Employees should ask how can I help you or do you have any paper work for your drop off instead of saying that they cannot take another drop off. The employees are rude and have no customer service skills. Definitely do not recommend this location. Very unprofessional. Zero stars if there was an option.

The customer service is horrific! I rented a 5x8 trailer and the lights wasn't working on it. I asked the attendant to try another trailer and he refused, disconnected the trailer and went inside the facility. I went inside and spoke with the manager to explain what happened. I then asked him for another trailer. The manager then asked me when was the last time I had my vehicle checked and other questions suggesting the issue was with my vehicle. His questions were insulting and inappropriate! He tested my wiring harness and it worked fine. The issue was resolved when he installed another trailer. Customer training is needed!

The staff was extremely polite and professional. The young lady that helped me had a customer before me that was unnecessarily rude and short, but she stayed professional and respectable throughout and I admired her for that. The gas tank was on a quarter tank. Some of the tenants had bad customer service. No reimbursement on the gas they didn't have in the tank before.

We are currently in a pandemic. The truck was not wiped clean. The inside back had roaches behind the wood. I have moved my daughter into a brand new home and we killed six roaches once we moved in. I have used U-haul a few times over the years but this has been my worse experience.

I rent trucks from uhaul at least twice a month. Never again from this location. The front desk agent called and threatened me when the truck was 2 hours late plus I called hours in advance to provide notice. Completely horrible customer service. You will never have the chance to gain me as a customer again. Equipment was also faulty compared to other locations. This shows uhaul doesn't care about the quality they supply in urban neighborhoods.

Good Day, I believe in giving credit where credit is due. This experience was much better than my last regarding the cleanliness of my cargo rental van. As per usual, Quincy, the young man who assisted me, was the consummate professional. And most of the other staff is friendly in my own personal opinion. As you can see, I'd become a frequent customer. The facility itself has always been clean and merchandise neatly displayed. Albeit I gave an overall above average rating in this review, a review for Quincy alone would be excellent. Thank you for listening and take care.

Treat people the way you'd want to be treated at all times, especially in the midst of this deadly pandemic. I was given a cargo van 5 minutes after another customer had just dropped it off. It was not properly cleaned and I know that sanitation was not at its best. Thankfully, I brought my own can of Lysol. Despite questioning Lorenzo, the employee, about the cleanliness of the van, he insisted that it was clean. I informed him that I was at the gas station and right behind the same Uhaul van being turned in which is how I knew it was the same van. Plus, I made note of the tag number. I ended up not using the van for moving purposes because my helper had to work mandatory overtime, so the van was returned in the same condition that I received it, with a nasty/filthy cup holder and dirty in the back. I really didn't appreciate it. Covid aerosol droplets can linger on certain surfaces. Surely, what I'm sharing can and should be verified regarding the time-frame in which the van was rented. I'm very upset with the service I received from the old national location. Even with the COVID situation they didn't try to help with assistance with some of us who was infected by COVID. I was constantly harass even after I told them the truth and even tried to pay reduced payment to hold my storage. Every company out here has giving people assistance until they got back right from the COVID. Uhaul didn't care about the customer and sold my stuff even when I wanted to try pay something. I'm very upset I lost a lot things my Grandmother had before she pass this year in June.

I was very impressed by the service that I received from U-Haul!!! The staff was very professional and the Manager was especially helpful with the mov-in process, he showed me all around the facility, the bathrooms were clean and well lighted,I didn't have enough light in my unit and he provided me with more lighting. I've done business with a lot of storage facilities and this one gets a 5 star rating!

My only suggestion is to allow people to move out at any point during a month, with pro-rated fees. Instead of customers having to pay for an entire month, even if they aren't occupying the space.
