The only issue we had, is that the elevator kept stopping. Usually at the basement level, and we had to go find someone to reset it.

Kevin CNot really the location fault but, U-Hauls pricing is gone way too high! I will find another way to move things next time. In 2021 I rented a 26' truck for $110 (I know there was a small discount for dropping it off where they needed it but still..) this time a 15' truck cost me $330+ the price increase is ridiculous, yall don't even pay for the fuel or cleaning the truck. And we all know the bare minimum of maintenance is done on the trucks.

JOSHUA AHad a hard time finding someone to help. I waited at the equipment turn in area for sometime and had employees just walk past. I finally had to walk the lot to find someone who stated just leave the vehicle there and she'll ensure the return. Upon departing the lot had another employee who blocked the drive talking to someone in another vehicle. When asked if we can go around he was very rude. Will never use this particular location again.
JOHN SI was happy with the service and equipment. I would recommend that to anybody who wants to rent from U-Haul. Thank you for everything.

RANDY HMy truck that I picked up was horrible. I sat and drove for 5 1/2 hours of a horrible smoke cigarette smell I'm the truck. The truck axle was also off. This was not a good experience at all when it came to the truck. The office and staff were great. But I'm not happy at all about the truck and experience and will be calling to discuss further.

LUIS IThe gentleman that helped me at this location was great he helped me when no one else would. I have rented 3 uhaul vehicles this month and this will be my last. This experience was the worst ever. The uhaul in flower mound had check engine light. Called roadside assistance and they said catalytic converter needed to be replaced. Went and took it to the Lewisville location they gave me another one and the check engine light was in on that one. They made me drive that truck to Denton to get another one. The guy at the Lewisville location should be fired he was so disrespectful and could care less. He even made me stand in the rain while they were pulling the broken uhaul back up. I called customer care and she had a attitude like it was my fault. I work in customer service and would never treat anyone like they treated me. They have the nerve to offer me 50 dollars for my troubles. Penske or anyone else will have my business in the future I don't care if it is double the price I will pay it. Uhaul really needs to look at who they hire if they plan on running a business and providing customer service.

LAKEATHA RThe pads were not in the truck. There was no "side of the counter" area to pick up the keys, so I had to stand in line anyway. The uhaul app wouldn't let me check in the truck, so I had to go back inside to get help. The counter clerk said "it happens all the time" in the app, but she couldn't offer any solutions except to say "I'm sure it's ok. I'll make a note on your account". She never confirmed that the truck was checked out to me. I've used the app at other locations to reserve, check out and teturn trucks and other equipment and I've never had an issue.

ANGEL DThe tow Dolly needs to have some marker lights on the wheel wells. It is extremely difficult to see how far out the 3heels stick out at night. This makes it very difficult to see at night. Also the lights only work when you push the brakes, or when you use a blinker. THIS SLOWED US DOWN QUITE A BIT ON OUR TRIP. This made it difficult to drive at night especially during construction. This was very frustrating because we were traveling to California to spend Thanksgiving with family. I believe the lack of marker lights and running tailights makes it more dangerous to tow these dolls at night.

FREDERICK NI reserved a truck on the APP and when I arrived at 8:30 a.m., the truck was not ready, and the APP said to call an 800 number which said the next available customer service rep would be in about 20 to 30 minutes. I walked into the store (8:40 a.m.) and was told (rudely) that the store does not open until 9:00 a.m. While waiting outside I witnessed a truck being pulled over to a staging area and the key locked in a secure box. The APP updated with this information, and I was able to finally get the truck at about 9:10 a.m. This makes my third attempt to use the APP and 2 out of the 3 tries there were issues.

We had to spend $300 extra to hire another set of movers to unload the truck. I would like a remedy to this situation. We had paid for August, but we will not be using storage this month. amy z | Overall ExperienceWe rented a second storage, climate-controlled unit. We hired a company to help us move. Upon arrival at the facility, we found out the elevator was broken! According to personnel, it had been broken on and off for a month. This caused my husband to have to help the movers. In addition, the movers were an hour late to their next job.

Staff indicated they regularly park trucks and vans blocking the loading dock area and didn't know if the trucks were waiting for customer pick up, or if they just parked them there for convenience. During multiple return trips throughout the day yesterday no parking spots were open, and the loading dock was never accessible. I requested a full refund and will find another facility. Staff was responsive about processing the refund, however dismissive about having used all parking spaces adjacent to the entry to the storage area, and dismissive about fully blocking the loading dock by leaving empty trucks two-deep there all day.

I saw a busted bottle of sauce on the floor but of course the cleaning lady was standing around, then left. The online process was great even though I got lost while moving in. The girl who helped was nice but ROACHES are disgusting and that ruined it all. I'm sad for my stuff!

One employee flipped us off and another whispers jokes about you in front of you to other staff. My storage unit had a code put on it without my knowledge and I wasn't even offered to put my own code on my unit. I came twice to access my unit after the office was closed and my key card granted me access but the doors wouldn't open because unbeknownst to me they had a code on my unit so I wasn't able to access after hours. I texted the General Manager and received absolutely no response. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anybody.

I was always treated with respect and got help when I needed it. The facility was always clean. In all the years we did not find a single bug or rodent in our storage units. The loading dock and carts make a tough core as convenient as could be expected. The only problem is parking near the storage building. At busy times it can be a zoo. The ability to prepay for a year to freeze current rate and get a 13th month free saved us hundreds of $$.
