The trailer was in great shape and handled great behind my truck. The only issue I was was that it had not been swept so there was dirt/dust all over the floor. However my check in experience was great and Heather was super helpful with a change to some of the items I rented.KELSEY K.
I wasn't notified until the last moment that I had to pick the truck up on 12th St. instead of Downs Ave where I reserved it. Someone could have driven it to Downs or at least given a couple more days notice. Moving is always a big pain in the ass, but something like this was not a trivial change in my scheduling. The only negative comment we have is that the 800 number is a waste. They have horrible customer service and horrible information concerning pickup locations. We were told it was a go to pickup our truck in Corry PA and then we learn the day before that they didn't have a truck for us. Shame on U-Haul for misleading customers. You need to fix your phone. It's absurd. When the crew is busy, understandable, the phone HAS NO VOICE MAIL. You call back, wade through the recordings, try to reach them, and you are disconnected. That's totally unacceptable. Wasted lots of my time with that. Easy fix, but you don't care, clearly. Happens at multiple locations.SCOTT T.

The truck rented to us had an almost dead battery that started at the location, but didn't start and needed to be jumped each time we stopped the car (e.g. to get gas, after we unloaded). We called this location several times for help throughout the day to coordinate dropping off. The staff was as helpful as they were able to be, but protocol dictated that we had to wait on hold for 40 minutes to talk to the roadside assistance number, and another 45 minutes for a towing company to show up to jump the car. It's frustrating that the local offices can't do anything to assist in giving roadside assistance. The location itself is easy to access (e.g. pull into the parking lot), and the staff is polite and patient.ASHLEY M.

I filled the tank back to the right where it was before I got it I even took a picture before I left the property when I got back the guy checked it said you're good to go thank you have a nice day. Then I get my receipt he marked down charging me 3 gallons for $14 I don't think so it's a lie and I want my money back I don't care if it's five dollars he looked me right in my face after I asked we're good on the gas he said Yep we're OK and then look what he did. He was rude to me the entire time got irritated because I did a walk around before I took the van which you were supposed to do anyway. There needs to be a better system of making sure reservations are ready, and truck sizes and pickup locations aren't changed the day before. It's extremely stressful planning a move halfway across the country to be called the day before by uhaul and told they don't have my size truck. They would upgrade to larger for no additional cost, but there were specific reasons I got the size I did (I don't want my items to risk flying around while driving 3 days straight, and our apartment unit couldn't accommodate parking for a larger truck). Customer service at this uhaul location was worse than the other 2 locations I went to. One of which I was told to go to because this location didn't have all my items available, that I ordered over a month ago. I didn't feel like it should've been my responsibility to drive to another location to pick up the rest of my equipment, when I was told the day before that all my equipment was available. It was just more gas/mileage I had to put on the truck.Sarah S.

My pickup location was over an hour away from our home. They did comp some miles, other than thatâ€¦nothing and what could I do? They waited nearly until their entire window to notify us for pickup of equipment. That was a major inconvenience for my particular situation and drivers. Other than my personal inconvenience, and a lousy AC I had no other issues.KAREN L.
I actually stopped at the Pittsburgh Avenue location first. The rep there searched the system to find me a 15' truck for a one way trip. He was very helpful and found the truck at the 12th Street location. The rep at 12th Street was also very helpful and efficient. I would recommend both locations..GARY M.

Train the staff on what mobile pick-up is like so that they can talk more about it on the phone when the customer asks how mobile pick up is done as they have never done it before. Also let customers know that there is a wifi which they can connect to if their mobile network does not work. It took me a while to figure things out with mobile pick up.Fahad L.
