ADALBERT P | Overall ExperienceThey cased my storage locker and when I ask to by my own lock they would not sell it to me because they wanted to break in it and steal my belongings. Do not trust them and bring your own lock.
ANDRE WDid not appear that vehicle was inspected prior to pickup. Was questioned about damage to the vehicle after drop off. I had my own pictures that showed the damage existed before my pickup.
John PI booked my reservation and received a confirmation email stating when and where to show up. When I arrived at the location to pick up the van, I had to provide 3 referrals. I then waited as the representative called all 3 to ask if they could be listed as a contact person for my 3 hour rental. Because 2 people did not answer, I had to provide 2 other referrals because the representative had to speak with someone. If this is what U-Haul is requiring to pick up, I should have been informed of this PRIOR to arriving. Why was I put on the spot to come up with 3 people??? Again if this is the new policy, that is fine. Give me heads up so that I am not scrambling trying to figure out WHO i want haul calling on a Sunday afternoon. Absolutely ridiculous that I had to experience this for a 3 hour rental. Give your customers a heads up, don't send me a confirmation email saying to show up at 12:30 with a form of payment and not mention that I need 3 references in order to actually pick up the rental.

claudio mAt first i would have recommended this location to a friend, but i specifically remember being told the gas was at 1/4 full. She did highlight on the paper so it was mu fault for not checking that and then going inside and telling them, but i thought i would be able to trust their word. I also returned it to the same level the gas was at, like she said to do, i just missed that she highlighted the gas on paper and told me another thing resulting in a charge. Even though this charge was small, ive never had this issue at any other location

Phillip KNumerous issues in the first few months that I rented the unit, hence the average rating. Wasn't able to get the unit that I reserved. The door to access units was broken for two months, causing access to only be during office hours. Got a weird phone call from staff that caused me to unnecessarily come to the facility. Unit was later flooded by the mistake of some maintenance workers.

Sandra P | First ImpressionsI would give this location 5 stars but the management at this location is terrible. The new manager Gabriela is completely unprofessional. Had an issue with my unit but didn't address this issue with myself but was addressing it with her boyfriend. (Who hangs out in the office) which should not be allowed. Her upper management on the other hand, was very respectful. Ms. Erica heard my concerns and approached me professionaly and respectfully. I'm surprised she has such an awful manager running this location. She treats her employees as if they are her slaves as she sits up front with her boyfriend. Other than these concerns, Gary (one of the employees I've dealt with) was awesome! Always very courteous and helpful. 5 stars for him for sure. I've been having different units at this location for over 10 years due to buying auction units, and let me tell you normally I mind my own business when I am at this location but this new manager tops it off as the worst since I've rented here. She and her boyfriend are going to end up saying the wrong thing to the wrong person.

Dixie and another gentleman that works up front (I forgot his name!) are so incredibly kind, understanding and willing to work with you when moving things out. If I could email a letter to corporate about how amazing this staff is I would!
Laila K | Overall ExperienceI want to give it an average rating but I can't. The staff wasn't consistently helpful, nor was the facility. For several months the internal sliding door was broken so they had to limit access to when the office was open. And then recently the elevator was broken. It's just not a well run establishment, and nowhere near the level I was paying for. I will most likely never use uhaul storage again unless I have no other options.

Unconscionable and unethical.

BILL EWas not give a heads up that access was limited due to a broken door. Completely ruined my moving plans, had to fully reschedule my van pickup. Guy helping was nice, but seemed distracted. Didn't show me how anything worked (I.e key card to access the building - pretty important tho know). I would recommend making the door a priority to fix OR staffing through 10pm so that people can still access their units.

There is no secured cameras there for all units only on first floor and not all floors! For a long time things have been stolen from many other customers storage unit rentals and nothing got done from months ago. I had to move out of my storage because of items not safe there which cause me money i didn't have to use...having no choice but to move my things.

timothy l | Overall ExperienceI was given the wrong access card and I access pin my Nyjah that did my supposed U-Haul trailer the return that was never checked in to begin with. Now I have an open return still even after customer service sent multiple messages to the U-Haul place and still nothing. Now to the moving in part while on the phone with Tanya who was the sweetest person in assisting since Ms. Tree the general manager at the U-Haul location and the after hours contact person is the GENERAL MANAGER who did not answer the phone I called, Tanya called, my husband called, and we texted since we were locked out and due to be back in Florida by Friday and we were unable to get in with our stuff in a U-Haul truck and no way to get into the facility. One of the people getting in let us go behind him and when we get to our storage room originally on the 2nd floor it was locked with their own lock with green tape. With an active reservation it was still locked and they never removed it so we called again and this time she was so annoyed that she turned her phone off and since we were on a recorded line Tanya was able to hear everything and so will whomever this complaint gets to. Tanya was able to find an open one without a lock and changing our entire location as well as sending an email tagging everyone including myself about the situation to hopefully get a resolve today. By far of the worst U-Haul experiences of my entire life and I love quite often as I'm a travel nurse and this was legit the most unprofessional and downright disrespectful and waste of my time and zero respect for the customer service aspect on behalf of everyone at that location. Tanya the customer service rep was the only person who even cared enough to try to help us one bit. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed and I would like to speak with the person above the GM at this location because she was definitely wrong for how she dismissed someone calling after hours left voicemail and messages to be ignored.

Suzzana N | Overall ExperienceWorse experience ever !!! I will be filing a law suit against this facility and will take extreme measures to do so. This facility needs to be shut down!!!! There is no sense of security at all at this facility. This whole location is infested with homelessness and drug heads. There are people living in actually units and stay over night to break into units comfortably. Priceless items were stolen out of my unit without the locks even being broken, but by poor design of this facility. Anybody can just climb the wall of your unit and steal whatever they want with out no consequences. With or with out insurance there is somethings that can't be replaced and I feel u-haul is misleading customers with their false advertisement by stating that they provide a "secure" storage facility. This places provide no protection for customers items and actually make it easy for people to steal other people stuff. I feel like I was bamboozled, mislead, disrespected, robbed and throw to the side by having a storage at this facility. The employees at this location has even stated that their has been over 14 peoples units broken into just this past year and it's only July and that they made several request to upper management to upgrade the security at this location, but the owner does not seem to care. Sandra the manager doesn't even want to return no ones calls but just refer to the hotline or text her. There are no cameras, there is no type of over night security patrolling the area it's just a free for all here and I'm livid. I've already contacted my lawyer and will be continuing with my law suit full speed because as a business as big as uhaul there should be some minimum standard for customers safety and reinsurance that their property is some what protected.

Communication was made to management that I would be in to remove items as soon as car was out of shop. When I went there a couple days later the lady informed me that my unit was auctioned.... there was a lack of communication between employees and management. My unit was gone-

The facility itself was not what I was expecting and the unit I booked read much different than it actually was.
