This is the 3rd time I have rented a trailer from this location in the past 120 days with very few problems. Your General Manager (Tyrone Thompson) was present today when I requested a trailer. My problem with him was his tone when I was asked about a 2nd phone number of which I gave to his clerk. I also indicated that home numbers do not always work and he said that if I return to rent again without 2 phone numbers I will not be able to rent again. Everyone does not have 2 phone numbers and this is the first time I have been asked for 2 numbers. I also live less than 2 miles from the UHaul location. Your company has my credit card number and this was my 3 rental in the past 90 days from this location....why is it so important to have a 2nd phone number for local usage?BOBBY R.

I have rented 2 5' x 8' open trailers in less than 2 months and when I return the trailers the person checking in the trailer said that the serial numbers do not match. After payment for the rental equipment, I was told which trailer to hook to with their help. As stated, no one bothers to ensure that the serial numbers match until \the trailer was returned.BOBBY R.

The location personnel kept all my belongings. They stole all my property that was in the uhaul.Michelle R.
The woman that was on staff at this location when I arrived to check into my storage unit was rude and did not want to be bothered. When I realized how small my storage unit was, I asked if there were any larger units she said no without checking. I said okay let me check on something. I left to call uhaul reservation line to see if another location had a larger storage unit available. As I was on hold with them, I received an email stating that my reservation for my unit was cancelled. I never told her to cancel my reservation, I told her I would be back if there were no others available in the area. Once I saw that email, I hung up from the 18-20 minute hold for customer care ( the usual long hold times) I called Life storage and they were able to accommodate me and were very friendly. Uhaul needs to work on customers service in this location and the overall process for people moving to another state. It is not seamless at all. I am very unsatisfied and don't think I will be using uhaul in the future.Keena B.

The staff were always rude and too busy to help you. I had this storage for a few years. The staff were consistently rude for each time I had to deal with them. I was supposed to drop off at Horizon car rental near the ATL airport. However, upon returning, their lot was locked. I tried calling the number 4 times and left a voicemail. Also, I attempted to call uhaul and was on hold for 30 mins and finally gave up. I tried to find 3 other uhauls to return to as I had to fly back home. I tried to find 3 other uhauls using the map app and 2 of them did not exist. Finally I found this one and the gentleman was great. Also, I booked a uhaul storage in Ocala, and upon arrival the they did not have a storage unit even though I booked on. This has been the worst experience with Uhaul I have ever had (and yes, I have rented more than once).TAMMI N.

My experience with the Old National staff was excellent. The staff, Mr. Tyrone Thompson, Sequayah (please forgive me if I spell your name wrong) was very professional, friendly and accommodating. I had a situation where a storage company had made a reservation for me. I call to check on my reservation before going to the location to find out that the reservation was made for a space that wasn't available at the time I needed it. Now I'm sitting in the Uhaul trucking wondering where am I going to put 3 bedrooms of furniture? I was able to keep the truck another day because the person who'd scheduled it after me did not show up. Whew!. They gave me a great experience during 3 days of a very frustrating move. Also, the young men that handle the check in and check out of the trucks were just a friendly, courteous and accommodating as well. Hat's off to the staff at 5400 Old National Uhaul!TERESA L.

The storage unit was fine however some of the staff should not be in the front taking care of guest if they do not know how to treat nor talk to people. One sales person on particular told not only me but another guests "she'll just cancel our reservation", I've never known that to be the first resort anywhere especially when you're spending money on storage units, trucks, and items in the store. Uhaul is famous for the first month free but I was charged for the first month eventhough I rented the truck. Even after appealing to the manager he refused to honor that policy, I will tell everyone I encounter DO NOT GO TO UHAUL ON OLD NATIONAL HIGHWAY BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT A REAL UHAUL. THEN FOR THE SURVEY TO SAY "SHERRIE YOU QUALIFY FOR A FREE MONTH" IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS! THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY SITUATION AND I DON'T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO GO THROUGH THAT!!!
