The dooface helping me walked slower than my grandmother and stared at his personal phone while walking, at the computer, and attaching the trailer. Fortunately, I knew what I was doing. I feel bad for the folks that actually need instruction. Everything else was great.

I rent a trailer for 24 hours. They call me at 7am, 5 hours early and demand it back. I rearrange my day to get there then they try to charge me double. Your attempt to force a 6 hour rental is BS.

Again a better system for moving equipment, long distance, from one site to another. U-Haul Moving & Storage en Corona had at least 18 tow dolly's, over twice there normal amount according to the service rep that assisted me. It appears to me that the method of customer moving equipment with one way rentals is not working well. I did a little research and northern Nevada and Tahoe/Reno area in general has great shortage of equipment.

My original reservation was changed from my selected location by your schedulers to another pick up location over 15 miles further. I had a reservation confirmation days in advance including online reservation confirmation. This created upset, aggrevation and additional costs to my rental. I had booked this days in advance. Once I completed online profile. Your rep called. He advised some one would call back..i heard nothing! After numerous calls...we waited in line over 45min to pick up a truck. Horrible experience! Your scheduler that messed this up was super rude as well. I give a thumbs down and will make a corporate complaint! Unprofessional people!

System was down. Waited 50 minutes to get my truck. 1 person working. Came to return after hours. System didn't recognize my order number since you used a backup POS. Store was closed. Phone number nobody answered. Luckily there was a lady there and she helped me even though you guys were closed. She was awesome. The other dudes just stood there and didn't help. Overall it was a crappy experience. The lady at the end is the only reason I'd consider coming back. Lifesaver

The workers were very helpful and on top of their work. They bumped up my pick up time so was able to pick up the truck earlier than expected, overall very well pleased with the over all experience with this u haul spot.

You need to improve the final paperwork so customers are aware of the final charges. They just verbally tell you and when I open my email there is a charge for fuel and I added more fuel than when I picked it up.I sent you guys an email and did not get a tespinse

I was to return my vehicle at 7 a.m.. i arrived at 640 a.m. The location was not open on time. Again the app failed and I had to wait. I called other locations to see if I could drop the vehicle with them. No location could accept it. An employee arrived at about 740 a.m.. sign stated wait in your vehicle for an agent. I wait for an employee to come out. I went in where the employees walked past me to open the the business and ignored me. I was told to wait outside and someone would assist me. Terrible customer service.

I rented a car carrier from this location and the team member was annoyed when he was asked to place the equipment on my vehicle to secure it to the carrier. It was missing some of the pieces for the rear anchoring chain and it took him some time to make the correction. Once done he said that it was ready to go. We left California heading for Texas and during a stop at a gas station in Phoenix, Arizona, I found that the web straps that go around the front wheels were not on them. I googled a " how to " and secured the straps. We were very lucky that our car wasn't damaged or wrecked involving others. I don't recall the associates name, but I strongly recommend a thorough equipment understanding and implementation check for the staff at the Corona,California location.

There was a long line at the counter, maybe because it was Sunday morning. I had to pay over 200 dollars for a 26' truck one way 48 miles. I thought that was too much compared to my last uhaul rental fee weeks earlier.

Went in to pick up my reservation which I reserved online and when I got there they told me it has to be put onto a credit card which I don't have nor was it noted on the website when I made the reservation. Luckily I was able to speak with Sheri who helped me get everything situated and off to my destination. Thank you so much. She turned what could have been a horrible experience into a great one.

1 comment regarding web site: I included the furniture pads in the rental. The web site listed as a Dozen, but they are actually packaged in qty of 6. It was no issue for me since the 6 pads were large and did what I needed, but please dont list on web site as a dozen and only rent 6. Thank you

The location is great. Customer service is horrible. Dealt with a few different people and one in particular, Kuri, was horrible to work with. He does not belong in a position that works with people AT ALL. If I refer anyone to this location, I will tell them to walk out the door if “Kuri” is there! As a side note, I also worked with Sherrie and she was great to deal with. If it hadnt been for her showing me the truck and explaining how everything worked, I would have been lost.

I have used uhaul multiple times and this was the worst experience I have had. I used the online reservation option and I arrived on time and there was no one in line, and it took 40 minutes to get the hitch on my car. The guy was slow and very unfriendly. I tried a few times to makes small talk and it was obvious that he was completely unhappy at his job. He sold me the wrong hitch set up and a light adapter when I told him I didn't need a light adapter. Then when I tried to install it I showed him I was wrong and that I didn't need the adapter. So we went back in and he had to look around for the right parts and it cost more. Several times he forgot to charge me for a part so I had to give me my license and card. I have 5 charges from uhaul on my bank statement now. None of the refunds have come through. I am completely disappointed with uhaul and I will be sharing my experience with other review sites if I don't hear back in a timely manner. Jonathon Sepulveda 714.417.2358

The permitters in the "all mighty computer" regarding which trucks can rent which trailers has no merit or logic. I failed to get a logical answer after asking two managers in two different locations why a F-150 cannot be used to tow a car carrier but a Bronco can, both which have the same 351 w engine and weighting (F-150= 6250 GVWR, Bronco= 6300 GVWR). I then called Phoenix, Arizona with this question, and two days later recalled, the manager said "that is what the computer says, and nobody can question the computer!" ...If you want to improve your company you might want to give valid reasons for your decisions or rethink following the policy of "Corporate Statism". BTW, Computers are not people, nor should they control a "viable" Customer Service Department or a Main office. Also, the IT that made your web site, needs more seasoning to complete their goals and/or convey their/your thoughts for information needed. signed and approved by, "HAL 9000"

Went here twice, Once for the pre-tuck inspection. They had no clue as to what I was talking about, I showed them the email which said I needed an inspection. (waste of my time) Second Time I changed the drop off location. (mix up, my fault). She acted like I was putting them in a bad situation, complaining the whole time about this being the wrong place, and no room Even thought the lot had at least 10 empty spaces.

Constantly the computers would be down and kids work there never answers the phone instead just sit around on their sale phone. I had a 50 dollar VIP voucher and the kid said the computer couldn't accept it at the moment ,he said that he could call corp and see if there was something to do about it but he didnt want to cause it was Sunday and they probably wouldn't answer anyways . I called and got someone on the phone within minutes. The corporate customer service manager then tried to call and they never could get them to answered either I had to go and tell the kids their boss was on the phone then they answered and only after speaking to her and their manager did they try to work something out then he told me they could only discount it 30 bucks unless he called someone to get it changed on the other end which I said call then so in the end they honoree the 50 dollar voucher but only after I did way more work then I should have had to do on my end . Also In the mix I had lost my key to my lock and knew how to drill the lock with out damaging anything to which I was told I'm not aloud and would need to pay a lock smith which is 170 -200 dollars . Just FYi your policy is bs when I went to drill the lock I was stopped so I called the police to which they were agrivated about even wasting time on this they told me and the workers at the uhaul that the lock was my property and so was what is in side the locker that it is unlawful to stop me from poping the lock myself . So in the end I popped it myself. This scar taxtic is crazy on uhaul side . So In the end all experience was terrible both on the Chicago uhaul side and even more on the riverside location . I have never been met with such horrible, lazy customer service. Theres a whole other experience listed on my file of when I moved in . I will say everyone I spoke to on the phone from corporate was very respectful and helpful never had an issue with them .there is so much wrong with the riverside location I am surprised they are allowed to used the uhaul name .
