The lady that waited on us when we picked truck up and dropped off 2 later was very nice And nicely dressed so I don’t remember her name I no she is my daughter friend aunt his name nakell so she’s Markell aunt

Make sure to mention that they have to put gas back in the vehicle before returning it or they’ll be charged, I had never rented a uhaul and had no clue about putting gas in it, I just thought it was included in the payment

Had trouble knowing wether I should have the truck in high gear for now gear when pulling a vehicle. Then again, I didn't ask. The GM was a very nice lady, firm in tone but smiley and helpful. I think the prices are high but that's a corporate matter, just think in a pandemic there should be better rates, like the airlines and literally everywhere else is doing.

The ladies at this location are seriously the BEST.

The van I rented had an obvious strong cigarette/chemical to clean cigarette odor. Since my wife has asthma she needed to be dropped off and could not be in the van for the hours we needed to use it. This is a great location, we always use it, and someone had tried to clean the van, but the smell was overpowering. I drove an hour and a half both ways with the windows open. Otherwise the equipment was in perfect condition. I felt afterwards I should've asked for a different vehicle.

Well I need to disconnect from the trailer I rented after I had loaded it. Before I started on my destination. U noticed then there was no landing gear/ legs to set the or hold the tongue height up with loaded trailer it near impossible to get from underneath the coupler and vice versa when time to reconnect a load trailer. I’m a truck driver with 23 years of experience. I just found this odd.

There was old cigarettes in the ash tray, and me and a couple of my moving buddies almost broke our ankles because there was a hole in the bottom of the floor bed of the truck.

My greatest challenge was the booking agent over the phone. His temperament and the info he provided were not good. On site, this location was excellent and I enjoyed the agent helping me.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, my one issue was that the location was extremely difficult to find parking at, and was laid out such that backing the truck out was pretty precarious, although I’m not sure that’s really easily fixable.

My experience with dropping off the truck was the worst i was cussed at called out my name and was told that the employee that was supposed to be there said her kid was more Important then this f****** job. When i returned the truck on Saturday night there was a guy who was not a U-Haul employee sitting behind the counter with access to all documents I’m going to push this to the very top i also have a referral number as well. The confrontation was also recorded because i called customer service while i was there

The preferred pick up location was changed and I didn’t get any additional mileage added to my rental. I drove straight to my destination and only had about 20 miles to spare when I dropped off my rental which was less than 5 miles from my destination.

The truck had a busted headlight and the attendant said she would note it, but not fix it. We had to stop several times to push the light back into place to even see to drive.

Very helpful & friendly staff. I had lost the key for 1 of the 2 padlocks I secured the room with. I showed them my contract to verify I was the correct tenant. & called a locksmith to drill it..

We had arranged at pick up to drop off at the Timberlake U-Haul. No one told us they said they had no room, we now see the contract said to call for arrangements but the pickup location did not tell us the location had been changed. Sorry we didn't read the contract, but we've done this enough times, thought it was all settled. Again we had to drive around another city to finish and drop off.

I was given one month free storage thru U Haul customer service. Upon arriving at the Park Ave facility, I was told that the unit I was quoted over the phone did not exist at the Park Avenue facility. Quwanna Woods at the Park Avenue was excellent.

Ok I wish I had more space. I liked the van but the back door was too confusing to open and never did open. I took the book out and read the directions along with the instructions on the back doors. DIDNT HELP. Had to put the couch through side. Your return process is not user friendly to those who don't have computer savvy in their body. Hence the 58 year old you are talking to. Go back to the drop box, lift lid, drop key and go. I had a hard time finding gas tank cover hidden by the door and square not round and where a gas tank usually is. Open driver door, pull down cove,r put gas in. Took me 20 min to figure that out. Oh as you know the van I drove was so wrong that was because it was a FORD and it should be stricken from your fleet and get all Chevrolets that really work for any age. Thanks again and I will still rent from you all just have the person go over all that before.

Great location. Got them by accident. Staff was much more friendly, helpful, and AVAILABLE than the Timberlake location I usually use. I would use this location again. It’s small but very nice and well equipped. They’ve put some work in this place. Don’t judge a book by its cover.

I'm sorry that I didn't write down the name of the person helping us. She was excellent. We picked up four trucks at 7:30 am and there was someone ahead of us with some issues. The U-Haul personnel handled herself graciously and was so helpful both when we picked up the trucks and returned them.

The facility was fine, process was ok. Quwanda was way understaffed but handled everyone's needs professionally. It's probably predictable that a lot of people will show up in the morning for pickups, so I'd suggest having more staff around in the mornings. Truck and equipment were all satisfactory, and dropoff went without a problem.
