The manager isn't people friendly the workers aren't really knowledgeable. The answering service people now are extremely friendly and more knowledgeable than the actual workers they need to possible switch.

They charged me after return for items I did not order or receive, furniture dolly and furniture pads. And an additional charge of 13.99 for what I have no idea because I never received a receipt of any kind! My full charge of 131.92 FULLY paid from my account 2 days ago and now this morning there are 2 more additional charges of 21.52 and 13.99. Shady and underhanded

I closed my unit on the 12th of December. Told the man i was done. Later on you send me a past due notice to my friend's house. It's took four days for your system to close out my account. Aj was super nice and apologetic. You book keeping system sucks.

You tell the customer your only being charged for one day and you turn around and charge me for hole weekend. Really I picked up Friday morning and returned at 1330 on Saturday. Your u haul rep say no don't come in we are only charging for one day and I will email the receipt this afternoon . I didn't get a email till Sunday around lunchtime

The wiring on the harness was not connected when installed a few days earlier at the Linden Ave/Riverside location. The staff at this location connected it and all was good - except for the extra hour spent waiting for something that should have been done during installation.

It was very difficult to adjust the driver's seat. I went back into the building to see if someone could come out to help me with the seat. It took quite a while for someone to come out. When they did come out they said some of their seats are difficult to adjust. It would be nice if someone would initially walk you out and show you all the features of how to use the vehicle properly.

The gentleman who helped me at pick up and again when dropping off was kind, friendly, and overall good demeanor. I wish more customer facing representatives were like him. If I owned a business, I would hire him immediately. Nobody wants to work the day after thanksgiving and seemed happy to do what he was hired to do.

I would be stricter on the no smoking policy in the vehicles.Because some people are allergic to cigarettes smoke.I would test the vehicle wen each person comes back and do a fee of $25 .Just a suggestion.Thw service people were all great.

The front desk was not well staffed. It took over an hour to get our rental complete. The manager was very helpful once he was involved. The drop off was a different story. No one greeted us at the pull up station, but once they knew we were waiting the return was easy and fast.

The gas gauge on the paper read ½ tank but it was actually at ¼ tank. I took a picture of it and submitted it to uhaul before I took the truck to move some things. Brought it back will the same amount of gas and they still charged me for it. I went in to talk to Jeff. He was the guy behind the counter. He said I would be refunded $16+ but I haven't received any refund.
