20 dollar rental ended up being 51 bucks for an hour and a half and 15 miles . Don't like being lied to . Every chance I get I will tell everyone to go another route. I have seven kids and they all use social media. I'm going to have them all put this on there platforms .

When I rented the unit I told the guy I wanted to pay 2 months rent and he told me it was $160 and that's what I gave him he did not charge me taxing and then he turned around and charged me for a lock that I did not need and then the next month I got charged late fee and he claims that he sent the $122 back to my account and the bank says it wasn't there they said if it came in on a card that was not any longer activated it went back to him and he claims that I lied that it didn't come back to him either so personally I think he pocketed the money that's just an opinion

So convenient! Well laid out, and thought out. You pull up, they come out to your vehicle, and get you taken care of. Pulling around and through was easy, and it was only a matter of minutes from start to finish. Absolutely refreshing after my pick-up experience.

Nothing. Your employees were excellent doing their jobs, accommodating my rental needs, and also allowed me to wait for my granddaughter to pick me and my grandchildren up in the waiting area. They also engaged with the children and provided friendly conversation with them and me. I am very pleased.

The entire experience was nothing but a hassle. From the app freezing and not working properly to being charged an after hrs fee for a truck I had for under an hr that I have yet to be refunded for. TERRIBLE

We got a truck on short notice and they were vey helpful in accommodating use. With a truck we needed. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

The only suggestion I have is to have more ads for people to know what you offer other than just a truck rental place. For example, your boxes are cheaper than buying boxes in other places, but I did not know this. By the time I picked up the truck, I had bought more expensive boxes. Thank you. Advertise all the good things you offer.

They said the tank was full. It was not. I put $7 in and was not reimbursed. There are extra hidden charges that are ridiculous.

I know I said I wanted to sit and wait for the installation but had no idea it would take 4 hours! We haven't "test driven" the newly installed hitch just yet but are hopeful that everything works like it should. All the folks I dealt with at the U-Haul were polite, friendly and helpful.

Customer service was awesome. I stopped in the day before my move-in for storage to preview the locker sizes before I committed to it. The young woman who assisted me was very nice, she answered all my questions and showed me a few features to help make the move-in process faster. The next day we came back with the truck and movers it was raining and there was a line for everything. It felt like everyone showed up at all at once. The same young lady from the day before was in but she was alone this time. She communicated clearly to everyone and kept track of who was next so we didn't have to stand in line. No one seemed upset or bothered either. Had a great chat with another customer who came in to return some items. Overall, I recommend this location for it's cleanliness alone! Great customer service is a big PLUS!

The location was great and had everything I needed but was mislead by a female representative. She said I could go to a closer UHUAL because they had the trailer I needed when they did not. Pretty much wasted very valuable time on the initial pickup. Other than that everyone else knew their job very well.

Easy peasy trailer rental process! Trailers were readily available, clean and well maintained. Prices are more than reasonable. Customer service both over the phone and in person was top notch! Our checkin experience was a mess. They accidentally kept our ID. Someone put the wrong miles in so we almost got charged for 100 miles when we actually drove 19 miles. The woman who checked us out was very nice and clearly felt bad but we were stuck checking out for almost an hour.

Your rate's for truck rental & storage prices are lowest in the area. Staff is very customer friendly, all staff took time to help & answer questions. I was surprised that each unit is alarmed.

I feel that in renting a truck you should be able to count on a full tank of gas upon picking up the truck. In the last couple months I've rented 3 times. A long one way with only 1/4 tank of gas. So before getting on the road for a long trip, I had to stop what I was doing to fill the tank up, after already paying for the rental and the time delay. Why can't the expectation for all rentals be to return the truck with a full tank in consideration of your future customers.

1. When you tell a customer you will provide a discount for almost damaging their car with the initial install of the Uhaul trailer, follow through with it. 2. Reach out to the customer to explain why additional charges were added at drop off, we even contested the charges and asked for a call back and. I thing happened and the card was still charged.

Was not told even though i came to shop at their suggestion, about 1st month rental being free . I was told therw was no paperwork when i asked for it , that i must fill out appilcation online thus negating 1st mobth free offer and i had to pay for it. Would like that putback on my card. Also someone who tents here came by and took a picture of my syorage unut contents the only time my door was left unlockef . I did thisto use the rest room. Thete is no way tjis personcpuld have known the door was opened unless someone called her mobile phone snd told her. This is tge same way i have been robbed at a storage facility in the past.

This was the first time I rented from this location and the staff was amazing! Cassandra was very helpful throughout the whole process and was able to provide exceptional service. Clean the vehicles. Van had a bad odor, wasn't wiped clean or vacuumed. Animal hair on the seats.

I only purchased the smallest unit to store a washer and dryer temporarily before installing in our new property. It fit perfectly and it was clean and well maintained. It was easy to close our contract on the unit. I just called the location and the staff helped close it that day. They also provided a lock for the unit for free. 5 out of 5. Will definitely use this service in the future.

Dropped off after hours -- went fine after I downloaded and walked through the U-Haul app. Plenty of space in the parking lot. Taking a picture of the truck location seemed a little pointless as there wasn't a whole lot of background or identifying features. Would be nice to have the spots numbered to make identifying where the truck is parked easier.

Was charged for gas when I put in $15 into tank and only used 30 miles on the truck. There's no reason I should've been charged an extra amount of gas. I have proof of what the gas tank was like when I picked up and when I dropped off.

I returned my rental with no damages and got charged for two “dents” that were apparently new. When I called and asked them about it they were not even able to provide the pictures I took in their system to “prove” these dents were new. So this place is just going around charging people for stuff they can't even show to me. Do not go here unless you want to pay for false damages

You guys really need multiple bathroom directions posted at the end of every isle. It’s like a corn feild maze in there consider color coding by locker like reflective paint and reflectors leading to emergency exits. Forget about the orange paint scream in these isle. We the customers will know let’s say cannery yellow locker isle will lead me out! Consider this across the empire.
