This UHaul location was satisfactory. Trailer had damage upon rental and one of the tail lights was extremely dim. It met my needs, but is not a convenient location for me. Other UHaul locations did not have availability.

The first truck we were given had a “check engine” light on so we exchanged it. The second truck shook violently at 40 mph and over so we exchanged it. The third vehicle was fine. More care needs to be placed into the maintenance of your vehicles.

Very experience over the last 2 months for my move has been a nightmare. I rent a trailer and 3 uboxes. I spent multiple hours on the phone trying to figure out where my boxes are at, not having a trailer less than 24 hours before my move and on and on. It was one thing after another. One agent told me one thing and another agent told me another. I filed a formal complaint and a manger was supposed to call me back and never did. I am done with uhaul and will be using someone else for my next move.

Dealing with U-haul is a FIASCO. Nothing is done correctly the first time or on time. The most screwed up company I have dealt with in months.

There was no Dropbox. We drove all around the lot and the drop box that they told me to put it in did not exist. It would be helpful if there was an actual picture of the drop box and it's location. I ended up putting the key in what looked like a mailbox slot on one of the doors. Please have this issue addressed.

I had already rented one on baseline and Tipacanu and then called me that night to tell me that I had to go pick up one at another location for the route and they would not comp my mileage and the woman that called me had a bad attitude her name was Gloria she would not give me her last initial or last name or her ID number she really had a bad attitude . My time is precious just like anyone else's. 🙇🏻‍♀️

Uhaul is a customer service nightmare.... it takes at least an hour to an hour and a half to get anyone on the phone.... $4,000 for uboxes and they couldn't even deliver it to me. Nonsense.

The staff were accommodating. They provided a shaded area where I could load my Ubox since it was a hot day. All my questions were answered. The rental process was smooth and easy, I had no issues. I'm a young lady and sometimes I dread going to places like this because I don't understand the lingo, but the guys here made me comfortable and I didn't feel lost. I would recommend this location.

They should all get together and understand each other. When one some one says there is something wrong with a truck thay all should lesson and not let the truck out until it is fixed. I had lots of trouble turning on the truck the key would get stuck and it would take for ever to turn over.

I said I would recommend it, because u-Haul refunded me a portion of the funds for the rental because of their mistake. If they did not do that, I would not recommend this location. It is not because the equipment isn't good or that the customer service wasn't good. As a matter fact, I think that Kareem and Isaac both went out of their way to open early and we're very helpful. The problem was, I signed up to pick up this vehicle before it opened through an online check in, and when I arrived I informed the website as I was told to do, it said that I needed to wait until they opened at 9 AM. Then I found out that the vehicle I was going to get assigned had the gasoline siphoned out. That is not the responsibility or fault of the location owner, but it is frustrating and I actually feel bad for the business owner. It's hard to stay in business when people are stealing from you. The truck also guzzled up gas. I went 14 miles in a 1/4 tank and went empty. I put $20 to get it back to a quarter tank. I was kind blown. I thought since the gasoline was siphoned from the other truck that the gas tank on this truck had a hole drilled in it. Overall, I didn't die, so it is all good.

I had a very had experience with prior rental. As ypu can bring up. I made my reservation with the 100.00 VIP voucher..everything looked good on reservation. When I picked up truck..the voucher was not applied. I question and called management and was told when i return to reapply the voucher and the rental will be reduced. I was checked out at end of inspection while i sat inside. I was then handed a receipt of vehicle to which no discount applied. Advised worker and an attempt to reverse and apply the voucher was not successful. Stated the voucher was already used. After about 20 min. The worker with assistance applied 100.00 refund to card. I love using Uhaul..its the moving that should be time consuming and nerve racking...not the rental and return of equipment.

Vehicle was dirty it had old cups, bird poop inside the vehicle on the passenger side in the storage spot. There was soda stains everywhere on the drivers side There was a hole in the gas tank an it took us half a rank to get 30 miles. When we called customer service at 8 pm when we found out about it they didn't get to the location till 2 am.

No one informed me that my pick up location was changed. The truck I reserved was not available unless we drove 60 more miles, unacceptable, so they gave us a larger truck. The truck had 4 bad, almost bald tires, they had to reattach the sideview mirror, and it still was useless. It was totally unsafe, especially driving up the mountain roads. We had no choice but to take what you gave us. Next time I will definitely use another company

The people who helped me with my storage process were absolutely helpful. They went out of their way to make sure they the process was very smooth. I rate the service 9/10! However, during my moving out process I saw a rat on the second floor. I asked if they had an issue with rats in the facility and the man said no. However, I saw a rat creeping around the storage. This made me anxious about my belongings staying in the storage. I'm so glad that my belongings were clean and did not have rats in it. The next morning, I proceeded to close the storage and do a move out. That same rat was there dead on the middle of the ground between storages 2140-2150 when I was removing the lock on my storage. Please beware of the sanitary conditions of this facility.

The U-Haul boxes were delivered on a trailer 2 per trailer. The issue is the first box of 2 are faced away from the house and now we need to unload on new sod grass which will be destroyed. The trailer was dropped on new asphalt and the front support sunk through the new asphalt creating 2 large holes. Why was this not placed on wood? The 2nd load well the driver drove into a neighbor's driveway and on his new sod then backed on my new sod. Once the driver straightens the load I gave the driver a piece of wood so the support leg is not directly on the Asphalt. I asked the driver why this was not done on the first load he stated that U-Haul should provide wood and I should file a complaint. The trailers are not chocked, and I concern about the stability. I asked the driver if they should be choked, and he shared that was my choice to do so.

Arrived before 7 am check in time. Clerk on duty offered to check me in. Store didn't open till 9 am but worker stated that he noted the time and will check me in. Only later to find out when receipt was e-mailed that I was charged for addition day and damage waiver as worker checked me in after 8:30 am.

I had some break-ins from people and missing items but the U-Haul Moving Storage was weeded out from thieves and now I think it's just not being vandalized anymore Courtesy and professional are the staff, which I like and friendly with respect is a plus for me I got a place now but I am skeptical about it just making sure I don't get ripped off, here, that's why I haven't ended my storage unit yet, LA is very unpredictable. And I just want to be cautious about it Eventually I will be ending my stay at the storage unit real soonThank you U-Haul Moving Storage

There is a severe smell of moldyness And quite a few homeless people hanging around inside the building and I think one man took a shower in the restroom while we were there. The working area where the workers were was kept clean and tidy but it's just sad that there's so many homeless people hanging around
