I'd like to mention i've rented from uhaul in the past and have found them to be decent in regards to service and assistance. However, this is my first time at this location and I was blown away with EXCEPTIONAL customer service, the willingness to explain everything to me and explore my options and even did what necessary to make sure the equipment i received was up to good quality standards. Although this was very last minute rental, I appreciate being able to get a van in short notice. I would suggest to make sure everything is working properly, I heard something like a strange whistling noise while driving. Other than that, everything was fine.Lu Juana B.
Went there to rent a trailer to get my new riding lawn mower home from the store. They didn't have the one I needed, but they did the next larger one. When asked about the price difference, I was told that have the bigger trailer at the smaller trailer price. Nice, huh??? By the tine was finished, they had closed. The greatest thing you can do to improve for the next customer is Take True Movers Of Atlanta off your list of Moving Helpers. Raheem the owner is the worst. It took the movers two hours to load my small unit and it was not full! My daughter and I had to help them load my 2nd unit in a rush because they were not going to have it done in the 4 hours I paid for. Then we had to pay for another hour because the mover was using threating language suggesting they we're going to have to stop because their time was running out. I called Raheem the owner and he was rude and condescending telling me that Uhaul put the 1 hour to load on the site but they don't know it take longer. I told him well I've talked to you twice and you never said anything about the four hours wasn't going to be enough time for them to load and unload. He says well, i don't know how much stuff you got. I told him I had 2 units and the small unit was not full but the large one was. He responded they would have to leave at the four hour mark. I explained to him had he should have told me when we first spoke that 4 hours was not going to be enough time. He said if they go over I would have to pay another $75, I told him I didn't have another $75 to spend and if he had told me ahead of time i could have borrowed it. I was going by what was on the site and that why I selected 4 hour's. 1 to load, 1 to unload, 1 hour for driving and a extra hour for anything else. Well, He said most people will pay whatever it takes to get their stuff. I said I don't have another $75 to pay! It got to the point that I was getting irriated at his attitude, tone and reminder that the movers were not going to work past their 4 hours that I ended the conversation and the call. Then one of the movers started in about how they were not going to be able to have the truck loaded before the time was up and they were not going to be able to unload he said the manager should have sent a 3rd man. My daughter got Raheem the mgr, number from him and she called him. He told her the same crap he told me and refused to answer when she kept asking how much it would cost for another hour he kept telling her the reasons they were not going to finish in time. I told her he said $75 so, she asked if she paid the $75 would they be able to unload and he still refused to affirm they would she got off the phone with him and I told her were giong to have to help them get the rest of this stuff on the truck. I told the mover y'all get the big stuff and we'll get the boxes so we can at least get everything on the truck before y'all leave. And that's what we did. After we got just abt everything loaded the mover at some point talked to the "manager" and he said if my daughter paid another $75 they could go and unload. I hired them and paid $300. So that I would not have to do any loading or unloading because I have back problems. By the end of the evening I was having spasms so badly I couldn't get any unpacking done, I had to sit down. I am still pissed about the whole situation. THE WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER. Please take True Movers Of Atlanta off your site so no one else has to pay for this level of incompetence and disrespect.Sylvia D.

Really wanted to use the app to pick up the van as I have used in the past; however, even after trying the guest Wi-Fi, I was unable to use the "check in" on the app. I could pull it up, but the the check in was unavailable. Had to wait inside. The return was going well, but an associate came out to finish. Everything went well. Just wish the check in had worked and I didn't have to wait for an associate.Deena S.

I've used Uhaul for all of my moves in GA and another state. And sadly, this may be my last. I was given a vehicle that had issues starting. You had to turn the key 3 or 4 times before it started. Also, the rubber at the bottom of the door was hanging off so the door didnt close properly.Chanda M.

Signs giving instructions where to return the trucks. On the day I returned the truck, there were so many that other people didn't do as the rep said and the partially blocked the entrance. Luckily I was able to think outside the box and back up via the exit and park along the side. This store scammed me with the mileage and tried to scam me with the gas. I looked at the gas and seen it did not match what the employee put on the paper. Me thinking it was a simple mistake, went to the app and denied the gas portion of it. I drove off without looking at the mileage because the store clerk put the mileage screen on something else so I couldn't see the mileage, so I never paid it no mind. When I return the truck I know I drove that truck maybe 30 to 45 miles. This disgrace of a business said I drove over 150 miles. I was blown away and I couldn't fight against it because I didn't check the mileage before I left. I blame myself for not looking at the mileage but I thought I was dealing with an honest business. I will not use Uhaul anymore after this experience and I will figure it out next time.Anton D.

This is the second time lately I used this location both times I had a issue with the trailer being too small for what I needed it for even though I expressed it. Even though, I paid every penny they said I owed and they didn't offer a discount for the problems I was having only to say,they would charge me a extra $300.00 to exchange to a different one. I'm very very disappointed in the way no one took responsibility for their actions at the location, saying they don't tell customers about sizes,that the customer is suppose to know all that,so what do the Uhaul workers do when the customer needs their help and advice. My first pickup was at a different location where they didn't have the vehicle ready or the keys available. I wasted over an hour of my time because of this bullshit. Called customer service about this problem and they were able to get me another rental at another location, and offered me $50 off the rental for U-haul not meeting their agreed/guaranteed reserved truck when it was needed at the location that was provided to me by U-haul. When I went to turn in the vehicle there was no discount applied to my billing. U-haul can go fuck themselves for wasting my fucking time. And if there was suitable competition, I would gladly take my business elsewhereTimothy H.
