These 3 questions have nothing to do with the poor and ineffective communication a customer experiences when attempting to pick up a truck on a Sunday when nobody is physically there to assist. Terrible experience. It took us 45 minutes to obtain the key. We were not the only one with similar troubles. I had to assist another client in the parking lot to shorten his wait time. The online link system needs a ton of simple and basic improvement. Very unhappy.Walter G.
I had a good experience here. The uhaul was dirty but that was because it had been snowing before we went to pick it up. No debris left over or anything. We were helped and the location is very easy to access. The ride was smooth the whole way.MATTHEW L.

As a first timer using the online check in I was extremely disappointed and frustrated. It took an hour out of our schedule to finally get it correct. Some of it may have had to do with a cell phone signal in the area but there were people in the office that we could see but none of them came out to help because they were open yet. I was definitely disappointed to see it on the receipt there was a $9.50 fuel charge when I actually put more gas in there than there was when I picked it up I've requested that to get reimbursed back to me, I'll be shocked if it happens . Poor service from front desk. Girls working there sat whole time and barely looked up from phones. Didn't show trailer for rent, just said it's out in the back lot if I wanted to see. Charges were considerate, which was fine given the miles, time, and gas. I had forgotten I put in a request about the gas fees since I could not find any location to determine the type of gas the van took. The issue arose when I received a call about it. The woman who called was rude and accusatory, interrupting me to tell me I could have called customer service. The problem is bad design and being blamed for it like I'm an idiot for not knowing your customer service line capabilities and hours. No opportunity for a conversation. 0 interest in improving the experience or the business. No idea what the point of the call was. I've already told a few people about my experience. If I never received that 'curtesy call' there would have been no issue.SUKHNEET V.

Location was very easy to manage a large truck. Scheduling helped me out with early checkin. Check out process was easy. Had just the right amount of blanket pads, but some of my items were packaged so maybe one more dozen for others. Truck handled great, plenty of power. Tow/haul mode was great for managing the steep downgrades in CO.James B.
I would definitely recommend this location but will never schedule with the Conifer, CO location since they never showed for my rental.ARTHUR C.

"Apparently "Corporate" policy is to have a secondary contact phone number (even when you don't have one) that they can call "if you were to steal or not bring back the trailer" for which I took offense to the implication that I would steal the trailer. Girls at the desk were all defensive and copped an attitude when we said we didn't have one and they still pushed for a name and phone number and would not release the trailer to us without that info despite having my credit card on file and all of our other contact information. And we dress well and don't look like "criminals" so I was justifiably offended. So I gave them the name and number of my recently deceased uncle. Anyway, the "before" photos of the trailer given to us in the link provided in the receipt (meant to confirm the starting condition of the trailer) were very dated and did not show the starting damage and subsequent repair made to the front of the trailer which I had to point out (since they obviously don't do any quality checks to catch things like that) so that we would not be accused of (having already accused of being thieves) and charged for. Overall, not the professionalism that I would expect of U-Haul based on past performance and experience."LOUIS F.

Uhaul app didn't work as smoothly as it was supposed to and I had to ask for employees to help me out. They had a series of problems as well and had to call IT to help resolve the system issues, but were trying hard to help me get the truck as soon as they could. I did have a few questions about the process. I tried for 2 days, a total of 12 times at various times of day to call the office and always got a busy signal. Something is wrong with the phone system. Other than that, this is the nicest Uhaul business I've ever been to.Rick M.

The truck was great. However, the dolly for which I had paid was not in the truck. There was no lock in the truck. I never received a receipt for transaction. The staff told me that the printer was not working so he could not print a receipt for me. He said that he sent an electronic receipt to my email address, however, I never received it.
