It was very difficult to adjust the driver's seat. I went back into the building to see if someone could come out to help me with the seat. It took quite a while for someone to come out. When they did come out they said some of their seats are difficult to adjust. It would be nice if someone would initially walk you out and show you all the features of how to use the vehicle properly.Cheryl R.

The gentleman who helped me at pick up and again when dropping off was kind, friendly, and overall good demeanor. I wish more customer facing representatives were like him. The front desk was not well staffed. It took over an hour to get our rental complete. The manager was very helpful once he was involved. The drop off was a different story. No one greeted us at the pull up station, but once they knew we were waiting the return was easy and fast.Christine H.

The gas gauge on the paper read Â½ tank but it was actually at Â¼ tank. I took a picture of it and submitted it to uhaul before I took the truck to move some things. Brought it back will the same amount of gas and they still charged me for it. I went in to talk to Jeff. He was the guy behind the counter. I have been to several hauls in the past and they were always helpful in everyway and respectful , clean and nice. The uhaul located at 1340 EThird St in Daytime n , Oh was by far the worst as far as the employees, manager was rude and unprofessional, when I rented a truck to empty out my storage unit that's when I discovered all my property was ruined and mildewed and moldy but they closed so had to take it and called the next morning to get screamed at by a manager when asked what. Should do and how to note everything before trying cl rental was due co.the facility and storage areas was filthy. There was blood in the restrooms, i let them know but because they were closing for the day it wasn't a priority. There was people living inside and walking around like they owned it and helped me more than the employees. I would never refere how do you spell referring her rooma friend at this location. I would also never tell anybody ne my experience there either . I just hope things change for the better of n the future .jessica m. | Overall Experience

The clerk needed more training and notification should have been sent to me about where the location of the unit was and how to get to it before 10:00 pm. It was never discussed that 34 hour access could be available to me for more money. There was a purchase of a prior Ihaul that I felt I was over charged and Field Manager couldn't determine why the Truck cost was the amount leaving one City to another City. He told me to contact the Manager where I had dropped the Out Of Town Rental at his location.
