomend this location to anyonechance C.

I understand people have bad days but I don't travel much. I do t leave my county often so the one time in 6 .I tha I didn't have my car and my driver didn't have spate masks. It didn't cross mind to grab any as we are not required or mandated where I live. A customer said something to me. He has no right to tell me anything about what I didn't have, the older man, idk the name, on my receipt. He was rude and upset because he missed a haircut appointment that was not caused by me. The employee could have spoken to me on the mask situation instead of being condescending. Reminders that my county doesn't mandate masks, I don't have them nor do I carry them on most occasions because it's not required at any if the 2 jobs I have. Very large store and well stocked. My only complaint was that employees were not very attentive. There was a person waiting to fill propane tank and was never approached. I had to go inside to get employee to check out. Employees were very friendly and helpful when talking with them.Logan B.

The only complaint I have is that I made a reservation for a pickup truck and was told it would be there, when I showed up I was told they didn't have one and had to use a 10ft box truck. U-Haul seems to be the only business that I can reserve something, be promised it will be there, and then not have it there when I need it. Thankfully the staff at this location made things work out but I would have preferred what I rented.KEITH B.
