Representative was irritated because the online check in didn't process correctly. We were confused as to the drop off procedures and I requested a phone call I never received, just the final charge on my bank account. The Visa authorization from five days ago still is in my account even though the final payment cleared. I have never had these problems with Uhaul and I'm disappointed.Misty J.
Our reservation was set for 8a. Upon arrival, we called the local number listed and were told that no keys were left for us and that we had to reschedule. We came in at the new time and the very rude woman behind the desk insisted she was there and that it was our fault for not walking in outside of business hours. The truck worked well and the drop off went smoothly. Most likely would not return if in need of moving equipment.Luke B.

Truck was clean but the steering was very loose. I was told the gas was at half a tank which it was not. It was filled to half when returned. Then I was charged for gas too. Did not get any explanation if the gauge was off or possibly a leak. Have been very disappointed in U-Haul rentals. This will be the last time. I'll go with Penske from now on. So will the rest of my family and I will advise friends to as well.PAULA L.
I ordered an appliance fillet, it was not in the van when I went to use it. Fail! Had to go buy one on an emergency basis, very inconvenient and expensive. Tried to use the web site for both check out and check in; web site failed both times. Had to spend ages on hold with 1-800 number over both issues. Not cool. Pretty disappointing that your systems fail so frequently.Erin M.

Th website for this location shows it is open untill 7pm when they close at 5pm on the shop doors. I dropped my trailer off a day early after calling the U-Haul help line to confirm I could drop it off early and that the location was open late. They confirmed both, which I was able to drop of with the 24/7 access but he I known it was closed I would have waited to return.Dylan M.

The employee that was at the front desk assisting was not very friendly, I felt like I was bothering her to be there. Needs some imporovment with her customer service skills, if it werent for customers she would not havve a job. She was just rude. The employee that hooked up the trailer was great, that was why I gave it a 3 and not a 5, he did his job and had a good attitude even though the weather was really bad.BRANDON G.

The two front desk workers were REALLY good. Great table talk while they processed everything the fastest I've seen yet. I happened to be a little late to my pick up they didn't seem bothered at all, gave me a call a few mins after I didn't show up just to double check on me. The worker that hooked my trailer up was a strong pro, courteous, and funny. Beautiful, clean, modern location. If I can add one comment, offer a bowl of 'take a dumb dumb' sucker or similar. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. She asked how many miles, I told her under 15 round trip she gave me a dirty look so I gave her the intersection I was going to and she was very nasty and said "how am I supposed to know how many miles that is". Seriously I told her how many miles and that wasn't good enough. Her customer service skills are seriously lacking. She should be behind a door or at home not working with the public. If it wasn't the same person I dealt with a month prior I would have chalked it up to her having a bad day but she was just as rude the month before.SEAN M.

These 3 questions have nothing to do with the poor and ineffective communication a customer experiences when attempting to pick up a truck on a Sunday when nobody is physically there to assist. Terrible experience. It took us 45 minutes to obtain the key. We were not the only one with similar troubles. I had to assist another client in the parking lot to shorten his wait time. The online link system needs a ton of simple and basic improvement. Very unhappy.Walter G.
I had a good experience here. The uhaul was dirty but that was because it had been snowing before we went to pick it up. No debris left over or anything. We were helped and the location is very easy to access. The ride was smooth the whole way.MATTHEW L.

As a first timer using the online check in I was extremely disappointed and frustrated. It took an hour out of our schedule to finally get it correct. Some of it may have had to do with a cell phone signal in the area but there were people in the office that we could see but none of them came out to help because they were open yet. I was definitely disappointed to see it on the receipt there was a $9.50 fuel charge when I actually put more gas in there than there was when I picked it up I've requested that to get reimbursed back to me, I'll be shocked if it happens . Charges were considerate, which was fine given the miles, time, and gas. I had forgotten I put in a request about the gas fees since I could not find any location to determine the type of gas the van took. The issue arose when I received a call about it. The woman who called was rude and accusatory, interrupting me to tell me I could have called customer service. The problem is bad design and being blamed for it like I'm an idiot for not knowing your customer service line capabilities and hours. No opportunity for a conversation. 0 interest in improving the experience or the business. No idea what the point of the call was. I've already told a few people about my experience. If I never received that 'curtesy call' there would have been no issue.SUKHNEET V.
