Nice place but the staff was lazy. I tried to return my truck/tow dolly 4:50 pm on Sunday, but they don't want to let me return it because they want to go home earlier (the store close at 5pm that day). For some reason, online return doesn't work on my rental as well, have to go back to that location to return the truck/tow dolly next day. Waste of my time.COSMOS Y.
the woman that arranged for me to pick-up the equipment I needed, where I need to, did an outstanding job. I cant thank her enough. The person who helped me when I picked up was very helpful friendly and professional. However somewhere there was a mistake with the amount of gas and mileage recorded on my contract and had to be corrected at the drop off, and was. Also I found out while loading the car on to the car dolly one of the tire straps was ripped halfway thru. I pointed this out when I drop off the equipment.Don R.

Hello I would really like to talk to someone about my past experience. I was given the wrong truck to start with. I literally didn't ask for the trailer I got and it was really difficult to drive for me. I'm used to a pick up though (which I reserved) and they had several sitting in the lot when I was there. In addition to that I was also kept waiting out there in the 100Â° Arizona heat for ONE HOUR while customer care was approving my rental. The worst experience I've ever had with you all. So disappointed actually it really made my job more difficult because I'm a dorm mover for my fellow college students and was on a tight schedule and this incident disrupted my 2 bookings I had that night. 5 people all standing sitting behind the counter when I walk in. Had my truck reserved for at least one week. And the first one they were going to give me one kid comes in and says the battery is dead have to give him another truck. I'm thinking hmm okay no big deal so truck number 2 he pulls it up I take my photos and and take off on it. (I've got stuff too do right)I'm done loading up around 9pm wanting to hit the road and drive that night and I've now got no taillight. Had to get a hotel for the night and wait for roadside assistance which is 24/7 but I wasn't going to call and wait all night to figure out the issue and then try and leave. You would think after paying $2500 dollars for any type of rental you would get some sort of a reimbursement. The best I got was a free day with the truck. Thanks guys but ummm that doesn't help my deadlines. Will never rent uhaul again.Brandon G.

Staff was attentive, courteous, and efficient. The price of rental was disheartening: $20 a day is actually around $55 a day. This rating system is lacking. The location was average for U-Haul: clean and organized. The equipment was clean but not well maintained. The transmission had issues shifting gears, often going for miles in 2nd gear. My initial bill was $210! When I questioned and investigated some of the charges my final bill was+/-$155. Much more than I expected but better than $210!Roberta O.

I was told I could drop off the trailer at 4040 W. Ina rd. because it was much closer. When I tried to drop it there, the staff refused and said it would be a "big charge" to drop it there (up to $80). I though he was joking, but he was not. He was rude and not willing to work with me to get it dropped off. He should be reprimanded or fired. Made me drive 15 extra miles to drop the trailer at the original location. I want to rate the location at 4040 w. Ina rd. as poor as I can (ZERO STARS). Both guys there were A-Holes and rude as could be. Horrible service at this location. I am a very angry customer and would NEVER recommend this u-haul location to anyone. The guy at the 450 Freeway st. location was really nice and said the guy at Ina rd. was wrong to tell me it would be a big charge because the charge to change drop off at other locations always comes out to 0.00. The truck did not have AC. When I told someone that worked there, he did go look to see if there was another 26' truck. He came back said there were no other trucks, shrugged his shoulders and walked away. They didn't help me load my car on to the auto transport. This really seemed like an inconvenience for UHaul over all. I have no desire to use uhaul again.Kelly B.
There's no issues with service at location, the only issue the van ac wasn't working correctly. It start cold then you would drive for about ten minutes then it would run. I needed the van so I didn't call and complain. I would hope next time it's better experience with van.Gregory A.

This is the third Uhaul place I have rented from in the last three months in Tuscan. This location is far more professional, customer service oriented, clean equipment, equip ordered is actually on site, and a kind team. I was told I would receive 30 days free storage. When I went to haul I was told they could not do that. I explained I was told I would have to pay. When I got my 30 days storage it was way more than I needed. I thought that would work as I expected to find an apartment within 30 days. Now I had to pay $139.77 for the first month. Just before the pandemic began, I moved my stuff into storage as I was in the midst of moving, and I only needed a handful of things at my new place. I figured I’d be renting storage space for 3, maybe 4 months, max. Then, wham! My new rental deal fell apart, as the home owner moved her kids into the home. Suddenly, I was very happy that I moved stuff into storage, as I was moving in with family. The uhaul location was great as it was close to work, and easy to access off of I-10. The facility was absolutely clean. There were no creepy crawlies, no funky smells, no water damage to floors or walls that might give me pause as to whether or not my own stuff was at risk. It’s been great! On the handful of times, I had a question about something, the staff were helpful. I appreciate good customer service. Bank of lights in my hall were out about 50% of the time I was renting. Temperature and humidity were not kept at promised levels. One one occasion I was trying to access during regular access hours, after the office was closed. Your lack of ability to make reservations are lacking. When you make a reservation you make sure to have everything available for your customers. I have been with you for two years...walking into my storage area and finding homeless people inside and locking themselves in the bathrooms. After speaking to your staff nothing was done about it. You employes in fact just shrug their shoulders when I told him. When I paid for a storage unit, climate control and yet I walk in and its about 90 degrees. Is that temperature controlled? I have been a business owner for years and I have NEVER dealt with such unorganized people in my life. You as a company need to train your employees from completion of reservation, and completeness of contract. Lack of security in "locked storage" and your employees are showing a lack of business customer service. I will be sharing my thoughts about this and will never recommend you. I will not contact the storage unit as this is an issue with uhaul in itself. I wish you luck in staying in this business. Had an online reservation that got sold out from under me with no notice. When I made another reservation, it was for a 10x15 unit. Was notified day of the reservation (while my truck was en route) that all they had available was a 10x10. Staff was exceptionally rude and disrespectful, to the point of laughing at us over the phone. Manager was unrepentant and even threatened to cancel our reservation and contract when we contacted him. If we had another option, we would have gladly gone elsewhere, but we were already out 700 dollars on the truck and crew we hired. Very poor service.
