There seems to be a lack of communication. Part of it started in the beginning when they input my phone number wrong in Florida. That was discover within a few days and I was told it would be corrected. It wasn't. Then when I went to the website it said I didn't have an order. I reported that in Florida also and was told that they didn't know why. My belongings arrived in Decatur but they didn't contact me because they had the wrong phone number. Why they didn't use email I don't know. Most of the time when I tried to call any number for uhaul I got told by your system it would be a 15 to 30 minute wait time. So yes, you have a communication problem in several ways.Peggy R.

Donisha's customer service, professionalism, and friendliness make her so easy to work with. I am in the middle of a cross country move, lost two pets this week in the process, and am living out of a dreaded hotel. Donisha was compassionate about my situation, and stayed calm and collected while I had a little meltdown. Donisha knows the products/services and was able to find a solution that best fit my complicated situation. You need to tell customers when they are dropping off after closing time that they have to sign the vehicle in and take pictures BEFORE putting the keys in the box. I was not told therefore was not able to get a photo Of the dash or get the mileage.Keegan B.

I specified when I began that I wanted a 10' truck. Towards the end of the transaction I found out that I was being rented a cargo van. I asked the front desk clerk several times to verify that the cargo van would fit my needs, a King Mattress and bed frame, and she confirmed that it would be big enough multiple times. This didn't end up being true at all, and the mattress itself had to be compressed significantly to fit it into the van. This resulted in us not being able to complete our move as planned and is going to result in us having to rent another Uhaul later this month.Kawaiola W.

I gave good ratings, but I did have 2 major issues. The first time I went to get some things out of my unit it was locked with a U-Haul lock on it. It was an error. The only reason it was an issue is because I was in a super hurry and very jammed up that day. It took extra time to get into the unit. Next, when I did get in, my stuff was soaking wet!! That was a huge problem, again because of my time crunch. Needless to say I was NOT going to put another thing in there. It was a maddening experience. I do think my experience was a rare and unfortunate one, that is why I am not giving a bad rating. The reason I answered NO to #5 and #6 is because the facility needs to be fumigated very badly. I only had a storage space for one week, and I noticed cockroaches in my plants as I was removing my property from storage. Many more cockroaches came out of my furniture when I got moved into my new home. The facility is clean, easy to access and in a convenient location. Customer service is lacking. Called and was on hold for over 15 minutes and no one answered. Tried to rent on the website and the system locked up at the third step on multiple attempts and wouldn't advance to complete the rental.
