My boxes kept falling over and they we not cheap boxes. They had mice really bad and they got into alot of my things. Said something about it and they were like oh well not my problem. This trailer was very hard to keep under control. We had to stop several times to make sure the tires were aired up. The wall that is used to tie to was broken and there was broken glass in the trailer we had to clean before we used it. The door was very hard to open. We rented a trailer the week before and it was amazing. This one needs to be retired.STANLEY K.

Tire blew out while using tow dolly. A nail embedded in the other tire which was also replaced.Then I drove 10 hours with no trailers lights because the wires were shorted after the blocked out. Maintain your equipment people !KRISTINA S.

Absolutely the worst service ever. I was told by 2 uhaul employees I'd be reimbursed for days I did not use. I paid moving guys extra money to get it done in a day shorter, just to have uhaul say â€œyou are shit out of luckâ€. -1/10LAYNE T.
There needs to be a sign explaining where the key drop is, that is a very rough area of town and I was out walking around for over twenty minutes trying to figure out where to put the keys (watch surveillance video).SHAWN B.
Well lit and secured place, but the first person who signed us up said 24 hour access was available. The next person we checked with said that wasn't true, and the building closed by seven. We are moving stuff after work, so that does not leave enough time to get stuff done. The woman we spoke to about the 24 hour access issue was rude and said that option never existed, but it's on a sign in the office, behind the desk on the right hand side. Also, the way the door was set up, it was incredibly difficult to get a round lock on there. I wouldn't recommend this storage place to another person.Madison R. | Overall Experience

Even though the power was out at the pick up location off SE 59th and I-35, the lady that helped me was very helpful in getting me the trailer I needed very quickly. I assumed she was the only one there and even hooked the trailer up to my truck.STEPHEN K.
When I arrived, there was only one associate to assist myself and three others. This normally wouldn't be an issue, however, while she was assisting the customer ahead of myself, she made three personal phone calls that disrupted the help that the guy in front of me was needing to rent a truck. In addition to the terrible customer service, I attempted to check in first through the app, but this location didn't have any of the trucks that I was assigned to. Once I was finally able to retrieve keys from the associate, I unwrapped my furniture pads and they were extremely dirty with mud, hair, and dirt all over them. This was not a great experience. I was disappointed that the app check in didn't follow through as I try to limit person to person contact with covid.shelby W.

Our original rental location was on North E. 12th St in more Oklahoma. They treated us very poorly. The prices of your boxes were double and they told us if we wanted boxes to go to the other location where they sell in bulk. We went to the location we rented the truck from and got boxes and everything we needed including locks and they treated us very very well. You will never go to the place on 12th St. again they make Uhaul look bad.MATTHEW F.

I was glad to be a past employee, waited to be hooked up, but chose to hook up myself after waiting for a while. Before checking out, took time because employee could not figure out why my reservation would not rent a ramp trailer, I was told from the employee that it was a rotation RT, could not get fixed, had to go with another smaller trailer. I pointed out to employee that marker lights were pushed in and a few did not work, the line of lights. Plus check your inspection stickers, way out of date. Thank you, God bless, Keith LoveKeith L.
