When dropping off the truck, the attendant was not courteous or friendly. He did not make eye contact and did not take time to explain if there would be any future charges regarding mileage or anything else. And yes, i did ask but he said "no You are fine"

The lady couldn't give us a breakdown of payments and then we had to call the 800 customer service number . Then when customer service asked the employees name she wouldn't give . Then my wife asked her and she refused to give name and then my wife tried to get one of the employees cards from front of desk the girl assaulted my wife and scratched her arm real bad, not a good idea with all this virus stuff going on and she didn't even have a mask on. To make a long story short , my wife is getting a lawyer to sue UHAUL for the assault and physical harm to her by one of there employees. Poor service and the employees boyfriend is just sitting around her job Playing on phone.

Vehicle was dirty. Oil pressure gauge fluctuated throughout rental. Vehicle smoked. When return to the store. Uhaul employee didn't inspect and charged for use of dolly and pads when the seal was not broken. This place rips off customer. Still trying to get my $30.00 back. Do NOT recommend this location. Staff extremely unprofessional.

I have renter several u-hauls from several location but this location was special. From check in member to drop off member, the experience was excellent. The overall experience was awesome and I will get my trucks from Two Notch U-Haul by Dent Middle.

Credit, where credit is due. I left the establishment with 3/4 tank of fuel. I returned the unit with 7/8 tank of fuel. I recieved no credit. Thanks for asking. Tim Kramer.

The Black lady working Sunday was truly outstanding in helping me get off with the trailer. Very friendly office that make you come back to the Old K-Mart location on Two Notch Road. "World Class Customers Services," second to none in the state. #1 Office Location. Thank you for asking.

I picked up a truck the morning of October 23rd at the U-Haul next to Wells Fargo. I can't remember the name of the lady on staff, but she was very professional. I had visited two other locations and the employees were not professional at all. I would like to give her a great big "THANK YOU" for providing excellent customer service. I'm a Global Development Career Facilitator and companies are looking for employees with soft skills and she checks all of the boxes.

I reserved a 10' truck and car hauler but they gave me a 15' because they said they didn't have a 10'. I made my reservations a week before hand!! Also said I needed ti return the truck with full tank of gas and it only had a half tank when I got in it. They also showed the millage as only being 35k and it had 93k on it. I am not pleased with this experience and not sure I will use uhaul again.

I was sent to another location while on the way to pick up the truck, they send me to a farther away uhaul, adding to the milage I'm going to have to use. They also don't have the truck I was sent to get, they put me in a van. The van was not on full, but I didn't want to go wait in line again to let them know. I was charged for two dollies but I only rented one. Overall horrible experience. The guy at the two notch store was very nice, however.

Clean vehicles more thoroughly. Both the seats had very noticeable staining, and the driver's seat had a small hole. This was very different from my experience when I rented a van in April, which was very clean. The desk agent was wonderful.

Well , there's not much else the woman who helped me can do. She acknowledged me when I entered the establishment. Was friendly concise, and professional while inputting my information. But, the kicker was that she helped me put the dolly n the truck. My truck was full of boxes and we had to be creative while manipulating and figuring out how this would work. We figured it out, and she was totally awesome. I hope she at least gets a kudos for this, because she deserves one!!!

First truck didn't have gas. But I went back in and they changed trucks. Check gas cap and transmission light on whole time. Tires too low. No one mentioned you had to fill up gas tank and I got a hefty charge.

A very busy Friday and only one person staffing desk and equipment checking. Had a billing return issue while at store and was on hold with U-Haul costumer service for 20 minutes then transferred to someone else. This took another 30 minutes. Finally the overworked staffer at the local fixed my problem because she was embarrassed by the situation.

Having been the owner of a service provider business I understand how demanding customers can be. This U Haul location gets it right.

great speed of transaction, the store setup and procedures allow maximum social distancing during the COVID19 pandemic. Friendly helpful staff. only two issues. first issue was I was given a storage space that already had a lock on it, but the friendly staff quickly resolved that issue by assigning me another storage space of size. Very small inconvenience but shows poor record keeping. I rented two storage spaces, 1 didn't have the provided padlock in it. I had an extra padlock so that worked itself out. There is no lighting at the non-climate controlled area when I had to unload at night, it maybe due to ongoing store renovation construction activities at the time.
