From answering the phone to hooking up the trailer to my truck they were professional and helpful. He said the trailer was dirty inside so he swept and mopped it before we took off. Very nice people!

I will never be able to replace my stuff now. It was a complete night mare! I will never use any uhaul products again ever!

I was told on the phone that the location could sell me a trailer ball and hook me up, but they told me that I would need to take the ball somewhere else to put it on securely. They eventually did put the ball on after I told them that having to take it somewhere else was unacceptable. They didn't have the furniture dolly that I ordered.

DAMIAN RThe paperwork stated we has 1/4 of a tank. In actuality, we had less than 1/8. I provided that in my pre-drive paperwork. We got 5 minutes down the road and had to add gas due to being on empty. The vehicle was not clean and smelled of Marijuana and cigarettes. We had the vehicle for less than 3 hours but was still charged for 4 hours. I was told I would get a final receipt once the vehicle was checked in. I never received it.

Victor PI will keep coming as long as Trenisha and Michael is there. They have great customer service and if there is a problem they will try and fix it to the best of their ability. I rated over all an excellent because of the because the vehicles are not too much up to par.
LAJUANDA LI believe her name was T. The rep was all alone on a Saturday morning and it was obvious other employees did not show up. I was one of 5 people waiting before the doors opened. Although you could see the initial frustration on her face, she handled the crowd like a pro. Never once did she stop. She smiled and gave everyone their full attention. I knew my situation was going to take a while, so I opted to leave and return an hour later. She took her time explaining my options and showing me the units that were available. All the while, more customer kept coming and she handled it all like a Champ!!! I've been in Customer Service all my life, she is a prime example of how to the job - Service The Customer!!!!! You don't have a rating system with enough stars for the way she handled the day!!!!!

As an employee you should check every storage before renting it out.

It is also awesome that in the two years I needed a space, U-Haul only increased the rent once and it was still affordable - kudos for not "sticking it to folks" at a time when obviously, they don't need any additional challenges. The only complaint is that sometimes, there is an onslaught of customers and due to the nature of the business, the wait time can get a little long. ¡GRACIAS!

I failed into a financial issue and was unable retrieve my items. I was more than happy to find out that a program was put in place for people like me. so I was able to get everything out without any charge. My only issue was that once entering the unit I found a dead rat and several droppings on my bags and boxes . My items was torn from the rats. That was not a pleasant sight to see. I spoke to the person that was in charge at the time and they assure me that it they was working on the issue. Once that is taking care of. it will be a great place to store your precious items.

I reserved a week in advance a trailer and a small unit so there would be no problems moving out of state. They finally got me on my way with the trailer after an hour and a half, and then when I'm fully loaded ready to unload in the unit, it's not even vacant it's already taken but a customer. They move me to another unit and tell me they won't charge me extra because it's their mistake and will note it in the system. Cool. I unload my stuff and leave 20 hours away for work, and my card is charged on autopay for more than double what I'm supposed to be charged. I make a call and they basically give me the run around and say they will make a note and handle it with the manager and contact me back. Never did. I call back and try to explain to the manager the situation and they just want to argue and talk over you, not professional at all. Instead of handling their mistake they just file for "abandonment" to close my account. Don't use this location. Manager gives off unhappy, mad at the world baby mama energy. If you want peace of mind and want to avoid problems, find storage somewhere else

I rented my unit for over 6 months, which I had no need to frequently visit, under the impression that my possessions would be safe. Would NEVER recommend this location!

It was understaffed and the staff that was available did not know how to unhitch my car; my friend had to unhitch my car. If there is any other option for you, save yourself a headache and take the other option!
