This caused many issues with our account to where we received numerous lien notices over the years that were unnecessary. The truck was not full when I received it. I made not after right after I left that the tank was at 7/8 full and I took a picture of it. I went 20 miles, and put in nearly $12 in gas. Yesterday morning I went online to rent the truck for pick up a few hours later. Lots of trucks available! I ordered a furniture dolly, and after he completed the check out he told us they did not have one. The charge remained on our bill. We drove the truck 1 mile down the road and my brother told me we didn't need it. We called 10 minutes after we drove it off the property and said we would be returning the truck (we are emptying out my mom's home - she just died) and they said there would be no return of money. They couldn't process it in the computer. I received the final bill and the $7 charge for the furniture dolly is still on there. Here is why you should not rent from these people: 1. Incompetent. Charging us for equipment they didn't have and STILL haven't removed the charge. 2. Greedy: When someone is in our situation there has to be a way to give some kind of credit. We are small business owners and we do NOT treat our customers this way because big picture we want them to come back. They cannot argue that they kept the rental income because they lost the ability to rent it to someone else. There were plenty of trucks on the lot. Take your U-Haul business to the location at 614 Keith Drive. These folks operate their business with the customer in mind and go the extra mile every time we use them. This location on the other hand is run haphazardly and with no concern for the customer.DAVID K.

I have rented from this location before and they were fine. This time Uhaul messed up and we were chnaged to this location from one without mobile check in which I booked. This was a total pain and a waste of precious time. The truck we rented here was not operating well and jerked on occasion and the brakes had trouble stopping the truck. Also I drove like 25 miles but was charged for 5 gallons plus of gas. Come on!!! That is crazy. This truck only gets 5 miles per gallon is what u r saying. Not a great experience.Kimberley K.

I told them I would be there between 5-7pm to get the truck the guy assured me it would be there and ready. When I arrived the truck was not there. I was not offered another truck and was told that I would have to wait or go to another location. I have rented 4 trucks from uhaul in the past year and never had a issue until this time. The manager or general manager at this location was rude and basically told me I could go elsewhere. Hello. I have always been using PENSKE with no complain about my experience with them but a friend said UHaul was better and that my last move in May 2020 which cost me $118 would have cost less so i decided to use UHaul to relocate back. I made a booking for a Ford cargo van on 8/12/2020 suitable for 1 Bedroom/Studio that was indicated on line but the guy at the desk gave me another van which could not move my stuff. He said it was what he had when i got there. i was told on line to pay $3.16 immediately and that my balance at pick up would be $30.95 but my account was debited 3 times for the sum of 3;16 ($9.48). Secondly, the guy at the desk allowed other 3 white customers to use POS but on my turn, he told me there was network failure and then copied the information on my card down and he was aggressive and appeared like someone on drug as well. Before i left, i was initially considering renting a Dolley but changed my mind when he told me the cost not knowing that he had already removed it from my account. He said he had refunded me back when i went back into the office to tell him that i got an alert that he deducted $7.42 from my account. )He never refunded the money back). Thirdly, when i return the van, he said he would have to calculate the mileage and debit my account for the difference he initially told me my balance was about $160 but refused to explain how he arrived at the figure. I eventually left unhappy because he was refused to make me understand what was going on and about an hour after i left i got an alert that he took additional $129.18 from my account which means UHaul took the sum of (3.16 +3.16 + 3.16 + 30.58 + 7.42 + 129.18) $176.66 from my account for the same mileage Penske charged me $118 for. This is a great U-Haul location with great employees. I have rented U-Haul trucks many times over the years. After doing the extra walk around my truck, seeing all looked good, I drove off, as usual. Unfortunately after getting to my home, I found that the rear door would only go up about 12 inches. I did not want to force anything for fear of damaging the truck, so I returnEd to the rental location. The helpful employee showed me that I simply had to â€œforceâ€œ the door up, and it would open. I have never experienced anything like that with my previous U-Haul rentals. While this was not a major problem after all, it did delay my busy moving day a bit. The employees were great, but I think that door should be repaired before the truck is rented again.David M.

I called the morning of my move, waited 15 minutes on hold, and then asked for assistance checking in because I couldn't check in online. Blake told me he would help me when I got there. He was rude. When I got there he was obviously having a bad morning. After waiting in line for another 10 minutes as he struggled to keep it together with the man he was helping, he helped me. It went fine, only to find out when I got to me destination that I didn't have the blankets I requested. When i returned the truck it turns out my truck had already been checked in, my card charged, and none of it was right. He gave me the wrong truck. Just horrible from the get go.
